10861  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase giving Bitcoin holders interest ? on: January 24, 2016, 12:01:31 PM
you need to connect your coinbase wallet to BSAVE saving account, then transfer your btc to your saving account and get daily interest. At least that's what I read from the official BSAVE website, still doubt to try so I'll try till someone say that it is good/legit. Smiley

What does it take to make an account on BSAVE ? Just an email , password and username and you are ready to go ? because if it require real information's like ID etc ... I'm sure it won't get much users , at least I know I won't use them .
10862  Economy / Exchanges / Coinbase giving Bitcoin holders interest ? on: January 24, 2016, 10:42:35 AM
I was reading this  Bitcoin Holders Can Now Receive Daily Interest Payments On Coinbase article on Cointelegraph : http://cointelegraph.com/news/116125/bitcoin-daily-interest-payments-coinbase and I was wondering who tried this ?
I can't seem to understand how it works exactly .
10863  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitgold - Legit or scam ? on: January 24, 2016, 10:39:07 AM
I'd like to see more opinions about this matter please (from people who used it only) . Newbies and Junior members reviews won't be taken seriously because they could be different alternative accounts for Bitgold themselves .So please guys try to not spam the topic a lot and only give reviews if you used the company before .
10864  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How much HitLeap minutes worth here? on: January 23, 2016, 04:28:51 PM
I guess people pay like 1$-2$ per 10k minutes usually . (you still can search on the forums to make sure of the price)
So if you really leave your PC ON most of the time , then it wouldn't hurt to run Hitleap on it while you are using it for something else .
10865  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitgold - Legit or scam ? on: January 23, 2016, 05:04:47 AM
I see a lot of new accounts that are getting created just for posting this review ,so ... Newbie - Junior members accounts reviews won't be taken seriously .
Keep it coming guys , I'd like to see more .
10866  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: About Electrum 2.6 on: January 22, 2016, 02:27:00 PM
on github release notes the latest version is 2.6 but on the website there is one version older for downloading.
why is that?
https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum/blob/master/RELEASE-NOTES#L1

also can anybody please explain about this new feature called "coin selection"
Quote
improved coin selection to help preserve user privacy.  This is an
experimental feature.  Enable it by setting the Coin Selection
   preference to Privacy.

It's normal , it's like this most of the time . Changelog have always higher versions then the one available for download because it's unfinished .
You still can compile the wallet your self though and test it .
10867  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitgold - Legit or scam ? on: January 22, 2016, 07:00:03 AM
Thanks for the review , I'm still looking for more ! please post if you used them before .
10868  Economy / Services / Re: [BIT-X.com] Earn Bitcoins by Posting | Signature Campaign on: January 21, 2016, 08:25:52 PM
Sure, let's open it to discussion: What do people think of making this campaign a fixed rate/monthly type campaign with competitive rates (of course)?

I wouldn't mind personally .
10869  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Buying bitcoins outside of an exchange on: January 21, 2016, 05:52:56 PM
What do you pay with then if not paypal?

There is other payment methods which are reversible as-well like (Neteller , Skrill , Payoneer etc ....) however It doesn't mean that you need to be paranoid and don't trade with those methods at all .
You just have to use your brain and don't trade with Newbies- Junir members etc ... Try to trade with Senior members and above and check always their trust rating and of course use escrow (In case none of you want to go first) .
10870  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Buying bitcoins outside of an exchange on: January 21, 2016, 05:28:54 PM
Can you buy bitcoins somewhere else than an exchange?

I read on the forums people saying they don't use exchanges, but where else can you buy them?

Yes , we have a currency exchange section on the forums & you can trade with other users .
Just make sure to not use reversible payment methods like Paypal with low trust and low ranked users .
10871  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitgold - Legit or scam ? on: January 21, 2016, 09:11:46 AM
That's not exactly what I asked for honestly , I'm using Bitgold and I think it's legit . I made this thread to collect reviews from users who used Bitgold before .
To see if we should keep Bitgold.com on the scam list or not . So if you already used it please post your experience with them.
10872  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Site to explain Bitcoin to potential user on: January 21, 2016, 07:17:14 AM
Few videos should do the trick :

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gc2en3nHxA4 (What is Bitcoin v2)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l9jOJk30eQs How Bitcoin Works in 5 Minutes (Technical)

Also if you are looking to domains using Bitcoin , you can use Namecheap.com (I suppose you already know the website , since it's one of the most used websites to buy domains after GoDaddy)
10873  Economy / Service Discussion / Bitgold - Legit or scam ? on: January 21, 2016, 06:14:45 AM
As requested here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1326821.msg13621760#msg13621760 I'm making this thread and based on the reviews given we will see if we should keep Bitgold on the Scam list or not .
So I'd like from people to be fair and give their reviews about Bitgold (the more reviews , the best ) [Give your review only if you used them already]

Newbie - Junior members accounts reviews won't be taken seriously .
10874  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [EDU] List of Bitcoin Scam Sites on: January 20, 2016, 08:05:31 PM
I'm not related to Bitgold to anyway however I wanted to say that you may want to investigate more in their case , because there is a lot of people who are getting paid for them (I'm one of those people) and I always get paid for my referrals .
People who gets their account banned or funds frozen or something most of the time it's because they are abusing the referral system or carding or something .
So I'd suggest making a thread on Service Discussion and asking about the service once again and see ... (I can do that).

10875  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS]Virwox.com Level 3 account on: January 20, 2016, 05:18:52 PM

10876  Economy / Digital goods / Re: sell 180 bitgold by bitcoin or neteller for 150 nettler or bitcoin on: January 20, 2016, 05:03:11 PM
i i swear that not me Embarrassed

What ? I'm not recommending people to buy from you .
I'm recommending you to buy from fullypack (see the thread I I linked you to) .
10877  Economy / Digital goods / Re: sell 180 bitgold by bitcoin or neteller for 150 nettler or bitcoin on: January 20, 2016, 04:46:33 PM
Your rates are little bit high then should be , anyway this guy is legit and I would recommend him because I traded with him more then once for what comes to Bitgold => Bitcoin  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1201042.100 , so if his rates fits you (and they are pretty fair) then i recommend him
10878  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Could I start an escrow service? on: January 20, 2016, 02:20:35 PM
Yes you can but yes also ... "you will get screwed with negative trust" .
Basically you ahve no green trust , so I don't see why people would use you on the first place , there is more trusted users that can hold higher amounts , and they are ranked more then you and also have zero fees .

But somehow people still get scammed for petty amounts like $1.
I'd do it to help the newer members who get scammed for those amounts by the scammers, because some escrow services don't do small amounts or they're really busy so I'd help lighten the work load
Thanks for the feedback

I understand exactly what you are doing & I'm not saying you are lying , but I personally if I were you .. I wouldn't take any chances because you will get negative trust more then likely just after few hours form posting your escrow services thread .
