10981  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When can we buy fried chickens with bitcoin. on: July 04, 2016, 11:17:05 AM
With many theories and probability streaming over the worldwide media, bitcoin was foreseen to be the future legal tender in the international market in the near future. But the question is when will it happen. In the Philipines using a third party company the so-called coins.ph will allow you to pay electric bills, water bills, telecommunications billing. This small event show the potential future of bitcoin as an international legal tender. Soon we buy fired chickens with bitcoin.

Since coins.ph has lots of supported merchants locally, maybe they will considered to make a partnership or deal with some of the restaurants here that accepts online placement of orders.

It is possible the way that coins.ph is. Just need some request and demands by it's clients.

Stay with OKC - The finals was too close yet so far. IMO, he/they need more improvement, like communication skill with the ball.

In my own view, KD must remain in OKC. Im agree with the guy posted above, they are able to gave GSW a hard game before GSW entered the finals. Just a little bit more improvement at the end and they will nailed ithe championship. Rather than to switch teams, find other players in the market that can fill up the holes.

Go to Boston - markedly inferior talent.

KD is not fit with the young Celtics. We know how he plays.

Go to San Antonio - they are getting older and declining except Kawhi.

Yeah San Antonio is an old aging team but how come every year they able to top in the standings in the West as we all knows there are lots of strong teams in this region. That's the Spurs play. KD is quite fit here too.

Go to Golden State - they don't need him they can handle themselves.

This is what Im agree. They can use their reserve caps for other players but main players of GSW itselfs are doing personal talks to KD to convince him in joining the team. GSW wants to have another big goal in the next season so they are acquiring in getting some free agent superstars that plays big.

may nakakapagload pa ba ng globe sa coins.ph?
maraming beses kong sinubukan kanina parang di na sila nagloload ng globe.

Last week, not sure if Wednesday or Thursday, I've used some in my Peso Wallet sa pagload ng globe.

Maarte ba? Sige kung ikaw ay may ganyang company na most on money remittance ang services, iaallow mo ba na ang mga clients mo ay anonymous? Paano kung ulanin ka ng reklamo if there's a money fraud?

As an owner di ka ba maaalarma?

Make sense.

10984  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Off-Season on: July 04, 2016, 07:23:14 AM

And all positions is filled with allstar players. pg=curry,sg=thompson,sf=kd,pf=green and posibly bogut for the center.

Andrew Bogut will likely be replace and will be no longer a part of GSW's current roster next season.

Moving him will create a more cap space for other player options even GSW wouldn't able to acquire Kevin Durant.

10986  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Skills vs Luck *poll* on: July 04, 2016, 05:49:07 AM
When trading What Matters More Skills or Luck?

They matters both but LUCK is the gateway to use your SKILLS.

How matter good your skills are if price are not meant the way you want, you are only going in a two way and that are to go short or to go long.

But sometimes even luck comes to a trader and all winds are blowing the way they want, still they can't properly used their skills. What's the reason? Greed and too much expecting for a target price.
10987  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: MY gambling strategy to limit loss and make btc on: July 04, 2016, 05:45:03 AM
Just play for a short term and you will minimize the loss. No such strategy involved.

Set a certain amount for today, if loss, go home. If won, bags it quickly and go home.

Recovering the loss will just dragged you to play for a long term.
10988  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Off-Season on: July 04, 2016, 04:53:05 AM

There were talks that durant might land in GSW.. that would be insaaaane! Making GSW to favs for the next season..but I hope that doesnt happen.. Its just good for the NBA entertainment wise.. Hope he goes to Lakers and they revamp the team a lil. Could be great.

Right now, Kevin Durant's decision is now between GSW and OKC. GSW will market Andrew Bogut to give some space in their salary cap. Boston Celtics however, still making moves eventhough it will be wrecked their cap.

OKC landed a good offers to keep him stay with the team.

Durant is an OKC player for a long time and leaving the city is not that easy. All in all it's about consideration. His final decision will come up anytime.
10989  Economy / Economics / Re: 2016 Has Brought a Bitcoin Awakening on: July 04, 2016, 04:46:51 AM
yes, I think 2016 is the year of revival bitcoin, even some media that preach about the increase in bitcoin. I think this year will be an interesting year for bitcoin. with so very many people who will be using bitcoin
Of course, because this is the only year where experience a good growth on bitcoins price and increase on adoption, this year the halving will also happen that is the most anticipated event for the investors here like me.

This year only?? Look like you forgot some big happenings last year.

Also how did you know that we have good increase of adoption this year?

2016 adoption is a chaineffect of what the adoption stats of the past years brought in this crypto world.
10990  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: July 04, 2016, 04:42:52 AM

Well you have all the point guys. But the thing is we really don't know if whales are really manipulating on what is happening with bitcoin.
But if the price is going to be stable I don't think people will still stick to bitcoin.

Big whales not literally manipulating the price. They are the one who can start the trend that may affect the bitcoin price in a big impact that's why as we considered this as a manipulation. It's up for others if they will ride the trend.

And if bitcoin price will become stable, people will still stick to bitcoin since there are no other comfortable way to send and receive money. It will now be used more as a currency rather than investment if that case will happen.
10991  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: July 04, 2016, 04:22:05 AM
I would have to pick bitcoin wallet. With my bitcoin wallet I'm depending on myself and myself only to keep it safe.
With a bank, I would need to be depending on the bank. With bitcoin wallet I can access my bitcoins whenever I want.
I think when it comes to the secure nature, you should not just think of it ease of storing with increased safety than the bank accounts. You also need to think of the long lasting. Bitcoin is just a baby when you think of bank existence. Also none is sure of bitcoin future.
I should agree with you, bitcoin still can't beat bank on safety and security, when you use bitcoin and you lose your bitcoin there's nothing you can do,but when your bank get stolen, like hacked you'll have the possibility to recover it back through contacting bank and there's still insurance backing you

Yup, this is a weakness in the bitcoin. Because the company doesn't have a bitcoin gives responsibility for everything that happened, but this is the most enjoyable and profitable because we're not bound by the rules that can make us uncomfortable with this.
The best thing about bitcoin is also possibly the worst thing about it: we own and control our funds.

What is the worst there? But for me, banks will going to hate bitcoin only if they knew about it.
But I think banks still doesn't know about bitcoin.
And they are both useful, bank and bitcoin wallet.
The worst part about here is there is no insurance if something were to happen to our coins. We control our own funds. As a result, we take full responsibility for what happens.
Banks, for example, are insured in case of robbery or hacking. You can still get your funds after such event*.
Bitcoin, on the other hand, is immutable. If we get robbed or someone got our private keys, what now? Roll back the blockchain? Cry until the funds return?

That's the best part in saving banks, we are under the terms and agreements of World Bank wherein hacked or stolen cash, intenionally or not, chances of getting back our money is really high. Also if a bank goes to a bankrupt there are assets registered in country's respective Central Bank that may put to an auction and the proceeds will be paid for those investors.

Also we save banks not for the expected price increase or interest. It's really different in saving our bitcoin so I don't get the point why people here comparing banks and bitcoin because of interest. Non sense of comparison just because of that honestly.
10992  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: July 04, 2016, 04:16:05 AM
Bitcoin is already international currency and bitcoin is just waiting for adoption from other countries. I hope this coming bitcoin halving can help bitcoin to be more popular and gain more users so someday the price will increase so high and we can earn a lot of money from that.

The number of countries where Bitcoin does not have a significant presence is huge. This represents a large potential.
If adoption increases in these areas, Bitcoin's price can really take off. Smiley
I think we already invaded majority of the countries in the world, as long as a country has an internet in the are they could easily discover bitcoins and for sure their are already users in a certain area but as to number of user it it not that big.

Likely it is but even Person_A is using bitcoin in their country, it doesn't mean that majority of people there knows bitcoin too. Bitcoin is popular in our view because everyday we are here in bitcoin world but if you look outside the box and told other people if they know bitcoin, it's not yet popular even for a country that bitcoin is allowed.
10993  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have any Good strategy to improved martin fail system Playing Dice Game? on: July 03, 2016, 06:09:31 PM
Hi guys as i continue my journey to seek more ways to win with the house playing dice game, I'm just curious maybe you have a good techniques using this old method as we all know that in a long term run it will only results into a big loss, I personally experience it so seeking for more insight maybe you guys add some more or some tweaks and work for you, I hope you can share it here guys. thanks in advance.

I think you already know what is the answer since you stated that in a long term it will only land on a same result and that is loss. So even lots of tricks and tweaks are being apply to martinfail system still no assurance it can take you for some earnings.

Tweaks, designs, tricks etc. even for a short term playing is all luck based. If others got a effective strategy* for a short term, they got their earnings thru luck and not on that strategy.
10994  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People hate Bitcoins? on: July 03, 2016, 05:49:22 PM

Price fluctuations is the most important factor that keeps people away from bitcoin as they have fear of loosing their money by investing in something they really don't know.

Then they don't know what's the real score to make profits in bitcoin.

Price fluctuations are the main factor why people gain benefits when there's a price surge. Without that we can sold our coins to make profit with our desired price or should accumulate coins for our considered "cheap" range of price.
10995  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: did you put all your money into bitcoin? on: July 03, 2016, 05:46:30 PM
I have my own way to managed all my saved money and earnings that came from different financial source.

There's no way I will put all of my bucks in one financial source even it has an expected positive good future.

I will just adjust the percentage of my capital to that kind of source,to take part of it. And that's what Im doing right now in terms of Bitcoin Investment.
10996  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ever dream of epic gambling wins only to wake up empty handed? on: July 03, 2016, 03:49:40 PM
In my first week of gambling Btc I had a dream of winning 9 coins on an old school arcade machine that they added to the casino. I was so happy when I woke up and immediately checked my wallet balance only to see it was on the same balance that I had the day before. Is dreaming about stuff like this normal?

That kind of self activity is really usual and always happen especially to those gambling newbie, too much optimitism in gambling, expecting always a big win but it doesn't happen or any related situations. Dream of that too many times now.

The dream is made on other side of our brain that takes care to our desires.

Just for fun (or you can take it seriously), you can consult a dream analyst to make overview of what you dreamed of. Smiley
10997  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your aim in gambling???? on: July 03, 2016, 03:33:39 PM
Hey guys i want to know what is your aim while gambling do you take it as way to get fun and excitement? Or your aiming to get more money and have a living for this thing?

I don't believe in a person that always state that it's fine to lose since they are only doing gambling for fun and they can afford the amount they lose.

The real fun and excitement of doing gambling is when you are making a nice profits out of it even for a small amlunt.

But to the point that you will rely on that as source of your living, for me, it's a dumb thing to do.
10998  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will you allow the Government to look into your bitcoin wallets? on: July 03, 2016, 03:28:37 PM

i would definitely not allow my country government to check through my wallet in my opinion because in my opinion then they would have more info about me and i like anonymity

If bitcoin will become a decentralized one in your country or even it don't but your local bitcoin exchanges are complying in your country's law, you have no choice but to give your personal information to that exchange as part of their security protocol if you used their services.

It is necessary but it doesn't mean you are allowing the government to check your wallet. That is against the law even on fiat terms. It will just be allowed if there's something unusual happen that involves your account.
10999  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price is climbing up slowly slowly. what do you think ? on: July 03, 2016, 03:16:13 PM
are you asking what do i think about seeing the slow rise? i love it.

i think it is so much better to have a very slow and stable rise over a longer period of time and become stable rather than a sudden big rise over a short time (burst) and then fall right afterwards.

Quiet agree. As usual if there's a sudden rise, expect a sudden decrease too. It's really present everytime there is a price trend.

For the big whales, it's easy to make a panic when there is sudden event whether to increase or to decrease.

Anyways back to topic, slow rise is a good sign of building resistance, at least in my own view. In this, price are on test if it can hold and maintain it's respective level.
11000  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoins long-term investment is dangerous. on: July 03, 2016, 02:46:10 PM
Due to the unstable price of bitcoin and the diminishing supply and increasing demands the current situation may lead to the doom of bitcoins in the future. If problems in bitcoin industry will not be solved earlier and technology cannot cope up with the demands towards bitcoin then its right time to say that long term investment is dangerous. Today is the best time to invest in bitcoins but be wary also of the risk that lies ahead.

That's why there are big whales that always starting a trend. They can cover your concern.

Here's how it goes, price is unstable because of them. With just one big push to push or pull the price, people can easily dragged and taking the ride of what they started. And because that is usual happenings everytime there is a price trend, your concern about increasing demands will somehow can minimized everytime there is a huge bearish activities. So it's just a rotation.

We all know that whether it's for short or long term goals, bitcoin investment has an associated risk.
