Edit : I see the address has got gbytes, but it is not being updated by cryptopia in the available balance. Does someone has similar problem that the balance is not showing up on exchange? I had given a direct exchange address and previous two times I received payment without any hitch. This time it shows nothing in my exchange.
I got the same problem with cryptopia, it doesn't show the last gbyte deposit, any body knows why? Or when it gets fixed? I opened up a ticket regarding this issue. I have got this reply from cryptopia : "Thank you for contacting Cryptopia support. After looking at your transaction on the block explorer I can see there is an issue. For this reason I have passed this issue on to be investigated further and resolved. Please keep this ticket open for further communication, we will keep you updated. Thank you for your patience. Regards, Cryptopia Support" I think I need to submit a ticket there too, please keep me update if u get it in your wallet in there or not, thanks. You'll surely get the same generic reply. Coz that was exactly the same reply that I got after I opened a ticket. Let's just update one another if whoever recieve first. I used both of them the kucoin and binance they are good exchanges no need verification to withdraw but I more like binance because of high volume there, low transaction fee and very popular exchanges.
