1101  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can we stop bitcoin scammers? on: November 03, 2020, 04:56:56 AM
Can you stop evil? NO. So, can you stop scammers? Hell Nah! You can only stop yourself from being scammed. There will always be scammers out there. You need to learn how to identify and repel them.
Exactly. But we cannot blame those victims or those who will be because they are just tempted by the idea of earning profit. Making a research about something is not really expensive but victims might be fooled for a reason. This reason could be conformity. If many people engaged into something, there will be s trust that things won't go wrong. What's sad is that in every scam issue, there are lot of people being victims.

scammers wont scam with one to two people only but they want to scam many people at once to make the scam worth it because its hard to start again because people are gonna be looking for them and they need to construct another plan that are new to the eyes of the people .

the only way to gather more people to join is to start as paying , this way people will think its profitable and trusted then they will recomend it to thier friends , nieghbors and people they know .
1102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The right investment for cryptocurrency... on: November 03, 2020, 03:38:45 AM
suggesting a specific amount can be possible because there are indication that you already said to be able to know if how much money is enough for you . if your a low level or a person that has a low skill and low wealth , maybe 20 usd can be sufficient  . the amount is achievable if you have a work and earning atleast a minimum slary .  then 30 to 40 for the second level , and 60 to 80 and above for the 3rd or high level and so on . this was only investing and we dont need too much capital to get started not unlike to trading that we need more because fees are left and right .
1103  Economy / Gambling / Re: CryptoGamblingNews.com | Bitcoin and altcoin gambling news on: November 02, 2020, 11:58:28 PM
So, I tried out the Fairspin and had no issues so far but I also spent a while reading reviews and I saw a number of players reporting some issues. Anyway, I can definitely say that I feel more safe when I know that the platform works on blockchain. It still is an online casino but it gives a bit more confidence. All in all, I can't afford going to Vegas every now and then.
fairspin ? hmm i think ive seen this casino before , the one with the lion like logo with wings in it ? ive seen this advertise on the block explorers that ive been using . others will say that they experience an issue but you might not not experience it .

what important is your own comfort and not them , as long as the casino didnt scammed you that is the most important of all . online casino are built for those that dont travel or dont afford the live casinos outside
1104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fast food restaurants accepting crypto as payment method? on: November 02, 2020, 11:11:49 PM
I'd like to have one here, but unfortunately no fast food establishment here is offering Cryptocurrency as payment, but Cryptocurrency is popular here in our place we can easily cash out our Cryptocurrency to fiat, so if I want to use my Coins to go to fast food and eat I'll just need to trade my coins to fiat.

It's something that not very usual as aside from fiat there are many digital ways that's being offered from where am I right now, but it's also  good

if someone who owns this business offer this payment process, I would love to use my crypto while ordering my food, not that much for now but

eventually it will happen and this process will known and be embrace by other businesses.
op mentioned a payment method that has the ability to convert your crypto to fiat after payment . this useful for those business owners that are not ready to recieve a crypto but wants to widen the support of thier payment and theres also crypto users that wants to use thier crypto for buying more than using a fiat . one thing that i remember , there is now paypal that said to support cryptos . as soon as paypal finally done the update , merchants can also use paypal if they dont or they arent familiar ln the suggested payment gateway that were suggested earlier
1105  Economy / Economics / Re: Iran accepting cryptocurrencies to avoid US Dollar on: November 02, 2020, 10:07:39 AM
USA did what?!

Wow, USA is really bully nowadays just like the other one I know using an island that they didn't own. Still, that is harsh but great for the community as people have a choice to use cryptocurrencies now. I don't know if people are actually using Bitcoin there but that would create more users and maybe future holders of the said cryptocurrency.

which other country and island are you takling about? is that about Hawaii. I read somewhere that China claimed hawaii.  and crypto is being used in Iran for very long time. I know few people myself who use crypto regularly bases . so the odoption is increasing.
he didnt said u.s but if you read again he says "just like the other one I know" . that means he was referring to the other country  . better if he say like that because itl sound rude if he say the actual name .

you are from iran and you are using a crypto before ? this news can be late to know that or the legality of crypto in that country were not formally introduced in public . they dont announce a specific crypto but they say will accept cryptos , thats too general and could be mean all cryptos including bitcoin are included .
1106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why New Crypto Projects are Dump ? on: November 02, 2020, 09:14:30 AM
thanks for the concern and yes i am still fine thank god . why talk to yourself ? dont do that bro because you look like you have mental illness with that , joke but we are here ,  there is a forum that you can talk about if you have concerns with crypto . promise is normal to every projects , you do want to impress people about your newly created project so that they will invest on you  , if you dont promise something big your project will look boring . promise without taking actions are also common and this is the problem with the newer releases  but hey theres still old projects dont stress your self dude
1107  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Loan to buy Bitcoin? on: November 02, 2020, 07:03:20 AM
some say don't use a loan for bitcoin investment, I can instead use a loan to invest in bitcoin, especially at the end of the year there is a big possibility that I will make a profit.
loaning a money is loaning a money no matter what time you do it .  it is now november and we are now verry close to the end of the year and on top of that the price of btc are also on the top , is that what you are saying ?

i cant say that loaning is bad because my family do also have an active loan but loaning is a headache especially if your salary were only small but in the position of the op he seem to be verry fine with his decisions because he has a solid background . he can easily get a loan with the amount that he was asking .
1108  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New way to cheat with Bitcoin! be careful on: November 02, 2020, 05:28:14 AM
thats new . i havent heard whatsapp and instagram being invaded by scammers but its the twitter , facebook and telegram are the ones that are always on the headlines however the lines that 400 percent return even not in a short period of time will always be sketchy and better if we not trust it to avoid getting in trouble . on the next part you said they are selling packages ? if they sell something and you can recieve the package on hand then that was not scam but it was a different scheme . they can use examples and promising words to encourage thier costumers but its up to the costumers if how can they sell thier product .
1109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I guess bounty hunters really kill projects on: November 02, 2020, 04:02:24 AM
lol i laugh a bit upon reading your story sorry for that . i laugh because the price instantly drop . i havent  check the actual stats of the coins but i think it dumped over  a hundred percent based on the total value of your coins .

about that youengine many are saying negative but they did pay and you are the proof but only the price are not cooperating . how can you be so sure that the major drop was caused by bounty hunters , do we have an accurate indication for that ? or tools to know if hunters are really causing the dip . your also a bounty hunter so your blaming your self too
1110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Even huawei refused to be left out on: November 02, 2020, 03:29:49 AM
I guess PayPal crypto involvement is not the only thing to be excited about,
im more excited on paypal more than the huwaei becuse paypal is verry sticky when it comes to crypto acceptance . i already wish that paypal will accept crypto a long time ago but my wish didnt happen but it takes more years before it happened and here it is now finally . the upcoming announcement of huwaei is also a good news but like i said earlier im not that overwhelmed because this wasnt new but samsung already done this before where they also created a phone with a built in crypto hardware wallet in it but if im not mistaken there are other brands that came out with this concept before samsung .
1111  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Suggest the best strategy on: November 02, 2020, 02:38:15 AM
Are you betting on a sport that you are really familiar of?
i bet yes  . why will we bet on the sport that we arent familiar with when that is risky but we can have a more chance of winning if we bet on a sport that we are verry familiar but he said his past betting experience are not good enough so asking your question still looks relevant  but i like the spirit of him , he still dont wana give up despite of the unfortunate results that he had .

what i only dont like is that he was asking if whats best that works for us  but is that possible ?
Kindly suggest what works for you.

im betting on slight higher odds but i didnt done this per week but i only play whenever i have a capital
1112  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi and Bitcoin - Thoughts and Goals? (+Poll) on: October 31, 2020, 03:31:12 PM
As I came to know bitcoin about 2015, I got some few bitcoins also at that time but sold also. Anyway, no regrets as I needed the money at that time and also bought that at lower price. Of course, I didn't know that btc will go as high as about 20k at the end of 2017. But was also not a member of this forum yet. And I'm just glad that I know bitcoin and learned this technology and that actually help me in some way to augment my financial needs today. So thanks to Satoshi!  Smiley

I think we have the same date to discover btc at first but unlike you I never got involved of investing or working to earn a btc but I am only reading it's background that time . On what price did you buy your btc ? Btc price that time was around 300 usd and that is already huge for just a crypto that aren't yet popular enough  . You can only regret if you sell at a loss and you didn't end up using the money at a good cause  . You sold your btc before but after knowing that btc have a potential to pump that high did you buy btc again ? You can still make it
1113  Economy / Speculation / Re: history loves repeating itself. the only question is when! on: October 31, 2020, 02:35:41 PM
when you say so,is it really exactly the same?. because the news or whatever that affects the price of bitcoin every year is not the same. for example bitcoin is now being adopted by paypal, which in previous years this never happened. so whether it will be exactly the same as the previous year's chart history. Huh

He didn't mean the repetition of events but he mean the repetiton of price but i think when price repeats that is still an event ? But there are actually events that repeat like when there is a company that accepts crypto and then they will drop the support for crypto but sooner or later they will adopt crypto again.

PayPal accepting Bitcoin is new and we never see this happen before  but this execution done by PayPal will possibly make the price repeat itself again .
1114  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin changed after 10 years? Does it still have same benefits? on: October 31, 2020, 01:42:41 PM
Now you can use them more than 5 years ago,
btc were said created on 2008 . You compare btc when it was 5years ago or on 2015 , that was 7 years later from 2008 and that's long enough for btc to be known and btc was actually starting to get popular that time but another 5years have passed and we are now on this current date 2020 and the markets for btc got even much better . So you are correct

and 1 2020 btc = x30 2015 btc, so who cares if it's more expensive now?
You mean the price of 1btc now times 30 than its price on the year 2015 . According to my research it shows that price of btc on year 2015 was $395–$504,  that was early November [ credits to google and wiki for that data ] . Your calculations could be right . The price will play at that range  . Who you think won't care for the current price of btc but even if btc fell down people will still care
1115  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If btc > $150k, will you still gamble it? on: October 31, 2020, 12:58:04 PM
I have already stopped gambling with BTC. Lately, I gamble with LTC only. LTC transactions get confirmed with 200 Litoshi only, i.e. ~0.0001 USD and block time is 4x faster than BTC. Hence, associated cost of gambling is far lower while the overall experience is faster.
What a co incidence that you also carry a signature of a gambling site that highlights the litecoin crypto as it's primacy currency . no doubt that litecoin was one of the best alternative for btc when gambling or simply paying , you already explained the reasons why . btc at 150k usd is alot but the question will depend if you are an avid fan of gambling because if your just a casual gambler you will be able to prioritise selling or holding but for regular gamblers they still going to depo and gamble using thier btc
1116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: I feel sorry for the EMIREX bounty hunters $20 for 9 months of waiting on: October 31, 2020, 10:21:59 AM
From what @rat03gopoh wrote, if someone received tokens worth $20 they still had to pay the 10 USDT fee, so it was completely unprofitable to sell EMRX tokens on their internal exchange.
From what I can see, trading BTC / EMRX is still possible on HitBTC, so if someone wants to sell tokens, can still do
10usd is 10 dollar minus 20 dollar from what they earn they still have 10 dollar left but what about the withdrawal fee if 10 usdt is a trading fee only  but why not use other pair with cheaper fee .

they didnt use thier money to invest so they still have some profit left even if it small however they cant sell because the coin was delisted and if it wasnt delisted itl still be locked , so transfering this to other exchange for trade wont still be possible .
1117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anonymous teams on: October 31, 2020, 09:50:24 AM
are monero and other private coins anonymous ? but its okay for monero and to others that are already established because the chance of them scamming thier investors is low but it will be risky to trust a new project with anonymous team even if thier concept is being anonymous unless if they can give something as assurance that they wont do an exit scam like giving a colateral to the investors stuffs like that.  overall theres no need to hide but they must be proud that they are the creator of the project  . dont tell me that thier idol was satoshi nakamoto?
1118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the difference between stablecoins? on: October 30, 2020, 05:14:13 PM
their only difference is in the owner of the coin,
haha you got a point brod . here in crypto , every coins do mostly have a different owner and its rare to see an owner that has a two or more coins created  . dunno why but that can be illegal ? and makes them greedy for profits but except to fork coins maybe because they mostly come from the original coin .

other difference can be the name of the coin , it supply and popularity , and etc .... dai and usdt are the stable coins that im more familiar with but ill chose usdt for now

the rest of the coins are supported by a 1: 1 fiat

currency where the price will remain stable following the price of the fiat currency.
yes . for what they call a stable coin if they dont have a characteristic like that  .
1119  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How far will you go when you sent btc to a site with high fee but... on: October 30, 2020, 03:21:01 PM
its not a poll but the supposed to be poll are part of the question/title ? im not aware to other sites if they follow some amount of confirmation before they credit the coins but on the site where i play they need 1 confirmation  . its fast  ,  the number of confirmations really matter and can impact the experience of the gambler . if you depo to a gambling site with a high fee and it got stucked that its not normal anymore , why not ask some help from the miners or pay extra if needed since you already pay with a high fee earlier . you can afford them .
1120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Altcoin on: October 30, 2020, 02:18:53 PM
why is everyone putting the blame on btc because altcoins are dumping . the situation between Alts and btc are now changed and they are in reversed position , btc is now the one that is stable and altcoins are now decreasing and recovering but don't let the situation take over at you because this can be an illusion , btc can collapse anytime and it's can cause more damage because btc already have an history  .

Alts are still less risky despite of thier dumped lately but itl take a long time for alts to give you a good profit .
