And for the ones who see the BCY price going down, don't forget BTC went up and that usually affects all altcoins more or less. So I personally have no doubt it will pick back up at the next release or round of news. It has been quiet for a week now but I believe the team is working on various bits and pieces, there is time for news and time to work. Marketing is fine, I think, when there is something newsworthy articles pop up like mushrooms. The All 4 Games partnership is also moving forward that means the team may be working closely with them. |

You can't have cards on different blockchains in my opinion because first is a lot to handle for the dev team, managing, integrating and maintaining different blockchains is a lot of work.
Also for users who are not cryptocurrency savvy and see SoG for the first time... There's already a learning curve for Counterparty, imagine if they were to have to learn how to use Ethereum and BitShares and Nxt and whatever else. They'll probably just forget about it.
I see SoG collaborating with IndieSquare on Book of Orbs which is trying to make things simple and hopefully even a newbie will be able to get cracking in no time.
However let's see how it goes, I'm just curious on how an asset for SoG could potentially work in Beyond the Void, if they can do that it'll be a good start.

I like the look of it too, but I wish it was based on Counterparty.
I remember less then half year ago, many here thought SoG should be on Ethereum. Now it happened that ICONOMIC cant even issue and distribute their tooken on schedule. Things change fast in Crypto. I guess that is what BtV are counting on. I guess it was good for SoG to stick to Counterparty. Maybe there will be some SoG cards that could work with BtV and viceversa. Not sure how it'll work technically between the 2 different blockchains... we can only wait and see. |

Have the holos arrived yet so coins can ship with them?
UPS was supposed to deliver yesterday but they were held in customs in Alaska for a few hours. We have called & made sure that they will be here Monday Tuesday they will be ready to ship out! Great thanks for the update |

Well i will wait until its released full and see if it gets a "pay to win" game or not.
It shouldn't otherwise I doubt the game will be a big success. Most people play games because they are free and EDS is aware of that. However collectors will be interested in rare cards and some more impatient people will be willing to buy extra cards right away. |

This game is not very balanced. With free cards you cant go further then the first 5 levels or so. The level with the spikes are unbeatable. Even the first levels are getting so hard, that you cant beat them. With my 12 stamina i have like 2 or 3 rounds that i can play, then i have to wait ages to play again. The first days it looked funny, but now its more or less unplayable. And the bounties are buggy. There is one, where i have to use an earth card for 3 games. I used an earth card for like 10 games, and got one increase (well maybe i have to win the game to increase the counter, but as earlier mentioned, its nearly impossible to win anything).
Does someone have the same experiences like me?
This not the full game release yet. There are a couple more big releases before then. I believe as time goes by the game will be fine tuned especially for newbies that mainly use ingame cards. The achievements are also work in progress, they were first released for the latest Rewards Season a few weeks back. I use mostly blockchain cards so I can get to finish the game no problem. However there are some free cards you get in game that are as powerful as the blockchain ones. It's mainly a question to be lucky and summon them. The timer/stamina is pretty standard for games like SoG and other games also use it. There's been discussion about this on Slack and the team has taken notice. I don't think the timer will disappear but it will be tuned. The reason for the timer is that if you could play forever without limit you will get bored of the game pretty quickly. This way you can spend some time playing the game then do something else and get back when the stamina is loaded up. I personally don't have a problem with the stamina. For the earth card "daily quest" you need to finish one game in one of the 5 levels on the map or finish the whole infinity mode (35 levels). Each level you complete should count as one and of course make sure you have a earth card in your deck. I'm looking forward to the mobile soft launch to check out what new features and improvements will be added. |

Do you have an official declaration from which you get those?? LINK please. I asked because it seems to conflict with Spells of Genesis BLOG announcement made, quoted below: "SoG will first be soft-launched in its web version, but it will be shortly followed by its mobile version, which you may expect before the end of September.
The mobile release will be enriched by in-app purchases, so players will be able to buy offchain cards in-game, with a certainty of getting rare, or even better card.
Full Game Release
After the game soft-launch, we will meticulously monitor and measure multiple factors and achievements of the objectives we’ve set up previously. It is a very cool game and a great idea. The cards have beautiful art work and graphics and look very high quality. The names of the cards are all crypto currency events that have been turned into a fantasy setting. Absolutely supurb. I ask though, if I buy cards I most likely will get my money back but probably even more ?
I'm not trying to give investment advice. Most of the cards have gone up in price since their release, however you have to consider several factors when you buy cards: - The price fluctuation of BitCrystals from when you bought the card (in BCY) and the time you are going to sell it.
- Cards that are rare usually go up in value more.
- Some cards are better for playing the game then others and are also more sought after by players.
So with that in mind you can make your own judgement. Also consider that you can get free cards in game, they are not as rare as blockchain cards but if you just want to play the game then you don't have to spend money. |

We will work on improving that in the future. (Please remember that on our sales, we didn't promise that early orders will get the lowest serial numbers.)
We will release more coins in the future, and we will have to balance in when we sell and fulfill orders, versus purposely taking inventory out to sell at auction, for collectors to get the coin number they want.
In fact, we see this as a service to this audience, to sell all of the lowest coins in auction.
If you're willing, you can order and pay for the coin number you like.
Alternately, we could have just not auctioned anything, and even kept inventory for ourselves.
Hope you understand that this is a balance, and though doing very well, we are still new to this business.
