1101  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Small investors now is your time! on: September 18, 2017, 04:34:11 AM
So now that the price is dropping, do not fret as it's the perfect time to buy! with bitcoin once again in the 3000's $100 will go much farther now than it did just a few weeks ago. You can possibly even buy your way into the larger investment level right now and ride the wave! Capitalize  on this moment to double down. Even if it lowers a bit more it's still in our favor. because as soon as this insecurity is gone Bitcoin will make another run and my guess is that it would hit 6000+. Especially with bankers buying it up while denouncing it publicly. Getting to your first coin is a milestone and will allow you/me/all of us to participate in the community at a whole new level and from a new perspective.

Act now!

Thoughts and criticisms welcome.

I agree with you. this time is the most appropriate time to buy bitcoin, because we know that in a few weeks again bitcoin will return to normal. I think this is a good opportunity for middle to lower capital owners like us. so later we can get double profit.
As the price has come to its lowest level although it is rising again, but if you think and know the coming situation of the crypto currency market then it is the time to invest in bitcoin as it is the best chance to buy in this rate. After some days youwill see that the price is more than 4500 and is approaching towards 5000 and as the predictions says that it will reach to the limit of 10000 dollars till the end of this year. So, it is good time to buy even with small amounts.
1102  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there any recommended amount or percentage of each coin you should hold? on: September 16, 2017, 12:10:36 PM
There isn’t a recommended amount to hold, just follow your instincts and don’t let what anybody said change your mindset, you should just keep what you think would be sufficient for you when the market is booming
Following people will of course sometimes get you confused. It is never good basing one's decision on other people's opinion most especially on this forum that most people are here just for the signature campaign.
Although, not like it is bad to seek for opinions, but do your own assignment and just use others opinion to find a balance probably if there is something you must have missed from your own research.
1103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum in 5 years on: September 16, 2017, 11:17:34 AM
IF it survives till 2022 it might reach 100.000usd/eth. We would all use it to buy tickets to go to the moon Cheesy

That's insane, eth is a platform unlike bitcoin which is an actual currency and store of value. Eth might reach 2.000$ but it really can't go higher.
There behind some good reason it could be hit $2k value in Dollar. Right now, Definitely amazing buying opportunity, but where is the bottom of this fall? What is your guess? $250 for ETH or something else. We should not miss the chance.

For ethereum to be $2k, bitcoin should be $20k clearly. Without this happen, ether cannot hit those high prices. Ethereum has many competitors now. But bitcoin is unique.

I expect ether to be $500 in early 2018.

Yeah $2k is too high to expect from Ethereum and I would be satisfied even if it touches the price of $1k in next year and that is surely possible to achieve looking the volume and popularity but my more focus would be to invest more only in bitcoins.
The reason was not causing by the demand but the update will make the ethereum will worth a lot in the future, There is no generate machine again to the ethereum, miners will never dump ethereum again and i think that was the good reason to the ethereum worth a lot.
I will suggest living in reality and in the real world, there is no space for eth to be worth of holding in future. I mean it is crystal clear from its current price that this coin is pretty useless, even neo and waves are far better than eth. I don’t think so this coin is going to show some miracle in the future.

After 5 years, we may expect eth to join litecoin as "just another currency in crypto world" and nothing more or nothing less as people will start forgetting eth when they will see some new innovative coins. I believe no one will be ready to argue that there will be zero chances for another advanced coin.
1104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH - will it go lower on: September 16, 2017, 10:57:37 AM
Who knows man. I see these as longer term investments. I put large capital in and just sit on it its very volitile but it's proven to be going in the right direction for the long distance! But, Best thing is to buy a little bit at a time.
I will suggest holding onto those which you have already bought and there is no need to buy anymore eth because they are badly dumping at the moment and no one knows about its recovery. I will like to advise you not to invest too much in eth because they are not capable of producing grand profits compared to bitcoins.

Seems bitcoin has already found its recovery whereas eth is still fluctuating at lower ends. Hopefully in coming weeks we may see eth prices to start riding along with bitcoin prices but I guess it is not recommended to invest more there as of now.
1105  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you Panic? on: September 16, 2017, 10:30:26 AM
Whether its bitcoin trading or altcoin trading, there is bound to come a time when your investment is getting dumped badly, and its panic time.
How do you panic? Does that really make you panic and do you take decisions that you actually regretted later? Or do you keep calm and HODL?
What makes you panic and how do you react to it?
Probably you have been able to learn a lot and imbibe some professional skills before going into trading. That is good! Some just jump right in and think it is all so rosy without the single perks of trading and they panic at the slightest mistake they make and come running back saying, trading sucks!
1106  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin have a future? on: September 16, 2017, 09:43:59 AM
Move in bitcoin regard demonstrates that bitcoin is progressing. It is not an issue to be worried.Bitcoin has endorsed in japan and india is soon to legitimize bitcoin.Mass social affair of bitcoin is occurring wherever all through the world.
You are right. Every one that has been following the news lately should know there is more to bitcoin's progress lately than all the FUD being thrown around. But if they want to keep getting themselves worried over all these, there is little we can do about that.

Future of bitcoin has nothing to do with the fluctuations bitcoin does go often like this week happened. When ever bitcoin prices fell down, people do come up doubting about the future of it. Until, bitcoiners get clear idea about the potential and scope of bitcoin and its application, I am afraid, some people will keep coming with such FUDs and questions.
1107  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Good news to bitcoin traders. on: September 16, 2017, 08:18:04 AM
"Chinese government said it is impossible to ban bitcoin that they are just trying to regulate it and they actions should benefits blockchain" https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/6zzmyy/official_press_of_china_it_is_impossible_to_ban/ for fundamental analysis traders, the best time to buy bitcoin is now as this is the best significant news that come from China after the banned of ico and the fake news or rumor of banned of cryptocurrency exchangers in China.

This is a breath of fresh air. However, the damaged has been already and seeing the price now at $3800-$3900. I consider the earlier fake news that someone or some big entities have already benefited from the string of negatives news coming from China. Maybe they have sold already around $4700-$4800 at the height of the massive bullrun, and they spreading fake news so that they can buy in this dip. I already think that Chinese banning or closing down local exchanges are really a band move on their side. They should put a tighter regulation and this is a win-win for all of us. Hope that the dust is cleared already and investors started to go gather and buy bitcoins once again.
I do not really view that as damage. Speculations are normal. Some people fall for it and dump fast while some people use it as a way to stash up. We all have the information at our fingertip and if anyone could not properly read through the news to know there was never really a danger anywhere in the first place, then it is their cup of tea.
1108  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does experience matter in gambling? on: September 16, 2017, 08:02:46 AM
experience mater on some cases but most lucks matter.

We always need experience, including in gambling. Therefore we must make as much experience as possible. The experience is there so we can move better, choose the right choice. We have to think carefully about what we will choose and with experience we can think harder.
We need experience in all the walks of our lives. We learn something, then do practical work against that and results give us experience. It matters, it do matter. For the best possible decision, choosing one from many, right path selection, for these all and many experience really matters and so in gambling.
1109  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can gambling help you with your life? on: September 16, 2017, 07:36:49 AM
No lights in gambling, Gambling will ruin your life. Just stay away and life like normal people.

This is happening to those gamblers that doesn't know how to control their stuffs. Look at the successful gamblers, they tend to have bigger capital and they are winning bigger profit too. It's about the capital, control and knowledge with the games you are playing but if you think that it will just ruin your life, then don't be a gambler.
Gambling doesn’t mean for everyone, you are right. But remember, if someone is in favor of gambling that only be the reason they are in winning-era at that particular time, often we can say “lucky time”. But every gambler announce at the end of their tenure to avoid gambling, it makes life like hell. It is true.
1110  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: September 16, 2017, 07:02:36 AM
You need someone to motivates you to stop or an inspiration to fix yourself again.  Making a move is already the first step toward changing yourself to being normal again.

This is a good idea if you want to stop from gambling maybe you need some help from other people or you need companion to forget gambling. The person you need is people from your family or friends because they are the one who will help you most unless they know that you are gambling but if they don't know that your are gambling i think it will hard to tell them at first that you are addicted too much on gambling. I suggest that you try talking to them and maybe you will see a different result.
Your family will be one of the "enough" reason to quit this harmful and fatal to finances disease. If you have a family and you are still losing everything and then you see they are turning towards a dark living standards day by day just because of you then you will definitely quit. You only have to show this situation to your mind and see the results.
1111  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with altcoins on: September 15, 2017, 07:12:19 PM
I usually do gamble with bitcoin because nowadays altcoins seems to fluctuate ever single time thus the price is not so stable compared to bitcoin. I think it is disadvantage when price is not stable. So to be safe and precise i go with bitcoin
You are right, but Bitcoin price is also fluctuating so I don't think that is a very big difference if we use our Bitcoin or our altcoins to Gamble. Personally I never played with other altcoins because I believe too much in Bitcoin and I like to play only with it.
if the price of the bitcoin is not mattered for you, then you can play with bitcoin. All casinos will accept this and no need to pay for an extra charge to convert your bitcoins to altcoins and altcoins to BTC. Why people prefer to play with altcoins means the price of BTC is high. They can not afford that loss.
Would you buy altcoins with bitcoins and then gamble with them? Would you buy altcoin with dollars and gamble with it? Or would you mine altcoins and instead exchanging it to bitcoins and waiting for price to go up gamble with mined altcoins?
Either way it is the same thing.
Putting this much effort in earning a digital coin and then converting it into some other form or mining the crypto coins at the first place so that a person can gamble is not very wise. He must reconsider his actions rather decision of gambling. In a nutshell, digital currencies can be used in a much better way.
1112  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if we use a one currency only? on: September 15, 2017, 06:54:37 PM
Countries will never agree to that. Governments need regional control and need a means to adjust this (by having their own currency) if everyone uses the same currency, there would be more unemployment and financial mayhem overall
It is right to think about it that what will actually happen. The price of the bitcoin is high and people are thinking to make it the world currency but if the world will use only one currency then the process of the investment will be slow as compare to the present age because having multi currencies are Improving the economical condition of the country so it is good to have the multi currencies.
Yes, I feel the same and that is the reason that many people will never accept bitcoin in their lives. The up growing price and the instable system give the people a suspicious aspect of bitcoin and they think that it would be the greatest blunder in the world of online business. When more and more people invest in bitcoin suddenly the miners and developers will disappear form the screen. It is also untraceable
1113  Economy / Economics / Re: lest we forget, Bitcoin is a blessing. on: September 15, 2017, 05:08:07 PM
Bitcoin has pass through many stage, limitations, attack and forks issue but its price keep on increasing from inception till now. At this time Last year bitcoin price was $450 but today it is $1245 that was over 180% increment in just a year. This is what we call blessing, that is making progress in the face of strong opposition!!
The fact bitcoin price increase 560% if looks back when we're stuck at $220, in that situation many bitcoin user think the price will not rise. I think you it's too naive if you think that bitcoin is blessed because it has nothing to do with religion.
Yet there see still possibilities for Bitcoin to experience bad things in terms of transaction , value and price. And that could be the point that people would look at bitcoin as a total disaster. But we all know that Bitcoin has its limit and future so the best thing to actually do is to continue our support to its system for it to achieve it full depth in terms of transactions , investments and security.
There are many things which still need to be improved, like as you mentioned, instability, price, value and the system of holding and transaction. Because it is a new thing for the people so nobody will easily accept and own bitcoin and will never depend his future on bitcoin. If bitcoin is not welcomed all over the world, then what? I think then it will be only a coin business.
1114  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lost around 5BTC in 2013... Time to start again on: September 15, 2017, 07:25:18 AM
So back in 2012 / 2013 I was quite involved with the Crypto scene, and invested in a mining rig (good old days!) After around a year or so, I managed to mine LTC, trade BTC etc and had somewhere in the region of 5BTC. As the prices all started to plummet, I turned the rig to a desktop computer and stupidly left all of my coins in Cryptsy. Easily done for someone who understood the basic fundamentals of the Crypto world, but not all of the security to go with it.

I managed to recover about 0.2BTC from old wallets etc, and although kicking myself that I could have a life changing amount of money, I've come to a conclusion that I just need to build a bridge and start again!

My question to you all is have you ever experienced anything like this? How did you find the motivation to start again? And what do you think are the best ways nowadays (as i'm 4 years out of touch) at getting back to that milestone of 1BTC in my wallet?

Thanks,

I guess it's just a matter of time. nothing is too late for that.
I experienced as you told me. but I try to re-engage with bitcoin. I explore knowledge again, day by day. and to date. I can enjoy a bit of the bounty of bitcoin.
Whatever happens happens for some reason. There are no accidents. If a person continues his journey even after this great a loss, that definitely means he has trust in bitcoins and this way he will become the symbol of courage also attracting many others. The motive must be, if I will fall down for seven times, I will stand up for eight times.
1115  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Earning enough with Bitcoin without Job ? on: September 15, 2017, 06:52:02 AM
I think earning enough with bitcoin without job is something you can do as long as you really have the skills and focus on bitcoin then you will get profit
That is very true, my friend. If someone wants to make bitcoins his only source so income, he must possess a good knowledge of bitcoins and other crypto coins. Also, he must have a good command over the method used by him. If he is a trader, he must have good analytical skills and high rate OD accuracy in predictions.
1116  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin - time to buy or sell? on: September 14, 2017, 07:55:34 PM
With Bitcoin falling so much this week/month, do you think it's a great opportunity to buy in or time to cash out?
I think it is not best to time to sell bitcoin because the price of it's low now. It is time to buy more bitcoin for holding. It is the best chance to buy. We know that bitcoin has great opportunity to hit good price. So don't sell it and buy it for holding.
This is time to hold and just don’t be panic and hold what you have in your wallet it not good time to sell just make a keen observance to the market and then strike back with your wallet asset you will be more happy when the day of rise come so don’t sell now and it will help you in future to join caravan of profiteers it is time to buy .buy as much as u can.
1117  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you decide when it's time to sell? on: September 14, 2017, 06:33:17 PM
Nobody wants to be monitoring the prices all day with the cursor on the sell button just waiting to click the mouse, so how do you decide when to sell?

If you set up an open order with a low target price, you'll be disappointed when the price climbs well above your target price.
If you set up an open order with too high a price, you might not sell at all.

What's your strategy?
You were the one who got into the market and bought all the coins yourself so you should make that decision on when to sell yourself. It’s a matter of choice and not about any economic indicator, if it suits you to sell then go by it.
Yes thats right it will always depends on you when to sell if you have target price and then if its reach on that price then sell it with no doubt. Some people selling it then if they saw that the price is still stable then they sell it they have doubts that why they sell it. No doubt in selling that is a must.
Rightly said, I think the best technique to decide the best time to sell is this that you make a graph yourself which indicates that how much profit you want to earn from single Bitcoin. When you see the price of Bitcoin going that much high that it matches the amount of your profit, simply sell it and enjoy the money you had in return.
1118  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Any good Bitcoin exchange on the deep web? on: September 14, 2017, 06:06:44 PM
I can say that one of the reason why many governments banned the bitcoins because bitcoin using in deep web. I have read many articles that the bitcoin is using to buy different drugs, different organs of the people and using different crimes.
It is very much possible that Bitcoin is being used for all the illegal activities and also in the crimes taking place. I think going for Bitcoin exchange on the deep web will not be a good option. You never know whether you are dealing with the right person or the person is trustworthy or not. Go for some legal exchange.
1119  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you decide when it's time to sell? on: September 13, 2017, 01:58:57 PM
i decide to sell my altcoins. when i noticed that i have a good and high profit to me. when i realized that the value of my altcoins doesnt rise high more. and lastly i decide to sell my altcoins when i really needed money. even if it low or high when i need it then i sell it.
yeah when you need cash you better sell it. actualy in cryptocurrency you can earn good profit not only buying but also selling in some point.

You should focus on making regular profits and that is possible only with trading and its also better then only holding your coins as holding will never give you regular profits so whenever you are making some profits without waiting longer you should sell your coins and buy them back price goes down again.
I think it is only the matter of difference in strategy. One may want to get regular profits so they must have to indulge themselves in trading, especially day trading. If you have enough money and want to use extra money then holding is amazing as the prices always tend to go higher. Stick to your strategy in either cases.
1120  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as salary for a regular job? on: September 11, 2017, 06:29:14 PM
Would you accept bitcoin as your salary in your profession, especially if you work in other country?

I my self would not accept Bitcoin as my salary here is the reason.
Bitcoin is not stable for me to get paid for my work. The sallary you get is not that stable the fractions on bitcoin. (Well yea you might get paid in btc in stable USD rate for your salary) But, still your money may go down or up.

For me i would like to have my salary in Fiat than Bitcoin.

I think like you no one will accept at this stage bitcoin, being a payment against his salary because it has not yet been recognized/accepted by countries formally. If once it accepted being a legal currency across the world, then, I think it would be acceptable conventionally as well as formally for masses/governments and then, it may be paid as salary for regular job.
