Please STFU idiots and let the dev fork the coin. I already bought back 10k KDC since the announcement.
That's all that needed to be said. "I bought 10k KDC since the announcement..." so that I can dump it as soon as the fork spikes the price and I can make a tidy profit and let somebody else hold the bag after the price continues to drop. Can't fault you for wanting to make a buck, but your loyalty to the coin itself are obvious.

if the coin is forked price will go up and people will dump, especially the frustrated ones with no patience. unless you use this as an opportunity to market the coin, get more miners and more investors, forking it will have a negative effect. on the other hand it could be extremely effective but thats only if you get the word out to everyone not only the people already interested in the coin
This is pretty much how it's been with every coin that has had a forced fork. I explained it many pages back with examples of coins that it happened to. The only people a hard fork benefit are those that have stockpiled coins cheap going into the fork. Also, block halving has proven it does NOTHING to a coin's value. Look at the hype that went toward Dogecoin's block halving - look at it's exchange rate immediately BEFORE the halving and immediately AFTER if you want a popular and current example. But was there no good fork at Kitteh? Was that not the reason why it jump from 1 to 120 (highest point) now only trading at 30, but still, they were worth only 1. Kitteh was broken. Period. That's why it was at 1. Take TopCoin for example... it's whole premise is block halving. I suppose moving from 4 satoshi to 5 satoshi represents a 20% increase in value, but that happens in a regular market based on demand anyway. Halving doesn't make any difference.

I'm a little confused -
Why does the source say first commit authored only 10 hours ago?
Devs? Did we fork? Was there a code update that we weren't informed about?
If there was a code update, why is there an apparently brand new github for us? Why isn't there a branch or historical updates?
What changed?
No change yet I want to know why there's an entirely new source tree posted. Why is the original one gone?

This begs the question, how many cards does cudaminer support? I suppose it also begs the question of how many cards the nvidia drivers would support as well... ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

Looking to sell up to 300k AntiKeiserCoin (AKC). I have no problems with escrow.
PM with offers, prefer BTC or LTC.

Not sure if it's been mentioned or if you're aware of it, but your transaction log for wallet withdrawals now shows the IP address of the Cloudflare proxy that the user is connected to for Requester IP rather than the actual connected user's IP address. Obviously this is because Cloudflare is now proxying thing inbound connection for you. I am not certain of how their API works, but I'm certain they'll help you fix that.
It's probably not a good thing.
This has obviously been happening since you guys implemented Cloudflare.

When is the update supposed to happen? I thought we were supposed to get it today?
Not trying to be a pain in the butt, but I'd like to be able to inform my pool of any impending downtime.

wasting your time he's gone with my coins
@stevetrac I'm here. I also sent your coins from your online wallet to your windows wallet with +bonus, if I remember right? We have good news! :
1-We'll fix the block retarget issue, 2-We'll change the name to FairKeiserCoin. 3-We'll create a forum for FKC. 4-We'll make a giveaway after the wallet/daemon update. 5-Please be patient and mine your A(F)KCs! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) 6-New logo bounty for new FKC(0.04+0.01BTC)!! Do it now and let FKC start!
We think Fair Keiser Coin is better then now too and It has more potential. So we're going to change this, also domain name, twitter, irc and the other things. This will be first revolution of AKC. Thanks to all your great ideas. Especially @NJRiot, I love your giveaway idea-1 ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I think it should be F(A)KC's. F(A)KC YOU! ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

Just a quick note - pool difficulties are behind us. We're still sorry for the fuss it caused.
PoolMineWith.Us has awarded it's first three block finders with 0% fees as promised!
There's still 2 more... you know what, to make it up to you we're extending the promotion to a total of the first 10 blocks found.
There's still 7 more slots eligible to get 0% fees!

After a long bit of testing, and thanks to some folks who stuck it out with us, I can officially say PoolMineWith.Us is up and running finding AKC blocks. What happened? It was likely one of the following:- A bad wallet build (we rebuilt it) - A bad stratum (we setup a brand new stratum) - Just plain horrible luck on the AKC network In any event, thanks to those who stuck it out, apologies to anyone who threw hashes at us and wasted their time. Hope you'll give us another shot.

Enjoy your "forking" scamcoin folks.
Wolong thanks you for your patronage and awaits the jingling of your next wallets.

Official apologies to anyone that threw their hashes at akc.poolminewith.us.We're investigating why we didn't get a single block despite having a decent amount of hashrate going.
I personally take the blame, and I fully expect to hear accusations of "scam pool", but the best I can do is say that I was right along side everyone there and not a single AKC is to be found in our possession.
Yeah, it's irritating to me too. The last thing any pool op wants to do is take down a pool, but that's what we're doing until the problem is fixed. We'll open the pool back up as soon as we figure out what's causing the issue.

will pool mining be available at launch or do we have to solo mine first?
We decided to announce source and wallet password at same time. So you can mine it solo a few minutes, before pools are ready. Bravo sir. Fair launch indeed.

Hahaha, this coin looks nice! I hate max keizer!, and mintcoin will be to hard for my gt430! So this will be a good alternative to mine for me. But as they said please release a few hours early for europe please. Many thanks.
We decided for 24 hours because a lof of people want 24 hours, sorry for this. 1- I'll share the windows-qt before launch(1-2 hour) with 50 char random password like &%+$. 2- I'll give the source code to 1 or 2 pool owners before launch. They can start them pools when the time come. (reliable, not keen on scam) 3- I'll share the github source after 20 min!If it's not okay please tell me!I'm okay with this, though I would suggest that the windows-qt launch window be reduced to 20-30 minutes AT MOST. As unpopular as it may end up being with anyone that registered with us - poolminewith.us will be more than willing to wait until public source is posted before the stratum goes up.

So I backed up my wallet and re-installed my OS.
After running KDC Windows client, it's stuck 3 hours behind.
(I have tried to update my wallet file before syncing and after syncing to no avail) Any help would be appreciated
Close it and reopen it? Usually that kickstarts wallets that get stuck for me.
|
|
|
Just a friendly reminder...
0% pool fees at kdc.poolminewith.us now.
Now with better faster website speed.
|
|
|
As much as I'd love to have PoolMineWith.Us be "the first" or a "launch pool", a fair launch imho means post the source to github along with a pre-compiled windows wallet as soon as it's ready to launch and let everybody go.
THAT is a fair launch.
