1101  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Hard work or Smart work? on: December 06, 2023, 01:39:41 PM
My brother this topic wey you write so, somebody be don talk about this same thing, for this local board and if we start to reply now na still repeat we go just dey repeat ourselves, because nothing wey go dey new. I understand the hard work and time wey you put together to take compose this wonderful topic, me sef I been don dey for this kind of situation before and wattin Dem advice me na to lock the thread, and na exactly wattin I do, because I no get strength to dey go find wey to beg make Dem for remove negative trust or ban from my account. So the best advice wey I get to give you, na for you to lock this thread, for your account safety.

Na the topic wey get the same info be this:
Smart not Hardwork
1102  Local / Off-topic (Naija) / Re: Why do people think is a mistake to be Nigeria?? on: December 06, 2023, 01:13:10 PM
As you see me so, I no blame any body wey dey deny this country oo, because wattin person dey carry em eye see, em mouth no go fit talk am, according to our children for school, if them wan say the pledge, Dem dey say to serve Nigeria is not by force. Anytime I hear that part na laugh I just dey laugh because if small children fit talk that kind thing, how much more we wey don see things tire for the country hand? If I be any of those people wey dey japa, if I don get something doing for about 5 years, the next thing na to go change my nationality, I no lie you. Because ehh to some extent the country is nothing to write home about. How many times una don hear say people dey come nationalize for this country?
1103  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: new law by theymos to disallow mixers in the forum on: December 06, 2023, 01:04:20 PM
Normally we no say na for the betterment of the forum, naim make Theymos take this decision so, and if to say na any of us dey for em shoe na the same we for for do unless say we no like make the forum continue to dey stand because, the issue wey dey ground big pass wattin only one individual go fight for, only Theymos no go fit go fight government, besides the matter sef na money laundering mater, so e better as em commot body if not, Dem for say em sef d y benefit from the money laundery act. So we suppose understand say as a leader e get plenty decision wey you go take wey fit no dey ok with em subject dem at first but with time dem go come dey see the reason why. Na everybody the thing dey pain both outsiders of this local board, so e touch everybody round. However make we just dey pray for more casino campaigns to come so that the campaign go reach everybody.

1105  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Wetin look genuine no genuine for nija on: December 05, 2023, 10:28:01 PM
If na only me ehh, anything wey concern federal government palliative wey Dem post online I just know say na scam from the beginning, because if federal government wan share palliative for people is either na physical enrollment or e go pass through our government to our hand physically, all those links wey we dey see for WhatsApp and other social media say na tinubu naim bring am, all of them na scam and na fake. I never too dey sure wattin those developers of those links dem dey use the personal information wey Dem dey get from people dey do, but one thing na for sure say e no go pass for scam purpose, maybe na to use am get numbers wey dem go send bulk message to because, I dey receive that kind of message almost everyday.
1106  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Know the difference between being busy and being productive. on: December 05, 2023, 10:19:03 PM
My brother no be small thing oo, some times na we just dey deliberately dey act busy and we nor dey do any new thing to make our selves dey productive. I no go lie you since I join this campaign wey I dey so, to sit down make better constructed post wey go benefit others, and this thing dey disturb me, no be say na me just choose to stop oo, I believe two of una know how e be, although no be do or die to make the full number of post, but man need money, and apart from this forum I still dey do electrical work, wey dey make me no dey too get chance to settle down make better post for this forum or local board and because of that my merit nor dey move like before again.

Then when we dey talk about being productive generally I support wattin Richbased talk when e talk say person gat look back to wattin e done achieve and set goals to make more achievement, because without goals e just be like say, na anywhere breeze blow naim we sef dey go. So to set goal na very crucial thing for any body wey dey strive for success or productiveness.
1107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to invest AI coins? on: December 05, 2023, 09:04:18 PM
Investing in Ai project isn't the best advise I can give to anyone especially, since we don't have full trust on any of them. Though some of them look very tempting to invest in, seeing the percentage increase of 40% in the last 24 hour. But for sure I won't advice any of my family to invest on Ai projects because currently the increase in their price look too good to be true for a legit project, so I'll advise you stick to Bitcoin, after all there have been some changes in the price. Then for those who likes altcoin stick to it, but I don't fuck with altcoins so this advice isn't coming from my heart. But at least some altcoins are better than these Ai coins.
1108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How do you feel about market recovery on: December 05, 2023, 08:40:30 PM
I was expecting history to repeat itself. That is, I was expecting the price of Bitcoin and the crypto market to start experiencing increase before the end of the year. And hear is it moving in accordance to my prediction, I am excited because I was prepared for this moment and all I see is profit around my portfolio, some person might be on serious regret for ignore accumulation when they had the chance before now, but I want to still encourage them that, it not too late to start accumulation cause the price will eventually increase more than this current ATH for the year in most coins. And if your about to accumulate, I'll advice you buy bitcoin now cause it on fire🔥
1109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Crypto to buy for 2024 ? on: December 05, 2023, 08:26:48 PM
My advise to any one asking for coin to invest in would always be Bitcoin considering many factors like trust, market cap etc. Bitcoin is the best coin to invest in, majority of coins you see around also follows the price movement of Bitcoin. Even the ETH which can be seen also as a promising coin, follows the price movement of movement, so I don't think I can share my Bitcoin accumulation with other coins. No matter how fast some coins can bein profiting their holders for short term, I'll still stick with Bitcoin, after all I am not a trader or short term term holder. However the current increase in the price of bitcoin is an evidence that, the bull run after the halving event will bring forth the new ATH, so I'll advise you hold on to your bitcoin or accumulate more.
1110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If you had $500, which coins would you choose to buy on: December 05, 2023, 07:52:51 PM
If I had $500  for investment, my decision has always been straight forward, all the $500 would be going to Bitcoin, most especially now that we are experiencing a little bit of bull run, and one of the most interesting thing is that this is the current highest price for this year. Just today Bitcoin has experienced 4%+ increase, how much more before the end of the year? To me Bitcoin is just the best coin to make your investment now, after all there are several coin which their price is tired to that of Bitcoin, so what's the point of investment in another coin when their influencer is doing just fine.
1111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Dogecoin (DOGE) Pumps 10% As Elon Musk Links Memecoin To X on: December 05, 2023, 07:42:39 PM
You think Elon Musk would take seriously a coin that was designed as a "joke"? He's only shilling it to fool investors for his own benefit. It's easy enough to manipulate an inexpensive coin like DOGE than a behemoth like Bitcoin. The guy didn't even keep his promise of integrating Dogecoin into "X". So you can see there's no future for Dogecoin with Elon Musk around.

Only the community can guide the project towards a better future. The day developers reduce DOGE's supply and add innovative features, will be the day that Dogecoin will be used seriously for payments like similar chains (Bitcoin, Litecoin, etc). Otherwise, expect the "meme" coin to go back to $0 soon. Just my two sats. Cheesy

Hahaha, you're funny man, I think the developers of that coin should do more just as you have said, reducing or puting an end the coin mining or generation of additional coin would be the best solution for the growth of the coin, I believe doge coin would have done more if the developer had considered these things earlier. Currently the price of doge coin increased alone side Bitcoin with 4%+ and if it continues like this, by the end of January it most have reached $1. Though the market cap of this coin shows that investor believe in the coin, and that could make the developers make a difference in the coin program to end the supply and let the existing ones to circulate. Is it that they are just being lazy or they haven't released yet that the coin they made out of joke is now a big deal?
1112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Site For Updated Cryptocurrency Prices Without Refreshing Browser? on: December 05, 2023, 07:20:31 PM
I use Coinmarketcap for price movement and comparing the price of coin with dollar, and it very fast and accurate, I deem it to be the best. Beside using it for the purpose of crypto price it also give some details about the coin. Like for example it tells the market cap, coin volume, the total supply, max supply, coin websites and it even goes as far as making links for the coin white paper. Without any argument I want to believe that Coinmarketcap is  the best so far.
1113  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What I learnt from a crackhead about gambling on: December 05, 2023, 06:25:04 PM

Addiction is addiction. It does not matter how the mechanism of dysfunctional brain chemistry is triggered but the effects are what we call "addiction". Whether it was a drug or gambling addiction does not matter. The difference is physical. A drug addiction will literally bring your body into irreversible ruin and maybe even into death.

But again, not everyone who does drugs is a drug addict just like not everyone who gambles is a gambling addict.

It is important to make distinctions.

I don't think comparing drug addiction to gambling addiction is a good thing, though they are not advisable or recommendable to any one but comparing them is just not acceptable, reason I said so is, gambling addict doesn't necessarily mean someone who is gambling irresponsibly. However I have seen some gambling addict, who have turned gambling to their life career, and the interesting part is that most of the time they make a lot of wins, like in thousands of dollar. And most of these gamblers have built their houses from money they got from gamble, though some of their losses can be quite big as well. While on the other hand there is no gain from drug addiction, but rather they're just reducing their lifespan by first, damaging some organs in there body like lungs and liver.
1114  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Faulty POS terminal or network issue? on: December 05, 2023, 06:05:53 PM
When you say POS terminal,  what are you referring to? Is it the POS machine or the brand of the POS?
In cases of failed transaction, it's almost certain that the cause of the failure Is as a result of network issue either from your bank or the receiver bank, which in your case is tye pos machine.  possibility you could look out for as the source of the issue, it could be one of the following.

What you should have done would have been to go to another pos stand and make transaction to ascertain the cause of the problem since your mobile banking and atm see giving you the same failed result.

Pos terminal naim be the pos machine itself, and to be honest I don hardly hear say fault like this na from the pos, though e dey happen but e dey very rear. And you no go blame the op for using transfer, after all with wattin em write e show say na the first time e dey try to use transfer for that pos. Normally the fault fit be from em bank, na one of the reasons why I hate banks be that, especially this Christmas period. Before you go know now you go hear say money don dey scarce and banks no go come dey get network again, na just matter of time we go hear am, because na their normal thing every December. Na why I no dey like use bank, even if I receive the money for bank, the one wey I know say I fit spend within short period of time, I dey move am to my opay account, because of their fast transaction. Though, e nor dey advised to put enough money for there oo, just put amounts lower than 200k. Na the only best alternative wey I get be this.
1115  Local / Off-topic (Naija) / Re: Selfish Nigerians on: December 05, 2023, 02:37:55 PM
In this day an era, my broda or sista wey be the OP, make I tell you in capital letters say, NOTHING IS HIDDEN UNDER THE SUN. Shey you get andriod phone, and you fit get at least N500 to take connect to the internet? If yes, e nor get update wey dey hidden na we just dey too lazy to find am.

Take this forum for example, e get some people wey be say na person give them the update, e also get some people wey be na for internet dem find the forum. Update or no update , just sabi how to use the internet.
Oga davidvictorson wetin you talk na true , nothing wey no dey dis our internet.  Every update man dey look for e dey for internet just that some people no sabi use internet. Like this our forum , e get some people wey hey this update by themselves just by browsing the Internet.  People are making good money from the Internet.

My brother the way una talk am no be so e be, if you know how hard men don search reach for google to get online update dem, una no go talk that thing wey una talk, if to say you know how many videos men don watch for YouTube just to get update you go think twice before you make that statement. OK make I shock you, try make you go setting then clear your browser data usage space to 0mb, then make you write bitcoin or related search about bitcointalk but make you no put the talk after the bitcoin weda you go see this platform .Yes na true say some people naturally lazy to search while others believe say anything online na illegal or scam, but that one no mean say those wey never get the update na lazy dem lazy, I don still try to work for freelancer and upwork before but now na so so scammers naim don full those forum, I no go lie you, many update dey wey still dey hidden not because we are lazy to search but because some of them get regional restricted.

Just imaging this forum now, person wey no know anything about wey create account go gats pay money to become copper member and em dey find update, I no go lie you if to say na you, you no go like pay that money because e fit be scam method to take your money, and besides you no go fit post anything with that account to get help from members. So my brother e no easy no be the wey una dey talk am, dem say "it is easier said than done"

To prove say e nor dey easy, how many legit update wey you get?
1116  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Faulty POS terminal or network issue? on: December 05, 2023, 02:04:29 PM

What are your thoughts?

Actually this same issue occurring to many other pos users, I have also had one experience of N5000 debit without confirmation in their POS machine but, in my case when I went to the bank for reversal they told me, that I'll received the money back in 14 days, but after the 14 days, I didn't receive any money but I just ignored the stress of going to the bank again, so I left the money hung on the air.  However I think the fault to this problem might be from the both sides, let me explain, there are certain times I do experience a particular pos terminal rejecting my card, while another terminal in the same pos point accept it easily. And I have also seen a pos attendant checking network from banks before allowing card withdrawal or transfer from bank because, if you transact with them within this period, you'll be receiving a debit without confirmation from their terminal. So 70% of my believe is that the fault is from your bank while 30 on the pos terminal because faults from pos are mostly card rejection.
1117  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: [Pigin: Tutorial] PGP Signature - Encrypt/Decrypt message (Linux Only) on: December 05, 2023, 01:36:53 PM
Op thank you very much as you bring this kind of better knowledge come board, this pgp message encryption na the best way wey I don know how to send private message publicly. Person wey wan send massage make na only one person you want make e fit understand wattin you wan pass as message, na this best way wey I know be this. According to wattin I been read dem talk say the idea of this pgp message encryption na from when we been never advance wey military dem dey use codes take dey pass message during war between nations, so that na only their person go fit understand am come reply in same code manner. However today na wattin most people don dey use, even my self been don encrypt one message send give Bitcoingirl and na only am fit read the message and e come reply to prove say e work.

Though, I nor know weda hacker fit penetrate oo, but even if them try I know say e no go easy. This process for Linux look like say e go hard oo, the one wey I been do na for windows I use and na for kleopatra I take encrypt the message. I for like try am but I no get Linux OS and I no dey plan to remove my windows install Linux.
1118  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: A piece of advise concerning various links flying around on: December 05, 2023, 12:34:14 PM
Jamestown70 thank you for the advice and the reminder wey you carry come local board, because na the right time wey you carry come, why I say na the right time na be say , that testimony wey one of our local board member post say dem send her 25k na real, plenty people don testify say the money don come, and because of that reason my WhatsApp na so so referral links naim full am. Any time I enter na so I see person wey post this federal government palliative wey be 25k, and this matter just week me. Person wey dey work with people wey dey dispense the money say na even for buhari tenure naim dem take collect names wey dem go send randomly give. But for the links online na tinubu dem write, so make we shine our eye, one hacker fit just develop site like that take dey collect our information, or use from the site take hack our device, so make we dey careful and any site wey dem say dem dey double money just know say na scam. E no get as e wan be, real money no dey come so easily.
1119  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Emulate those with the potentials of your dreams to reality exhibitions on: December 05, 2023, 06:25:23 AM
Op I can boost that many member here especially top members of this forum, are not just using sugarcoated words to deceive any, or make them sound like a professional, and even if some members are just liers  that shouldn't be your problem because, they will surly fish them out and give them a ban. But on a clear note you can actually tell if they are professional by the quality of terms used, except maybe in local board that we do try to make thing very simple and easily understood. Though it might be difficult to identity those who are actually saying the what they practice because, in this forum any useful personal info is not advised to be disclosed publicly, there was a time were I created a post announcing my first set of satoshi which I bought, and I posted prove to the public by screen shooting my transaction. But after posting that, I was advised to immediately remove it from my post, and I did as I was instructed. So if it weren't for scammers, hackers and robbers I don't think hiding of prove would be necessary. However, I don't think its necessary to doubt any one because most statement are in form of advise, and that might be what you need at that time.
1120  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: New member on: December 04, 2023, 02:48:20 PM
Jollybaby you are welcome to bitcointalk forum and to our local board, e dey sweet me as I dey see more newbies wey dey enter the forum come locate our local board, because na them be one of the set of forum members wey go make our local board dey very active. But the part wey no too sweet na the first stage of spamming wey many newbies dey partake in. Anyway sha me I go just tell you say make you no copy other person work come do like say na your own oo, because this kind of thing naim dey tear people account sharp sharp. And I go still like advice make you take better time study the forum rules well well, because if you go default for any one you fit receive ban ASAP.
