I tried many times to control my self after making some money through gambling, but it is not possible when we are making our mind will suggest to play more games. Setting a limit before playing is much effective way of controlling your self than doing it in the middle of your games. Did anybody follow the Afghanistan vs Zimbabwe match today? Afghanistan seem to have collapsed dramatically.
Afghanistan were cruising along at 114/5, chasing 129. They needed 16 runs from 24 overs to win.
They managed to lose their remaining 5 wickets before they could score those necessary runs.
The big drama happened after losing 6th wickets in the afghan team. This is an unbelievable loss for Afghan, and also it is a unbelievable victory for Zimbabwe. Winning by 3 runs is really great because the target is very less it's just 130 runs from 50 overs. Well played Zimbabwe. From this win, this series is still alive. Now Afghan is lead by 2 - 1 in this series. Still, we have 2 more games left in this series. |

Yes, Sri Lanka can take some heart from this victory. Aussies are actually playing T20 against Sri Lanka and warm up matches for the test series in India. Basically there are only two possible reasons :
1. We still gambling because we think that we can get our money back after some loses.
2. Because we love/like to do it on spare time without worrying of losing our money.
I think the 1st one has higher percentage than the 2nd reason, maybe 90:10 or it can be even higher percentage for the 1st reason.
The reasons are correct, but the percentage is not much accurate according to me it's 70 - 30%. Yup, there are a lot of people play gambling to just have fun, not for money. And they are ready to lose money for this reason. I am also one of the people comes to the second point. I know if I follow my loss I will end with more loss so when I meet more loses I will stop my play and will play some other time. |

I agree . Dimitrov is almost unstoppable , the one match which he has lost in the last 12 is against Nadal ( Which was a nail-biter ) I think he will manage to win against Troicki . The number 1 seed, Marin Cilic have gone down from this tournament. The players that can really take away Tsonga title hope are left with Alex Zverev and Richard Gasquet. Tsonga is a great player but never won a single grandslam in his career. When the year come by, his chance to get one will get smaller. The return yo can get is just the entertainment, we cannot win in gambling in the long run, we have to admit that. Investing is the only way that could give us profit in the long run, this can be possible if we invest on project that we know very well. As we stay longer in gambling, we can find a method that would work and will give us profit, however, for sure it would not last as gambling sites always want to be profitable over us. In the long run, only we can make a profit in investment. If you try this long run in gambling, you will end with the big loss. And in gambling, there is no assurance that we will win or not. But in investing, we can give an assurance not 100% but at least 70 to 80%. Here the problem is yes we need a big amount to invest. With the small amount we can not make any profit, it's just time waste and money waste. |
