In yesterday's match, tie between Celtic vs Rosenborg and Nice vs Ajax. Dinamo kyev has won 3-1(against Young Boys) and has great chances of passing the round. They also won with 2 goals of difference Astana (against Legia) and Hapoel Beer Sheva(against Lugodorets).

Djokovic did his medical exams and it will be 6-10 weeks minimum for recovery.
He will definitely miss US Open.
Come back stronger for the 2018 AO, that is all that matters now. The rest of the year is over, probably cannot make the WTFs anyway.

I also believe that when he we fully recover he will come back much stronger.  Djokovic said that he is suffering from his elbow for over an year - the exact time he started to lose more matches. He is still young and has at least 4-5 good years

Federer also suffered from injury and took some weeks rest and came back with full form and won the trophy. Djokovic also tremendous player yes he is still young, and he can have the capability to play at least 4 to 5 years. And have a chance to sit in top place in ATP ranking. He may miss US Open but no problem first he wants to recover from his injury.
I would say 2 years of champion tennis is all that Djokovic has. He is 30 years old and style that he has is based on great physical condition. I think that with his 33 years he can not be old Novak that could win 3 out of 4 Grand Slam tournaments. Surely he can be top 4 player but next two, three years just have to be his two- three years.

2017 is a bad year for Novak Djokovic both physically and mentally. He will now be playing back in 2018 and I hope that in these months out there will be a good physical and mental form. Nadal and Federer have shown that is possible go back to playing the best tennis if in good shape.

Djokovic has great talent and is still young.
He can still win slam tournaments.

It is now official, Robert Kubica will be on track in the tests on the Hungaroring circuit next week. He will guide the Renault R.S.17.

If he is competitive he will be able to go back to f1!

Cska Moscow and Olympiakos winning away with 2 goals of difference are almost certainly qualified to the decisive round for qualifying groups(champion's league)
 Copenaghen surprisingly lost against Vardar
1107  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: July 25, 2017, 10:41:36 PM
The Wizards have signed Potter for 4 year making a $106.5 million max contract making him.the highest paid player next season at $24.8 million for the Wizards all i can say after this move is RIP Wizards honestly i have no idea why teams constantly are willing to pay guys who barely move the needle.

That's a big contract for Potter.

I don't know why there are teams that are paying big if they can get some rookies who are playing good.

Well we can't interfere with their decisions. It's their money.

There's big difference about Rookies and big contract old players. The rookies are under observeation if their performance will click with the season. Because other rookies were beast in their collegiate league but suffering in adoptation in the world of NBA. If the team wants to win the season they have to pay with it. Its their passion every players continuing improve themselves as their dream to bwcime a star.

Look on how much Derrick Rose' contract supposed to be in Cavs.. only $3.5 M if I'm not mistaken.

But well this is how the NBA management gives contract to the rookies, it's bigger than the older ones.

Because they are more powerful and has still strength to play better.

Because Derick Rose is not the same anymore. Post injury shows that he's explosiveness is somewhat not the same and plus he is injury prone. Last season he didn't complete the full 83 games if I'm not mistaken and miss a lot of (crucial?)games. If he is the same Rose that we knew when he once burst into the NBA, then he will surely get max contract and still with the Bulls. If he can proved after 1 season with Cavs then surely they will re-sign him with bigger contract.

Update:

I've read on a reliable page on facebook that today Derrick Rose is about to meet the Cleveland Cavaliers.

And as we expect, he's about to sign his contract. It's final I guess.
Wow, that's quite big, I hope those injured point guard like D will and D rose will make this team even better.
Rose needs to prove if that is true because he is playing with the king.
yeah this move is not be SO bad as they will get Kyrie replacement and if they get a good return for Kyrie. I mean there's a really good chance that they will be in a bad situation next offseason, but at least this coming season could be entertaining. News says that the player had his medical at cleveland today so it is more likely to be officialy announced very soon while the Cavs are looking to slavage Irving trade buy getting futurBlue  Chip Young Player As Centerpiece In his Trade just like Phoenix Suns did with Goran Dragic.
Yes, Derrick Rose is officially a new cleveland cavaliers player. He can revive his career and may be the great surprise this season. I hope he will be able to prove his talent after the unlucky injuries.
1108  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: July 25, 2017, 10:27:54 PM
Juventus has managed to sign from Fiorentina  Federico Bernardeschi from for a fee about €40 million and this  signing will give Allegri another winger allow him to play 4 2 31 formation. Bernardeschi has signed a five year dral with Juventus and with them landing Doglas Costa surely be looked upon to do major damage on the league maybe they could finaly be able to get better Chance at The Championsleague this season after another defeat in the finals or retaon the championship at italy despite Milain having an insane summer at signing..

Juventus improved in attack with douglas costa and Bernardeschi but worsened in defense.  Juventus lost his best defender Bonucci and then Chiellini (33 years) and Barzagli (36 years old) are old.
I think this year's buffon will suffer more goals than last years and I'm not sure that Juventus will win the serie A
1109  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: July 25, 2017, 10:12:28 PM
manchester city has spent on a perfect position by signing Walker, they are going to sign another player from Real Madrid who is Danilo. it is almost finalized that The Brazilian is forcing to leave The Spanish capital in order to join City. so now, Pep Guardiola has got his team following his desire. hopefully, he will get awarded by those signing.

I hope so but it's about time City start paying realistic prices for players and stop pumping money on average players. I think the teams are selling on the high side for them and they better watch that.
Pep Guardiola is indeed splashing cash at every problem he has at the club, Gone are the days when teams nurture players from a very young age, This time its all about the money when you want to compete with the elites. Which is making it hard for the small teams to make any difference at all. At least in the EPL, the TV rights money are equally shared among the clubs.

pep guadiola buy player always over value
kely walker, danilo, Benjamin mendy(52 million pounds) , bernado silva (30 million pounds), all very expensive
and pep is forget, city striker in productive and good performance only aguero, but pep not buy striker player

Yes, Guardiola is a great trainer but he buys the wrong players by paying them too much. For example, both stones and walkers have cost more than bonucci (40M) but their 2 are less powerful than him.
1110  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2017 Football Summer Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 25, 2017, 10:01:07 PM
Will Neymar really leave Barcelona and join PSG? It seems the PSG is serious to bring in Neymar, and they are rumored to be ready to redeem the release clause Neymar contract with Barcelona about 222 million euros. Not only that, PSG also dare to pay Neymar with a salary of 500,000 pounds a week.
In addition if Neymar moved to PSG, Barcelona will try to buy Dybala as a substitute for Neymar. Many say this is an excellent option to replace Neymar's position in Barcelona if he is really going to leave.

How do you think about this? Will it happen?
And is Dybala the right choice to replace Neymar in Barcelona? I think it's 90% going to happen. And I think this is an interesting transfer news at the moment.

Psg would spend over 500 M for neymar! Over 200M for its purchase, more than 60M per season for 5 years (300M). All this is really exaggerated

CR7 has said he wants to win many more trophies with Real Madrid this year.
He will remain officially at Real Madrid this year despite 1 month ago statements of wanting to leave Spain for tax issues.

A. Zverev continues his climb in the ranking atp.
Next week will do its best ranking (8th place).
He is surely the strongest among the new players.

In the next preliminary round of champion's league there are 3 very interesting matches:

Dinamo Kiev vs Young Boys
Celtic vs Rosenborg
Ajax vs Nice

These teams have great experience in European cups.
This is the penultimate round for qualifying groups.
1115  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: July 21, 2017, 08:01:33 AM
For how much?  I would have preferred to see him move to a club with a bit more history like Newcastle United or maybe even Everton.  At the former, Rafa Benitez needs more quality in his squad if he intends to bring Newcastle at the top half and get them to stay there consistently every year.

That if only rafa could do it, we know that rafa has no experience in doing such thing and he is lack of leadership compared with other coach. Even  when he was coaching real madrid, he made a very bad result. If he made bad result with real madrid imagine how bad could he be with newcastle's squad?

So far a very disappointing transfermarket session for Newcastle.
Rafa Benitez stayed at Newcastle thinking he could have so much money for very strong players and instead has a team that only needs to save this year. Newcastle is about to buy Jacob Murphy (Norwich), Florian Lejeune and Christian Atsu ... good players but not top players
1116  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: July 21, 2017, 07:50:59 AM
At the moment, Derick Rose is negotiating with the Cavs, according to ESPN. The max that Rose can get in Cleveland is 2.5 mln per one season.

It seems that Cavs will bring half of league just to match with the Warriors. But... Wink

I can't say any word but it's about desperation. Cavs is getting desperate to get this season's championship. They sure are upset with what happened and they want to upgrade their roster. Well Rose is another good just like Lebron who is a one man team.

Yes, Dennick Rose seems like a desperate attempt.
Cleveland was wrong to lay off GM Griffin who had almost convinced Jimmy Butler. Cleveland can win his conference (probably against Boston) but is clearly inferior to Golden State. LBJ next year will surely change team

West ham bought Chicharito Hernandez from Bayer Leverkussen for 15M.

Leicester is very close to buying Iheanacho of Manchester City for 30M.

Liverpool seems to have offered 80M for Naby Keita (22 years old) of RB Leipzig.

Arsenal and Tottenham are interested in Barkley of Everton.
Everton wants at least 60M for him

Another clamorous elimination in the preliminaries of the Europa League (after Glasgow Rangers),
Galatasaray lost against Östersunds, an unknown Swedish team born only 20 years ago!
1119  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: July 20, 2017, 09:41:52 PM
Waiting for the latest purchases, here is how they could play the top 5 teams:

Juventus: 4231 Buffon Lichsteiner-Chiellini-Benatia-Alex Sandro  Pianjc-Khedira Douglas Costa-Dybala-Mandzukic Higuain

Napoli: 433   Reina Hisaj-Albiol-Koulibaly-Ghoulam   Allan-Diawara-Hamsik   Insigne-Mertens-Callejon

Milan: 343 Donnaruma Musacchio-Bonucci-Romagnoli Conti-Kessie-Biglia-Rodríguez  Suso-Andre Silva-Calhanoglu

Roma: 433  Alisson Florenzi-Manolas-Fazio-Bruno Peres    Nainggolan-Strootman-De Rossi   El Sharawii-Dzeko-Perotti

Inter 4231 Handanovic D'ambrosio-Skriniar-Miranda-Ansaldi  Gagliardini-Kondogbia  Perisic-Borja Valero-Candreva  Icardi

Juventus lost Bonucci in defense, Milan has so many new players and 3 very strong defenders, Napoli is the same team last year.
Roma and Inter have 2 new coaches.
I am convinced that we will finally see an interesting and balanced series A this year.

after got the champion of 8th wimbledon now what should be the target of Roger Federer? should he retire with this legacy? if he doesn't then will he get such type of opportunity to get retired such type of fantastic occasion? I think a King should retire like a king, so it is one of the perfect time to say bye from this segment.
During the post-match presentation when the interviewer asked Federer about plans he replied " I will try to come back next year and defend this title " so I would say he still has many other things in mind before retiring .

He wants to go back for at least one day in first place of the ranking atp and should do it this year.
He will continue to play as long as he is in good shape. Will play a few tournaments, especially slams (except roland garros).
He has shown winning Wimbledon without losing a set, which in addition to talent, still has good physical shape and great motivation and willpower.
Everyone is hoping that he and Nadal will continue to perform for a few years.
Ah well I doubt it because he doesn't play all the tournaments . He skipped French open , if he had played it then yeah he had the chance . My bet is on Nadal to become number 1 by the end of this year Smiley should see how Murray plays in US open.

I am convinced that we will see both Nadal and Federer in the top spot of the ATP ranking.
Nadal will become first, before the US Open, while Federer will be first after the US Open or after the Masters.
1 year ago this seemed impossible.
