If they cared about cricket, they would have actually helped the smaller teams. But instead, they are just helping their more powerful teams to get money. It is actually understandable because the bigger teams generate the most amount of revenue. Nevertheless, smaller teams cannot generate better revenue if they can't play better cricket. In fact, they won't even be able to play better cricket if they aren't helped by the ICC. ICC does not have any headaches as a result of that. And it is really sad to see the way the future of cricket is shaping up.
