Scammer stealing from people through top exchange telegram groups is not something new and it not the exchange fault. However, it also happened to Binance users 2years ago if i remember correctly but i still think people need to perfectly understand how to protect themselves from telegram scammers.

i have seen too many places about bitcoin halving but nowhere found a good understanding. so wanted a clear explanation.
Halving is the cutting down of the miner's block reward into half which will cause the reduction of the allocation rate of new coins generated daily and miners reward but halving was the technique used in crypto to current price/market inflation and for the betterment of the market price. I hope the OP already read the post of coingecko as the graph will give him a clear understanding of what is happening during halving. But would be nice to see also the corresponding price on the graph so we will see how much bitcoin's price changes during those times of halving. Though we already know that the price really increased after halving but this time, I don't think the performance in terms of increase will be similar in previous halvings. it is not going to be similar cause it can surpass the past increase?  If you are going to look at the chart and see the history for halving there's always a pump every halving and this time it's actually happening again! If you are updated at the price of bitcoin is jumps from 6900 to 8700 in just one week! So I am sure that the halving this year is gonna be awesome and will actually surpass the past halving's when it comes to bitcoin price. I also believe this halving market not to be similar with the previous halving market but before making any conclusion i think we also need to put into consideration the thing that may hinder the increase in the price of the market after halving but i still expect/believe the price will increase and may not be as we thought about. |

Hello Everyone, Hope you all are doing well. Some Recommendation questions here! Thanks for taking time to answer!!!  Is anyone using Kraken as an exchange and trading platform? If yes, Have used the exchange in subject before, it among one of the long existing crypto exchange site and the most used exchange back in the year 2016 before Binance finally won over crypto trader affection because Kraken is not doing innovation and update like. why and also what do you dislike?
The exchange does not offer new services as B and it was also accused of scam. what Crypto Exchange and Trading Platform do you recommend and why?
Binance is the exchange site most trader use now because of their service,SAFU etc but if they didn't offer good service to your country i will advise you to choose an exchange site that does. |

As a bounty hunter always expect failures sometimes
1. Just because a golden year occurred in the past doesn't mean we will witness such again, yes it's possible but better adapt to present condition.
2. Promoting two to three projects and waiting for your payment doesn't make sense, as a bounty Hunter the sky should be your limit, since we can't tell which project will pay or not I suggest continues hunting.
3. Listed bounties may not pay, it's still same risks as bounty projects that aren't listed on exchange yet, rewards may vary but who am I to tell? I'm not a great seer am I?
4. Scammers takes advantage of Cov-19 alot and many still fall victim upon all the warnings, now we only have few days left till next Bitcoin halving, few new scam projects will surface, keep your eyes sharply opened
1) I supported the number 1,4 and barely 3 because most bounty hunters don't always to their own fundamental research before joining a bounty campaigns and i can tell you 2 or more bounty campaign right that doesnt worth the time but i saw alot of people still joining the bounty. 2) You can actually know project that will pay base on the affection and mature level of the project team/owner toward bounty hunter. |

Cryptocurrencies were not designed and should not be promoted as trading get-rich quick schemes. Crypto is not a get rich quick scheme but the last time i checked, a lot of experienced crypto traders have make quick profit through the current surge in the price of the market and this is what the above user is trying to express here. Passive income for staking is another TERRIBLE idea for entering into this space.

It all depends on what altcoin are you holding up because if you hold top altcoins for long term you will win a lot more than holding them for a short period of time but if you hold crap altcoins ( most of them are crap ) you will not make any profits unless a pump comes from out of nowhere. My advice would be to keep your most investment money into Bitcoin and then just buy top altcoins but don't gamble with no-name altcoins.
Yeah. It certainly depend on the utility level, concept, community support and historical info of the altcoin an investor is holding for ling term but select altcoin base on the top slot it have on capital market is not right because there are also some crappie altcoin on the top 100 list on capital market. |

I have never used a token utility for my purposes because some platforms are constrained by regulations. The development of the token utility seems to be stagnant and maybe only the token exchanger works just like in whitepapers.
I haven't use utility token for my want before but the reason why most utility token stagnant in terms of price is because most of them only base their concept on utility while they ignore the parental platform which they ought to put in their number one priority along with utility. |

I don't need to pay a fee to trade like margin and everything is great.
You still need to pay basic exchange fees like transaction fee or withdrawal fee. While you store your tokens on exchange GOLD team does not charge fee for storing your phisical gold only other fees stays where they were (or i'm not aware of something?). Also trading using gold token is quite not optimal with 6 % spread that we see in there that is a killer compared to average gold/usd fluctuation. Gold token is more like a long-term investment tool. Yes, Gold liquidity stablecoin is a good ling term investment tool especially for arbitrage and traders that love to seize opportunity of the market but i believe what Chip was trying to say about not paying fee is the storage fee which Gold token holder are totally exempted from paying. |

Since many are saying that IEO is the best initial offering in crypto space today, most especially if they are from top exchange
This is totally wrong because the big exchange site will only make there IEO have good liquidity which didnt justify the project success level after the IEO. then I started looking for IEO from top exchange, I followed Cartesi which was successful on binance and price was at 0.08$ and today it's down to 0.045$, it looks like this drop will continue because Bitcoin keeps growing since two days ago now but this coin keeps going down, what is going on? Is binance IEO just for short time gains only? Are IEO tokens from binance not worth holding ?
You need to understand that most IEOs are operated through hype and you need to be sure of the project utility level, concept and the project team capacity first before invest in any IEO. |

Always easier said than done my friend. Just look at all the technical analysis every day in forum and on Twitter. It takes hard work and a lot of learning and still, if the trades go against you, you lose money. Patience is one thing but with real money at stake it can be hard to keep a level head. Discipline. Trade in a group and have everyone pressure you into following stop loss. I guess he dont understand that both fundamental and technical analysis are just a forecasting which cant be totally rely on or provide the perfect result always. Besides, even the senior market analysit (Mati Greenspan etc) dont totally put their confidence in every predictio they did. |

I would definitely buy ETH, XMR, OMG, ZIL ... and also a little ADA, because if the creator keeps his promise, this coin will give a lot of X.
ETH, XMR and OMG are still a good choice while the remain two coins seems not to have some wave makng potential. However, I will advise you not to choose coin base on the promised made by the project owner cause it may make you detest the coin or make huge lost in the future instead choose coin base on there historical data, utility, concept, community support level and liquidity. |

This project is really good, Most of the tokens nowadays don't have a real use, it's really hard to see tokenized things doing right but here is totally different, your team is doing just right steps.

Hi,nope,it's "non-spendable" right now so I can't see anything,it's telling me "archive" it,that's the only option,basically treating my own wallet like it's not mine,have given up,more important things to do with 4 hours of my time than try to get 10 cents,the reason I asked this question was if it was $10000 dollars it looks like that persons money is gone even though they say the seed words will recover it,THEY WON'T,I'm stumped but really don't care anymore.
This is the saddest part. I think we need to find the solution to this and it not about you not really care anymore because of the stress you have gone through and time wasted but for the future purpose cause another person will encounter the same thing in future. With that been said, have you try to import the wallet through coinomi or other HD wallet cause it seems to support the mnemonic you said on OP. Note : Used the mobile wallet cause the desktop was said to be vulnerable months ago but dont know if it ok now. |

With these day of nice growth of GOLD price, I got to see myself how storage fee works and I think I've seen a problem. The website tells that the fee is 0.0027% per day. I had 5.94 GOLD and although the calculation would say: fee = 5.94 * 0.0027 / 100 = 0.00016038 GOLD, my wallet was paying 0.001 GOLD, which is 6 times more. I'm also curious that since now I have only 0.024 GOLD (which I hoped I can convert into some ETH change for gas and I've seen late that it's under the minimum limit) I'll still pay 0.001 GOLD / day? I think that some fine tuning is necessary. And yes, I know that you have only 3 decimal places and the contract is live, so I don't know what a fair solution would be. Even in this pandemic scare bitcoin is roaring in the market, only today the price has gone up like nearly 5%. Also most of altcoins have followed BTC.
This is what people were desperately looking for, and I guess it's halving effect. If the value goes above 8k I will consider it as Bull run is back, hopefully this pump will continue guys just enjoy!!!
First of all, bitcoin nit making any sort of noise or fake market trend and if the situation of the pandemic didnt happen bitcoin would have experience some unbelievable surge in price but the recent surge in price of bitcoin shouldn't be expected to happen simultaneously until bitcoin block halving totally occur. |

The biggest reason why the newbie trader can't make money is simple: They think doing something is better than doing nothing, sitting tight over your hands is the hardest part for making money with trading. Long term traders know how valuable to wait patiently for the right time, day traders can get lost during the large market fluctuations.
As you said that sitting tight over ones hand doing nothing and i supported it as some characteristics which make people run away from trading but i think what make newbies most run away from trading is losses because making profit from business always inspire the traders and also make trader thirsty for more. |
