I must admit that this thread is unreadable when it comes to bulls.

at least bears dont talk in pictures and use meaningful words.

http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/cryptocurrency-round-bitcoin-price-continues-surge-towards-fair-price-1490237

So easy: why, $518.59, of course  Cheesy

so I suppose you are buying with both hands right now?

1104  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 02, 2015, 07:17:36 PM

Tarmi are you currently in or out of bitcoin? Bleating suggests you were expecting falls from 237..

selling like a mofo.

I know it could go higher but I dont give a fuck.

Wise trader detected. Only a foolish blind noob doesnt see how manipulated this fake pump is, all those rumors being published to prevent price from falling down before an auction are so obviously fishy.

It's like you people have never seen a natural rise before. Not enough sell pressure to keep us down anymore, and not enough coins to short for the manipulators. I'm not sure how you can say this pump is manipulated when it's natural buying and not so much on borrowed money. Nobody gives a shit about the auction, there has been many and there will be more. Might want to get your trader detector looked at.

I said it before: pump it to rise awareness before the auction...if auction goes well - good, if not shit will hit the fan. until then we can pump it past 300.

They wont let btc to rise before retesting of sub 200$ to take away last btc stashes from holders-oldfags, they do know that its the last opportunity to knock out some large players from the market, they wont miss a chance. We're gonna see a huge staged dump like previous one this month, mark my words.

yes, the question is only from what levels...

longs going crazy on bitfinex.

go bulls!

Too many longs, too much sell pressure = not good
What we need is a well-planned and real rise

no, no.

this is "organic" growth before the 50 k auction.

It's not an ETF. It' s an OTC (over the counter), a penny stock. Institutional money is not allowed to trade this.

this looked promising, but already out of steam near the long term resistance.

smells like a bulltrap indeed, waiting for a confirmation to dump.
1117  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 26, 2015, 02:00:50 PM
If something isn't subjectively or objectively measurable, it doesn't exist.

You could at least put smiley at the end, somebody with sarcasm detector broken may actually think you are serious. Or you think that philosophers bothered in vain with metaphysics for centuries, when you can resolve the issue so simply?

The empiricists said it long before me, but you did catch the context, right? In economics, things that can't be compared to something else don't exist. We always ask "as compared to what?"

trying to hide now your ignorance behind "we" and economics?

you took a quick training in economics from bitcoiners and you are already calling yourself an expert?

1118  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 26, 2015, 01:21:48 PM

so ideas/thoughts dont exist?

and yet, many people here concluded that you are stupid as fuck. care to explain that in numbers?

Of course thoughts and ideas exist. That's why we use phrases such as "good thought" or "bad idea". We measure them against other thoughts or ideas. For example: arguing with a woman is usually a bad idea for the same reason arguing with a cat is a bad idea.

no, we use phrases like "bad idea" because at some point reality and the numbers comes in.

you dont argue with a woman not because that is a bad idea per se, but because you are evidently more stupid.

I guess I'll give you points for being consistent: you're probably not simply 'anti Bitcoin', but against the larger development of excessive 'financialization' (through financial derivatives), right?

You bet.

Money is not real wealth, it is just a token that one can exchange for real wealth things and stuff.

Real wealth is something that most of the "intellectual powerhouses" here will never understand or have; they are too busy obsessing over accumulating stuff and things, measuring themselves against illusions and performing in a loaded game.

+1

real wealth is knowledge.

all other things are...well...things.

That's so fucking profound. Thanks for that original and enlightening thought.
I'm curious what YOU measure yourself against and how you think you're doing. Don't say you don't do it.  All that would mean is you have no interest in self improvement.

Tell me, oh wisetits, how should I measure myself?

you are a stupid fuck so you try to measure everything against something.

but there are some categories that arent really measurable.

No, sweetheart- I'm an economist which means I try too measure everything against something. That's what economists do. If something isn't subjectively or objectively measurable, it doesn't exist.

you can call your mama sweet.
