Went to amazon this afternoon looking for a 3080, and ended up with a 3060 for $389. Sold by amazon, in stock on 2/25. tried to add another, but it would not, so probably 1 per customer.
So... My current most up to date card was purchased in December 2017. (1080ti or Vega 64)

Nice. I missed that by about 10 minutes. None of the discords I am in posted it while it was live and I wasn't watching any twitter feeds sadly. I don't think the link is live any more but I think the asin is B08WM28PVH and from the screen shots it was an EVGA one. I grabbed a zotac 2060 last night on BH for $340 as a flip. eBay prices are insanely high for all gpus. It was a limit of 1 card and it went to discontinued after I got it. Will see if it ships. Ordered a couple ribbon PCIE risers as I think I can squeeze an additional card on 2 of my rigs. I used to run 2 5700's in the rig I have my 3080 in but I don't want to heat it up so I am thinking I can use the riser to extend the new card out a bit and sell it come May or June when it's hot. They do it as a bot beater they come and go really fast. |

My opinion is that we will have a fall to the 20,000 channel and after stabilizing the price, we will see an increase in prices during this period of 2 to 3 months, and the upward trend will continue.

Interesting, when I go to the buy it again button, it says page not found, yet the order is there...  I get a 404 error I suspected this is what happened. I managed to do it with a powercolor 5700 and an xfx 5700 I grabbed them on dec 26th and had to wait till Jan 10 or so to get them. I think there are tiny windows of time when this can be done exactly what you did and what I did. So you scored bro. You will get an early 3060. let us know how good it is when you get it. |

The fun of buying bitcoin really never stops, it is not very clear where the increasing part of Bitcoin revert to going down, I think that people asking such questions really want to buy the low price of Bitcoin that is why they keep asking the floor zone,
But no one knows, and it is not clear whether a correction may happen I would really love to know as well the future when Bitcoin will hit the low again, because I really want to buy as well but the increase of price is still going but it slowed down a bit, but I am seeing the price may still go to $50,000 USD and beyond.
Many are started to wait at the bottom which I also think that its hard to tell since Bitcoin keeps aiming to go beyond the walls. If Bitcoin failed to break $50k after so many attempts, then the downtrend might started, though I’m not sure with this one but I’m also ready for the next bottom any time from now. Even we get back to $30k or $20k, it wasn't the bottom yet. I still consider this is in bullish season. $50,000 is near to touch but it is too hard to reach. Many people are buying, rich people are investing Bitcoin but we can't deny also that many investors are selling their Bitcoin. They are pulling the market down. But even we can't break the $50,000 resistance, the market still healthy. It seems impossible to see the market goes down to the dip once again for easy. We're not sure of course, but these institutional investors stopping this. Thanks to them. Bitcoin won't see $ 50k for me. or even if he sees it, he will not be able to rise above it. I expect a solid decline since too many new people are entering bitcoin. It can go down to 38-39k dollars.

I have set up and mined garlic from this rig before and it worked alright, and now i reinstalled cgminer 3.7.2 in a teempt to switch to doge and now i cannot get the darn thing to detect my gpu's. is there a .config setup i need to adjust(besides the worker addresses), or a .bat that i am missing?
I'm running dual AMD radeon r9 200 HD 7900 series. (yes i know they are older)
you are pretty much wasting your time. the deal is too good to be true. or the seller is stupid as shit. 1080ti's sell for 500+ on ebay why is anyone selling for 200 each. BTW if you set them to 175 watts they do 42-43mh that is 12 cents x 420 = 50 bucks a day power is about 10 bucks so you clear 40 a day 2000/40 = 50 days all paid off.

If you go back to 2017 we did not ramp up a lot in hash. all of 2018 up to oct we just added gear world wide.
It could be this year price runs away like it did in 2017 and in 2022 gear catches up to price like it did in 2018.

This might be a little off topic but any of you guys taking advantage of the premium on the future derivative markets? Basically the June futures for ETH and BTC there is a 10% premium.
So if you got any type of fiat whether it’s USD, tether, USDC, etc you can buy on spot and at the same time sell on the futures and wait 4.5 months and get 10% for doing nothing pretty much.
Never seen the premium so high before, usually it’s 1% a month but you got Feb futures which expire in 10 days with a. 3% premium or far off futures like the Sept/Dec at 15/20% respectively. Seems that there is so much demand that the market makers are running out of funds to arb these markets. Open interest is thru the roof at 17B currently.
margin for profits is small and getting smaller there,people are already borrowing on one exchange and lend those funds on another that gives higher % on funds.Most of it is done by bots anyway and by whales and that means a crash is on the way. |

and if it is zero the subsidy is going to the oil/gas/coal being burned. the idea of a whole sale rate of 4 or 5 cents may be fair. Now your state is not a good state it is about 1 hour less sun then my state. So of course the government it all its wisdom maxes the subsidy for solar and lowers the subsidy for coal/oil/gas. every one burning world wide fucks the air up for breathing and if the company doing it is not helping solar to use its grid they are getting the subsidy. The 4-6:cent idea works. I am not in favor of global warming being the fault of burning fuel or the sun being too warm. Clean air by not burning fuel I like. If the sun temp drops and we have an ice age think of the fuel we have wasted when we could be doing solar. open your mind and think outside the box my way says global warming fake who cares global warming real who cares. either up scaling solar every where it is practical makes the most sense. Your state may not be the best state to push hard on solar. But lots of places are. If you scale a big farm to mine here is a one spot west virginia where they dug coal for a century . so many open pits that could be converted to huge multi mega watt solar arrays. Yes I don't think futures are for me. I've never had any luck/skill with any of those things. I will stick to mining but I do like to educate myself on other aspects.
well my best trading was the doge. Most of it was mine and hodl or buy and hodl till I got to 1 million doge. hodl it for three months and sell it at 2 to 8 cents. I made over 40k cap gains which is nice. |
