Das verstehe ich nicht.
ETF muss doch mit echten Bitcoin hinterlegt werden.
Das hatten wir doch am Anfang, als die ETF Geschichte aufgekommen ist, mal genau angeschaut. Soweit ich mich erinnern kann, war damals nur eine (kleine) Teildeckung vorhanden. Unklar war auch, ob diese im Verlauf angepasst werden muss und welche Schlupflöcher die Formulierung im Prospekt bietet. Hat sich hier etwas verändert? Zu den damaligen Bedingungen war mein Fazit: Finger weg vom ETF! Danke. Teildeckung! Denn würden die Bitcoin Fons doch alle zwangsläufig Pleite gehen. Investoren bei 8.000 rein und bei 80.000 raus würden doch gar nicht ausgezahlt werden können. Hier ist eine ganz nette Erklärung. This is going to be an exchange traded fund (meaning something that trades like a stock on a stock exchange) designed to track the value of bitcoin. It's going to be for wealthy people only, because 1 share (the smallest amount anyone can buy) is going to be worth 25 BTC. So right now you'd need over $150K to buy in. Remember, there's no such thing as fractional shares in the stock market.
All the rest describes how an ETF works (skip this part if you just don't care).
They're creating a trust company that will hold the bitcoin in secure multi-sig cold storage, with copies in several different geographic locations to keep from losing funds to, say, a small nuclear strike. The BTC will also be 100% insured. The ETF shares are really shares of the trust company and its assets, not quite actual bitcoin, but the company only holds bitcoin and the bit of cash it needs to do business. So mostly the shares represent 25 BTC.
ETFs are sold through authorized broker dealers, who can buy or sell shares in the trust but only in "baskets" of 5 shares at a time. So they can give the trust 125 BTC (or cash equal to the current price of 125 BTC) and receive 5 ETF shares, or they can give the trust 5 ETF shares and get 125 BTC (or cash equal to the current price of 125 BTC). Of course there will be additional fees, always.
Those authorized broker/dealers then can arbitrage the shares vs the value of BTC to keep the price of the shares roughly in line with the BTC market price and make $$$. Ordinary rich people have to buy individual shares from the broker/dealers or on an exchange.
If you think all of this would be a lot simpler and safer with a blockchain, then you're probably a real bitcoiner, not a rich person who will be buying shares of this ETF. |

Ist eigentlich egal wann der nächste Run kommt, solange er vor Weihnachten kommt.  Die letzten ATHs waren immer so im Weihnachten, Neujahr herum, wenn die Leute Weihnachtsgeld etc. bekommen haben, gehe davon aus, dass es diesmal genau so sein wird. Ob es für ein neues ATH reicht, da bin ich mir allerdings noch nicht sicher. :x Bin da nicht so zuversichtlich. Mir ist es sogar gänzlich egal wann, Hauptsache irgendwann kriegen wir wieder neue ATH‘s  Ziel: Warten auf den 16. August |

Okay, dann will ich mal. Bitte um Nachsicht, wenn einiges im WP steht. Ist sehr umfangreich, so dass einiges sicherlich schnell übergelesen wird.
1. Insgesamt 700 Millionen Tokens soll es geben. 4000 Mio MERO Tokens stehen zum Verkauf an. Was passiert mit den nicht zum Verkauf stehenden Coins? Wodurch entstehen sie?
2. Der ViewCoin ist der Stable Coin. Was sagt die BAfin dazu?
3. Aus welchem Grund wurde noch nicht festgelegt, auf welcher Blockchain das Projekt laufen soll?
4. Wer bestimmt, wo und ob die Werbung platziert wird? Wie ist es sichergestellt, dass der Gamehersteller diese Art von Werbung auch möchte? Hierbei geht es ja auch um Lizenzgebühren.
5. Hat Vreo schon mit der Werbeindustrie gesprochen? Wie ist da die Resonanz?
6. Woher nimmt Vreo die Sicherheit, dass diese Art von Werbung die Gamer auch haben wollen?
7. Wo wollen sie die hohe Anzahl an neuen Mitarbeitern, abhängig von der Tier-Stufe herholen? Bei 12-20 MIo USD wollen die 52! Mitarbeiter einstellen

Ein paar Kommentare dazu aus dem Discord Channel: Es sind bei diesem Hack keinerlei Funds verloren gegangen, was auch schon was heißen mag. Die Funds einzelner wären nur in Gefahr gewesen, hätten diejenigen ihren Seed auf der gehackten Seite eingegeben. Wenn dies der Fall gewesen wäre, dann so schnell wie mgl. die WAVES und alle Assets auf ein neues Konto transferieren. Übersetzt mit dem Google Translate, da deutsches Forum Lars | WAVES heute um 00:50 Uhr "Was tatsächlich passierte:
Unbekannter Angreifer hat die ID einer falschen Person erstellt und den Domain-Registrator kontaktiert, um die DNS-Server für die Domain zu ändern. Als Ergebnis wurden alle Subdomains auf * .wavesplatform.com beschädigt und die Phishing-Wallet (Kopie der offiziellen Wallet) wurde auf der Domain wavesplatform.com platziert. Die Phishing-Site wurde mit einem ungültigen Sicherheitszertifikat eingerichtet. Daher wurde https://wavesplatform.com/ in den meisten Browsern ein Fehler angezeigt, aber http://wavesplatform.com/ funktionierte.

Blöd ist auch, dass in DE keine SIM-Karte mehr ohne Perso gekauft werden darf. Ich gebe einfach ungern meine private Nummer weiter....auch wenn bei telegram nur mein Username ist. There is no date in this thread! When do we have to report? Do you have no tracker sheet? I dont like it, when everybody has to report in a bounty thread. But no one was captured by the platform because of many issues. At the moment, I hope that old signature participants should coordinate with me. Aber BTC bewegt sich ja im Moment wieder etwas nach oben und vielleicht ändert sich die Marktsituation bald. Was ich aber kann, ist die Vergangenheit angucken. Und da kann man zwei Dinge ablesen:
1. Einer Altcoinrallye geht (meistens) eine Bitcoinrallye voraus.
2. Fällt die BTC-Dominanz (also das relative Marktkapital), so folgt (meistens) ein erstarken der Alts. Das kann man am Chart 2017 sehr gut sehen.

Juni den Antrag der CBOE Global Markets für einen bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) erhalten. Eine erste Entscheidung kann frühestens nach 45 Tagen nach Eintrag in das Federal Register stattfinden. Der Eintrag in das Federal Register war aber nicht am 26. Juni, sondern am 2. Juli! Die Entscheidungsfindung kann bis zu 90 Tage dauern! III. Date of Effectiveness of the Proposed Rule Change and Timing for Commission Action

Habe gerade nachgesehen auf bounty.vreo.io, besitze nur 90 Stakes dort und bin aber seit dem 11. Mai in der Telegram Kampagne dabei.. was ist da los?

Deswegen soll sich jeder persönlich melden, bei dem es Abweichungen gibt. Finde ich bischen seltsam, dass eine Software von einem Softwareprojekt nicht funktioniert..... Ich hatte dort auch mit einem User diskutiert, da er meinte, man soll sich bezüglich der Bitcointalk Signatur Bounty melden, die _angeblich_ schon länger laufen soll und wenn man Stakes vermisst, dann das einfach sagen. Nach etwas hin und her hab ich ihn mal auf den googel cache verwiesen und da hat er endlich "gesehen", dass es doch keine Bitcointalk Signatur Bounty gab. Haben sich bestimmt schon einige bei ihm gemeldet und gesagt, sie kriegen Stakes. Irgendwie komisch.... |
