11081  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the easiest way to make a profit from gambling? on: October 10, 2016, 12:37:29 PM
hello, I would like to try my luck from gambling.

what kind of gambling that you think is easy to make a profit? and what strategies are you using?

I'm not sure whether you are joking or not but your question about "the easiest way" to make a profit from gambling looks like a joke to me, because it's impossible to name even a hard way.

Well of course I can tell you that you can go on a reputable dice site, make a bet 0.01 BTC with 0.01% winning chance and you will win 99 BTC risking only 0.01, but the probability of this is very slim.
11082  Economy / Economics / Re: How good are you at managing your money on: October 10, 2016, 12:27:29 PM
With a lot of gambling that is taking place plus the sigs are almost all gambling sites it is really hard to control it when you know you have a bitcoin to use. It is good for bitcoin economy but not for people. I guess managing is really that hard when temptation is near you.

That's right but you should try harder. I'm sure you know already from your own experience that you can't make money with gambling. Gambling is a good distraction so I think it's nothing wrong with spending/losing around 1% of your earnings on that, but you will never earn with gambling.
11083  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: October 10, 2016, 12:04:17 PM
i dont know if loterry is fair but for sure the faucet itself is.

i dont know why i never won tho...

Actually this site is nothing more than just a best faucet, so don't expect more than this lottery is only for in-house players because there is no provably fair system for draw there, I also never heard anyone from this board won anything from lottery.
They do not tell lottery winners to public and the site may not still running, if they never pay the winner. keep positive thinking man.

We cant keep positive thinking for something that is clearly not fair and not transparent. Indeed, people can join it for free but how about those who spent much money every week to buy the tickets but they do not even notice that there is no ways for them to verify the winning tickets? Should we keep positive thinking for it? NO..

Positive thinking about their faucet is good but for their lottery system i dont think that we really need to dig that deep to make sure their lottery is fake and no one ever claim that winning before. But those who spent a lot every week to play at their gambling game is just stupid enough, first thing because they have high house edge which they tend to lose more and second thing their lottery must not be a provably fair because no one ever claim that but still they put big money on that?

Also their faucet which is 0.00000326 BTC is not so big and from my experience it's impossible to win more there like they claim. To tell the truth I had been winning there $0.2 in BTC several times but it was long time ago, more than a year ago to be more accurate. I think the site was sold after that and the new owners are not so generous.
11084  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2017 Year of the Bitcoin on: October 10, 2016, 10:10:50 AM
How about drastic jump up to 7-10k $ everything possible! Time will show  Roll Eyes
i agree with you about the price of bitcoin and i also think that bitcoin price will be jump up to 700$ to 1000$ in the beginning of the 2017 because people are mostly buying bitcoin and hold it for high price and i hope bitcoin will be easily cross the 10K.

$10k is out of the reach at a moment and it will take long time to achieve that price and if we talk about the price that bitcoin would be holding in the next year wont exceed then $700.

Well, my prediction is around $800 by the Summer 2017. I think this price will be reached due to further adoption of Bitcoin. Of course the price might fluctuate but the average would be $800 IMO.
11085  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice | Most Popular & Trusted | Huge Community | Free BTC on: October 09, 2016, 03:55:33 PM
Primedice is optimised for all devices so you can play on the go!

That's a great news! I play on my laptop only, but I'm glad PD is now more convenient to use for other people. Also I want to add that PD chat is booming even more since the launch of PD4, which is a good thing for me because I like the chat there.
11086  Other / Off-topic / Re: How much do you earn per day on: October 09, 2016, 01:23:45 PM
Earning Bitcoin doesnt necessarily mean it should be online ,u can provide services in your locality , community or city and accwpt bitcoin as form of payment. Its just a matter of identifying a need or demand then provide a service.

but the problem here is that bitcoin is created in order for the users to pay online and practically we don't have the capacity and tools in order for us to pay without being online unlike the fiat because we can touch it bitcoin is digital.
hard to offering your service offline and get paid in bitcoin , people still have so much doubt in bitcoin , they think bitcoin is the biggest lie the biggest scam ever created online.

Yes, some people do think that way, that's right, but fortunately not all of them. Just recently I was buying a second hand computer and I offered to pay in BTC for it And, oh miracle!, my proposition was accepted.

As for OP's question, right now I'm earning around 0.007 BTC on average per day.
11087  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: October 09, 2016, 12:12:58 PM
trading will make it possible then after getting some earnings use the part of it to make good business invest with
food cart for sure it will be successful then continue your trade making two sources of good profits will easy for
you to be rich just make proper holdings of your finances.

All are right. But it is sometimes very difficult to collect the initial amount. Do not start to trade with the same $ 100. It is necessary to collect more start-up capital

But on the other hand when you start trading with bigger amounts on your balance you might lose more, so be careful guys. It's like in gambling - if your balance is small you think "if I only had bigger balance I'd win", but in reality no matter how big your balance is your win is never guaranteed.
11088  Economy / Gambling / Re: FastDice.com LAUNCHED | Fast Rolls | Fast Deposits | Fast Wins |Daily Happy Hour on: October 09, 2016, 12:07:06 PM
It says will be back shortly and relocating over the next few days.

It's been a week and the site is not yet up.

Yep, I've been checking out the site constantly. The situation is still the same as it was a week ago: "FastDice is under new management and will be back shortly."

Btw only now I realized that "under new management" might mean the site was bought by other people. Now I'm wondering if that's true.
11089  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Bitcoin? on: October 09, 2016, 11:45:00 AM
Hi guys Smiley May I know what are your plans on your Bitcoin in the future? Do you plan to keep on investing on Bitcoin related businesses or do plan to convert it into fiat and ventures on new business?

I'm planning to invest more on Bitcoin related companies and convert some of my Bitcoin into fiat and invest it on our local stock market. How about you?

My original plan was to earn as much coins as I can and just hold them doing nothing else, no investing, no trading, no nothing. But life always changes your plans, you know. Since I constantly need more fiat then I earn, I keep sellling some coins, not whole coins because I have never owned more than 1.5 BTC, but parts like 0.15 or 0.3 to have some money to pay bills etc.
11090  Economy / Gambling / Re: *NEW* KingDice.com - Innovative & Realistic Bitcoin Dice Casino on: October 08, 2016, 08:21:56 AM
I don't know guys, maybe it's only my problem? but hte site is working extremely slow for me. One bet take 30 seconds or more. I think there should be an option to switch off the animaton. I tried to ignore it as I was advised but it doesn't work that way, the bets are still very slow.
11091  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which gambling sites have 0% house edge? on: October 07, 2016, 04:11:41 PM
Well i think there are not gambling website have 0% house edge, although there are have 0% house edge usualy they are in promotion and it will not for long time, because they can not take the profit.

Actually they can take profit from advertising. Having zero %% house edge makes a site very attractive so although they can't have money from players they still can have money from those who want to place ads on a popular site.
11092  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or Gold? What would you pick? on: October 07, 2016, 03:28:38 PM
Hands down bitcoin. 1 BTC will be worth more than 1 ounce of gold soon  Roll Eyes

Yeah but gold is safe so it depends all on how much money we are talking about. If it's about millions then obviously i'll put it in gold but if it's not that much money i'll put it into bitcoin to try and make it more via that route.

At the moment I would pick bitcoins.
Simply because gold is for me a long term investment, and at the moment I'm not searching something like that.
I can sell my bitcoins easily with my computer on every exchange, I don't think it's that simple with gold.

I agree. Apart from the fact that gold is not going to rise in price in the future like Bitcoin(of course I'm not taking into account the case of a big inflation), Bitcoin is much easier to sell than gold. I don't know about every country, but where I live from my personal experience you can only sell gold for the price 20% lower than the actual price at the moment.
11093  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Has anyone ever lost bitcoins before? on: October 07, 2016, 12:45:43 PM
Apart from gambling losses whcih shouldn't be taken into account I guess, I've lost around 0.04 BTC when a dice site had just disappeared I don't remember the name of the site now. A part of that money was my winnings on the site but more than a half was what I deposited there.
11094  Economy / Gambling / Re: Investing in btc casinos on: October 07, 2016, 08:05:26 AM
Its very risky gambling

Investing in casinos is less risky as compare with gambling on. I think investment is good decision if we had some extra amount and can hold for some times. Than we could get profit by investing in gambling casinos because our will be on side of the house. Everybody know this the house always win in long run.

Although having an online casino might be profitable it is not guaranteed that all the investors will get their profit or even that they will have their money back. So it is better to invest in a site if you know the owner personally or if you can see that he/she have a great reputation here on this forum for example.
11095  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how many sites will show the proof of ,how much Bitcoins they have? on: October 07, 2016, 07:32:20 AM
one thing that you have to know is that announcing your finances is not always a good idea. especially with smaller businesses and those sites that do not have a strong security team.

because saying i have 1,000,000,0000BTC is like an open invitation to all hackers on the internet saying come and enjoy the feast!

But what is stopping from dividing that amount among hundreds of different addresses? I mean to prove that you have the money it's not necessary to have all of them in one wallet, right?

Actually I don't see the point of providing such a proof because either they have it or not they can always refuse to pay you saying they were hacked for example.

So the real proof of capability to pay you would be a certain amount in an escrow.
11096  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You accidentally find Satoshi.....What would you do? on: October 06, 2016, 06:36:56 PM
I would use my my mad hypnotizing skillz to get into his brain and learn his private keys. I kid i kid. I would buy him a beer probably. Beer can make people talk, and the more a person talks, the more information he spits out. Yes drunk people talk mostly bullshit but who knows Cheesy

So basically hypnotizing or not you are going to get the keys from him.  Smiley Just kidding, kidding. I know you just want to talk with him a bit like all of us here.

If he's reading this, and I hope he is, I want him to know that my life is brighter now because of him.

Thank you, Satoshi.
11097  Economy / Gambling / Re: *NEW* KingDice.com - Innovative & Realistic Bitcoin Dice Casino on: October 06, 2016, 12:57:06 PM
I enjoyed playing on the site. You can take 200 sats from their faucet and try it yourself. IMO the layout is great and the fact that you can't make a bet under 100 sats is okay also.

The only drawback for me is that the site has a heavy animation and with my ancient computer it takes forever for a bet. It would be great if the site had a lighter version or the option to turn off the animation.

I see your problem. Do you know that you can click Roll Dice even before the dices have stopped animating ? And you can see the roll result on the top Bar Smiley

Let me know if that works for you

Yes, I've tried that but the bets are going not as fast as you'd expect from a dice site.

Another thing is that the site hasn't remembered me and since I haven't set a password my only option was to create a new account. I remember when I started playing on PrimeDice the site would remember me for months and was playing there without setting a password that long. Idk if that a good or a bad thing though. Maybe it's better for a player when he should set a password right away.

One more thing. The minimum bet amount is 100 sats. So if you have 90 sats on your balance you can't make a bet and thus you can't claim the faucet again. I think it's better to allow the MAX bet in such cases.

EDIT: Wow! Just discovered that actually you can claim the faucet having 90 sats on your balance!
11098  Economy / Economics / Re: Sell Everything? on: October 06, 2016, 09:54:40 AM
Bitcoin is probably one of the last things you should sell when a crisis is coming. For example if you are living in a country where people keep their savings in dollars it is likely that you better exchage your dollars for a local currency and buy the real things you'll need in the future, because it's unpredictable how many new dollars they will print and then the dollar will lose its value significantly. We all know that such a thing won't happen to Bitcoin whatever the case.

11100  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin being used for illegal activities on: October 06, 2016, 08:47:07 AM
Yes Bitcoin is being used for illegal activities, I think everybody who at least heard something about Bitcoin knows that. But we shouldn't forget that almost everything in the world, fiat money, guns, knives, drugs, ... even simple water is being used for illegal activities one way or another. So it's your personal choice how to look at things and their place in the world.

IMO it is better to not emphasize the dark side of something especially if you are going to work with this thing in the future, but of course we shouldn't be unaware of this side.
