I do think ETH will still be ahead of time considering the support given to it by the community and the projects made by the devs. They've been partnering up with lots of Devs and projects and so ETH may even dominate later. I do hope Lisk won't die though their platform is very much useful still.

I see no difference to lisk and waves if we all could dump them just when its released. Please don`t mix Waves lite wallet with web wallet and ICO site. Waves lite client will be running through browser but you will be able to run it in any OS, all by yourself with few clicks on your puter while it is connecting to full nodes.
I'm still confuse . so how do we move our waves from the ico site to the platform during the release? |

Try DAO. its ICO will end in two days so you wouldn't have to wait for weeks anymore. kinda good timing for impatient traders like me.
This token i think will be a lot safer than Lisk too, you can trade it back to ETH or vote a project.

Can I try Waves now, where can I download the client?
they do have github release try that. I think they said the wallet after ico ends is browser based so it makes no difference what OS you are on. Just install lite wallet in your browser and good to go. This was smart and less point of failure.
50,000 people tried to connect to browser LISK wallet and it crashed really? so this is the reason? 50k people crashed it ? so they were targetting this token for what ? like 10 people ? Seriously ? After a 15k BTC ICO and all the hype they were not expecting people in the thousands to connect ? And to think they want to be on par with Ether and Bitcoin, when they can't provide a service for 50k people. A speculation at this point is that there were 3900 investors in Lisk who wanted to get their tokens. The rest of the 50 000 are believed to be part of some DDOS to the Lisk web wallets. It's something that Waves will need to address so we avoid the same problems. its such a disastrous launch. I'm afraid this will also happen to other tokens like Waves to which its launch date is about 6 days from now.

its an easy cash so we can't force these users to dump thier waves in the first day of release but i hope the team can come up with a possible solution for this.

I wonder on what exchanges we'll see WAVES first - hope for Trex and Polo  why it is important which exchanges gonna be first ? or is it more own preferences? Because the earlier he knew the easier for him to dump? Its just how I see it though. I guess its inevitable for the dump to happen during the release so I think we're all going to dump everything and buy again after the profit just like how the lisk holders did it. Most of the Lisk holders haven't been able to transfer coins yet. Just saying. And yes the purge will happen and all the people saying $1 Waves will sell and leave Still $1 Waves for those guys is easy money and as usual it cycles. Come may 31! who else dump those Lisk that's worth more than 600BTC? I find it hard to believe that they indeed were DDOSed. |

When we could trade dao on polo?
the day when ICO ENDS On bittrex as well. I remember i bought few ETH from them and bought DAO to them as well and so I guess those DAO will also be available to trade when ICO ends. I expect the rest will also dump their DAO like what they did to Lisk. |

Most investors sell what they have during the release and then buy again after the price goes down after the panic. Thats what happen to Lisk.
If you've moved to waves just to profit during the release then it might just be a good idea to hold the release for 2 weeks as well. or maybe limit the amount to sell to insure its value.

You can assume the number if users in bitcointalk.org, its not accurate but you get to have the number to assume. Most users who are into crypto currency are also into bitcoin no matter how loyal they are to a coin. What is the purpose of this by the way?
