Personally, becasue of my identity i choose to gamble anonymously and fiat gambling cannot hide a gambler identity. You should blame the government for agreeing with casinos and other gambling sites to run their business on the country. In the first [lace they should be able to predicts what's gonna happen if gambling is allowed in their country. I have tried to control myself over and over again and found out that the best way is to make a long pause to let your mind relax.
I think the best way for you is not just pausing but totally stopping for a while. You are getting addicted to it due to long hours of gambling. That is a bad thing.
