I have done worst mistakes when I done IT work.  First mistake I done  and my teacher always told me to back up files, back up, back up back up. This is what he use to say to me.  when I erased a my client HD without backing it up.  that was the biggest lesson I had learned.

I heard cats have feelings for humans... noooo I'm joking !

People that love cats are very submissive most of the time as they are the everyday slave of their cat(s).

Agree to you. Dogs have owners, cats have slaves. but cats in comparison with dogs live their own life, they don't miss you as dogs do and don't demand your love and care so much. You won't hurt a cat by your everlasting absence. It will always feel fine.
Of course cats miss u when you're gone. Everyday my cat wakes up just minutes before the time my wife arrives home from work. When she comes in the door, my cat start meowing none stop until my wife stops to give him some attention. Yes, my cat misses my wife and is very happy when she comes home.

Hong Kong by the Gorillaz and Frontier Psychiatrist by the Avalanches. Both are really mind blowing songs that I just can't stop playing.
1128  Other / Off-topic / Re: Worst Movies You Have Ever Watched on: April 25, 2014, 01:54:50 PM
The Percy Jackson movies. The casting, the writing, all of it was terrible from the start but they still went for another movie. Really disappointing.

So, I recently heard about the town of Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, and because of its name it would be interesting to visit it on a trip to UK which I'm thinking of doing.
Have anyone of you visited it and is it worth visiting at all (except getting to say I've been to Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch)? Cheesy
yeah it's in North-western Wales. The locals don't really use the full name there are shorter versions. It translates into English as: St. Mary's Church in the Hollow of the White Hazel Near to the Rapid Whirlpool of Llantysilio of the Red Cave. It's not a traditional name just a "publicity stunt"

For me freedom is Simplicity, Following the group of people that have same interest like me, Relax, to live and allow others to live, no need to convince any one world is big enough, everybody can have a space in it, No fear only interest. etc

I would love to either have telekinesis or telepathy. Moving things with your mind and being able to communicate/read people's minds is cool. Smiley
1133  Other / Off-topic / Re: Proof that Jesus DID Walk on Water on: April 24, 2014, 07:15:45 PM
This is funny. The Bible says that Jesus walked on water. What you are proposing is that Jesus attempted to deceive people into thinking that he walked on water. The Bible also says that Jesus raised people from the dead and that he Himself rose from the dead. Now do you actually think that if Jesus did raise people from the dead and/or that he Himself rose from the dead that walking on water would be harder to do???
This is just another thinly veiled attempt to undermine the credibility of who Jesus says he was and actually did under the auspices of "archaeological science". Now that is being deceitful.

In 1975, Haicheng, China, a city of 1 million, experienced a 7.3-magnitude earthquake. The city experienced foreshocks for days and months prior to the quake, and behavior of local animals in the days before was telling. Snakes came out of hibernation in the middle of winter to flee, people witnessed restless behavior among animals -- and the city took notice. Haicheng evacuated just days before the disaster, potentially saving more than 100,000 lives. The animals of Haicheng may have been responding simply to foreshocks that everyone felt, or foreshocks that humans couldn't perceive. Whatever the case, the animals responded first, and people followed their lead.
1137  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why can't we just keep accelerating in space? on: April 24, 2014, 07:11:54 PM
We don't have good enough propulsion technology yet. It all comes down to the weight of the rocket fuel. As you add more and more propellant, it takes more and more of that propellant to just at first build up enough momentum and velocity to leave Earth.
1138  Other / Off-topic / Re: Colonizing Mars on: April 24, 2014, 07:10:59 PM
Soon no - to establish a breeding population on another planet  would require genetic engineering as a full re-write and technology way beyond our current capacity.
Possible in theory yes - but I would not expect it to happen until the Sun becomes threatening
1139  Other / Off-topic / Re: If all the fictional alien races ever created were actually real............. on: April 24, 2014, 07:10:03 PM
Tyranids, most likely. Endless hordes of millions upon millions of starship sized lifeforms consuming the biosphere of entire worlds, driven only by their insatiable hunger.
They're pretty much like the Reapers from Mass Effect. The Tyranids will destroy all life because they must feed, the Reapers want to destroy all life because...(spoilers about terrible ME3 ending, blahblahblah).
So I guess they'd both wipe each other out, so we wouldn't have much to worry about in the end. Looking at it objectively, most of the Warhammer 40K factions would perform better than those of most other universes. For everyone else if you can avoid being killed by them you probably have a pretty decent chance at not dying.
If 'alien races' includes all the advanced human civilizations, then I think we'd probably win in the end, provided the Imperium of Man from Warhammer doesn't exterminate all the other human factions for heresy...which they probably would.

Lavrov stated that Russia has no intention to annex the South-Eastern territories, saying that would contradict Russia's interests.
