1121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: April 10, 2017, 03:45:01 AM
I just heard bitcoin from reddit, I was curious what is it, and why its price continue to surge. I also read that the amount of scam in bitcoin is very high. But still I want to try to invest from it. I have a paypal and creditcard. How can I buy bitcoin? Please refer a not scam site.

It will depend on which country your are living in and which site is friendly for you to buy bitcoins as for me localbitcoins is the best to buy bitcoins as the chances of getting scammed on this site is almost zero so if your country supports this site then you can go for it without any worries.

I think if you are buying bitcoins first time, you should be very careful as people tends to scam the ones who are new in this currency. Always buy face to face or use escrow if you are buying online.

The above mate said about buying from localbitcoins and that site uses escrow services and that makes that site very trustworthy and you will never get scammed even if you are buying it for the first time and your money is totally safe.
1122  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: April 10, 2017, 03:41:34 AM
No, bitcoin can't disappear banks because banks is more useful than bitcoin for example in online purchases banks can process the transaction fast with low fee unlike bitcoin you have to pay the high miner fee in order to prioritize your transaction and wait for a block to confirm your transaction.
Also the government is controlling the banks, they have support from the government and the society. In my own opinion

Delay in transaction will not be permanent and that issue will be solved in near future so you cannot say banks are better only for that single reason as there are many drawbacks even with the banks but even people will continue to use banks as they don't have any other choice.
1123  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen when 1 satoshi is $ 1? on: April 10, 2017, 03:35:09 AM
When the value of Satoshi became 1USD, then a Bitcoin will have a value of 100 million USD (credits to my calculator Grin) but will this happen? I would think that the government or an international body will make their move in order to impede this type of event. This might cause chaos. Due to the very high value of bitcoin, many will attempt to earn just even a single one. Hackers will sprout everywhere, lurking, they will try their very best to hack bitcoin holders in order to steal bitcoins. Many forms of schemes might appear just to earn bitcoin. That is a type of scenario that the government will avoid and if that happens then it might trigger the total ban of bitcoin worldwide. All are just speculations, no hard proof but all are possible.

There will be no chaos and even government will not panic as how valuable bitcoin will be but it cannot replace the fiat currency. Government has seen some merits in bitcoin but they don’t consider bitcoin as a currency rather a valuable commodity that can be used a form of payment and nothing more. Thus even if bitcoin will have a 100 million dollar value the government will not panic since bitcoin will be still backed up by traditional currency.

Yeah fiat will always be the first choice of Government and the people and Government will never allow bitcoin to get on the mainstream and replace their major currency and bitcoin will always be an second choice of the people when it comes to using it as an currency.
1124  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: April 09, 2017, 01:04:25 PM
I use to save some percentage of my earnings monthly for use in emergency situations. But if need a very big amount, then i would ask my friends or relatives a loan. But we should be careful in repaying these loans as it may even destroy our relationships if unpaid.I would try my best to avoid taking interest loans at any cast.

If you are saving regularly then you should increase the percentage of saving so it will make you to save more instead of spending on useless things and if you have saved good amount of money then you don't have to borrow it from your friends and family and that will keep your reputation intact.
back the funds will be needed when you are in need of emergency cash. therefore allocate more funds to save your money when you get a salary, do not use your salary for things that are not necessary

Saving is the best habit and if you have saved money regularly then it will take care of you in this kind of situation so that you don't have to depend on others to get money and may be your friends and family won't be able to help you out each and every time.
1125  Economy / Economics / Re: How many Bitcoin do you have saved? on: April 09, 2017, 01:02:29 PM
I still dont have 1 btc in my wallets. I dont want buy bitcoin and saved it. I want to get bitcoin that i did not buy. For now i just have like 1% of btc and i know i will get more from trading and investing.
i think if you have some investment for trading alt coin you can really make good profit from it. i think then you will be able to say that you have a good amount of bitcoin.
Yes I agree with you trading altcoins is good way for getting profit but the problem on trading
not all of the traders can make grow their bitcoin
and moshtly of them ending with losing money because of they doesn't know the strategy,
method investing on trading altcoins.

Invest in trading only after gaining some good knowledge or else results will never be in your favor as there are many people who treats trading same as gambling as they invest blindly depending on luck that price will pump on quick time but that generally doesn't happen.
1126  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing money on bitcoin..! on: April 09, 2017, 01:00:36 PM
Bitcoin has become on of the best investing item of this decade. It is very recommended for investors to distribute at least 10-20% of their portfolio's investment to Bitcoins.
The recent swings in Bitcoin price has shown that it has great potential to rise. When one gonna see yearly change, Bitcoin is non-stoppable since 2014, with yearly change from 30-100%.
So if anyone is surfboard investor, Bitcoin is best holding to go with atm and to make some good profits.

That is why I think it is best to really invest in bitcoin there are profit in saving up in it and there are profit in trading with it, I think other Altcoins really want to be like bitcoin for sure because of what bitcoin has attain for it self, I am using it now in paying my expenses and keep my internet up getting some advantage in your daily need with bitcoin is pretty much helpful for me.
yes that is right, i will always like to invest my money in bitcoin as the price of bitcoin is increasing continously  therefore i will like to invest more and more in bitcoin.
Don't be greedy in investing in bitcoin because if you are greedy and you don't do analysis then there is a high possibility for you to lose money because sometimes the price of bitcoin is falling down because of some bad news or progress. If you want to invest in bitcoin more and more, then you should analyze first what is going on and if it is a good time to buy bitcoin or not. Don't be greedy, control your emotions.

I don't see anything wrong in investing in bitcoins as price has always increased in long run so if you can hold them for a long term then there is nothing wrong in investing in it but make sure that you also sell them when price is allowing you to make profits.

me either because if we are trying to investing now and we are in stuck in high price, then we don't have to sell to make profit but we can use it to do trading bitcoin-altcoin, so i think our profit is from altcoin and we can increase our bitcoin for more. beside that, if we watch from time to time, bitcoin price is always in the high price in the end so i think its still worth if we are investing for now and save it in our wallet.

Yeah and bitcoin is an promising investment to make as price has kept on increasing in recent times and it will keeping on moving in positive direction as there will be many new investors who will invest their money in bitcoins which will take price to next level.
1127  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should people use Bitcoin? on: April 09, 2017, 12:53:54 PM
If i explain about bitcoin's quality, than a lot of qualities are here in bitcoin. But for me, the best of bitcoin is earning wise, I never see and hear about online good work except bitcoin. We could earn from it easily, if we have skills.
Yes Beside the thecnical things, there is a reason why people should use bitcoin. If people still use fiat it is not good because the inflation is make the value of it is decrease. By using bitcoin people will get a lot of advantage from it such as fast transaction, anonimity, no government control and the price of it that continue rising.

but unfortunately, in out there or in offline life, still many people is not use bitcoin for many reason and i think they are not ready to know bitcoin like us. but if in someday bitcoin is really famous and many country and many people is using bitcoin, i am sure that people in out there will attracting in bitcoin too.
Many people not in a level to use bitcoin in offline shops, because right now the acceptance is very low. Over the years people will understand and start using it. Usually the awareness is the lacking which has caused reduced usage. This will change when everything depends on technology.

Lack of knowledge in bitcoin is one reason for not using bitcoins. The other main reason is that bitcoins requires internet infrastructure to be able to use it and we dont have internet in each corner of the world.

Internet facilities are improving now across the globe but the unawareness about bitcoin is the major reason for people not using bitcoins as we cannot expect them to start using bitcoins if they have not even heard about it.
1128  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many ways are there to earn bitcoins? on: April 09, 2017, 12:47:54 PM
there are many ways to earn Bitcoin online and offline , the simplest way to earn bitcoin is from faucet (never profitable only for time pass) and second simplest way is to join signature campaign or other bounties And the risky way is to start trading or playing gambling

Faucets will waste the time for sure so the better choice would be to start earning from signature campaign after reaching to a certain level as you don't have to invest any capital in it and to earn from gambling and trading involves great risk so if you can afford to take that risk then you can go for it.

for now, i think playing bitcoin faucet is waste the time but i don't know if we play altcoin faucet because i think the rewards is still good to save and beside that, i am sure that there will be many sites that giving free faucet to visitor so we can play to earn satoshi. i think if we have passion to earn bitcoin, then we can found many ways that we can use to earn some satoshi.

Faucet plays an motivating role for the newbies who wants to get into bitcoin world and looking for free santhoshis then he can start claiming it and meanwhile he can also discover some other ways of earning bitcoins through signature campaign or trading.
1129  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: April 09, 2017, 12:44:19 PM
Of course i save bitoin is not for fun, i mean i earn and save my bitcoin for something else, like trading, gambling and future purpose like investment too. Because if you look at the price of bitcoin, the price is keep increase and the future of bitcoin is really good there.

The price of bitcoin is the only reason why people flock into it and want to buy it more and more. Everyone is willing to buy something that is going to rise in price in future. We must judiciously save the coins for future use as well and for investments. The investments help us to generate more money from the given money and the savings are for emergency purposes.
The price is just a small part that makes it happen. The most important thing is the ability of bitcoin. It appeared and lasted a very long time, and from that time on, it proved its power and skill. After much difficulty and crisis, it continues to grow stronger than before. So, we realize the potential of bitcoin and asset investment. And of course, we hope for some profit for this investment.
I think all of us here is looking for profit of our investment and this investment is good for long term. We should need to do is to believed that bitcoin will continue to gives us profit in the future.

Yeah and it you are expecting huge profits in short time from bitcoins then its likely that you will make wrong decision and that will give you only loss and bitcoins is only a good investment if you can hold your coins for a long term.
1130  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you accept bitcoin as your salary? on: April 03, 2017, 01:15:56 AM
I will never accept my salary in bitcoins as I cannot use bitcoins directly at a moment in my area so if I have to buy something then I have convert it to fiat first and if the price of bitcoins falls in future then it will badly affect my income and would be getting lower income.
1131  Other / Off-topic / Re: what kind of gambling kind do you like? on: April 03, 2017, 01:14:07 AM
I like sports betting and never have gone for dice or casino games as those are purely luck based games but in sports betting if you have a good knowledge and good skills and if you come up with smart strategy then you can make good winnings from it.
1132  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: April 03, 2017, 01:12:10 AM
Currently not buying bitcoins as of the moment since price is high. I was lucky though that i bought some a couple of years back when price was at a steady USD 300+..If price dips lower again, i might invest more in bitcoins.

That was a good price to buy in the past but I doubt that now we will ever see that lower price of bitcoins in near future as price is going higher and higher now and even price falls in coming months then it won't go that low to the price of $300.
1133  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: April 03, 2017, 01:08:23 AM
I do not have the opportunity and the desire to buy gold. I do not like it. But I have a great desire to buy bitcoin.
I think that every person, just like me, will choose what he likes

The users of bitcoin will prefer to go only for bitcoin as bitcoin allows them an opportunity to earn it so even if you don't have money to buy bitcoins you can always earn them which is not possible with gold as to have gold you have to put your real money in buying it.
1134  Economy / Economics / Re: Spending Bitcoins on: April 03, 2017, 01:06:34 AM
I used to beat the bitcoins for the future and did not spend it. But then something happened in my mind and I almost all bitcoins invested in different projects. Just for this it was necessary to mature morally

It's not bad if you aren't going to spend any of your bitcoin and just keep on holding it for your future. You mean to say that you almost spend all your bitcoins with different projects? It's good that you did diversify your bitcoins and you are doing something for your growth which is helping the economy of bitcoin.
Spending bitcoin is really good if you are spending it on investment like ICO projects of an altcoin or what so ever.
Spending bitcoin is really helping the circulation of the supply since it is been spent and put in the market.

I don't actually get into ICO's nowadays because most of them are just the same. They are just crowd selling and collecting money from their investors and in the end they will result into the same output which is being dumped but as you said it's good for the circulation of bitcoin. It's better to spend your bitcoins for the things you really like.

Yeah spending bitcoins online is a fun and if I am in need of fiat money then I sell my bitcoins and convert it to fiat but I also make sure that I save some of them for future so that I can sell them when price is even higher which can give me higher amount of fiat in hands.
1135  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Daily use of bitcoin? on: April 03, 2017, 01:01:58 AM
Hi friends,

As far as I know, bitcoin payments take a little time to approve. Will these approval times make it difficult to use bitcoin in our daily lives?
For example, I would get a coffee from Starbucks. Do I have to wait for approval to pay for what I have done for hours?

I think not all states provide facilities for the transaction bitcoin easily, for example, in our country there are not many stores that provide payment transactions with bitcoin, perhaps because the user bitcoin in our country is not too much, but I'm sure one day in our country bitcoin will be second currency other than the currency of cash
yes that is very right that the facility of using bitcoin as currency is not present every where. only in such area where the users are in great number there bitcoin can be use as currency for shopping in local shops.

I don't think there are many countries who have started to accept bitcoins locally and even online sites are very limited that accepts bitcoin as a mode of payment so I think most of the users are using their bitcoins in trading and gambling purposes on daily basis.
1136  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you like best about bitcoin? on: April 03, 2017, 01:00:01 AM
The one thing i most like and want in bitcoins is transparency and it is very easy for me to send money from my relatives in different country. Also the thing i like most is bitcoins can help me earn money as a child and a student and i can buy the things i want by my self

Yeah bitcoin has given us a way to earn money and have helped in becoming independent person and now we don't have to depend on anyone else for our expenses and it has also made us a responsible person and knowing the real value of money.
1137  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of bitcoin nowadays? on: April 03, 2017, 12:57:30 AM
I once participated in a Ponzi scheme and lost my $50 worth of bitcoin. I think apart from trading, most are highly risky.
Ponzi is obviously going to be a scam you should know that if you already know that the ponzi scam. you should be ready with all the possible defeat would happen because ponzi will definitely give you a loss

I think its really difficult to identify whether the site is genuine or ponzi especially when you are new to bitcoin as you will surely get attracted by looking at the unrealistic profits they offer you and you go with a flow that it will bring huge profits for you in short term.

1139  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you accept bitcoin as your salary? on: March 26, 2017, 05:26:29 PM
I will never accept my salary in the form of bitcoins as the price of bitcoins keeps on moving up and down so it really makes it risky to accept salary in bitcoins as my income will depend on the price of bitcoins and I can never get fixed and stable income from it which makes it really risky.
1140  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How hard is it really to make money on: March 26, 2017, 05:23:56 PM
There are a lot to learn and there is no such thing as easy money, there is so many methods of making money, offering your service, signature campaign, trading and doing faucet, so it depends on how you want to make your money, then you can know what you need to learned
And when it comes to making or earning money then its not only limited to online world there are many opportunities even in a real world where you can find day job and offer your services to an organization from where you will get fixed income in the form of salary which can be invested either in bitcoins or in physical products.
