congrats to everyone that participated, kudos to winners, especially KTChampions, he had a marvelous season here
congrats to City as well, although Inter showed up, and they should made it to overtime (would ruin my bets, but would be fair to them)
5th place is a great achievement for me, tough season in all pools, and this is best
see you next season

~snip The cheapest top league team ticket where I live is 15 euros, wtf right?
a bit off-topic, but that is a bit more than where I live (around 15 euro is a minimum for European cup matches played at home) at least for my team, for lower ranged teams, entrances could be really cheap game started, plan was to see how it is started and go with City win, but looking so far, it could be safe to wait at least 30 minutes until decision and hopefully odds approaching @1.85-1.9 on City to win

~snip UEFA are indicating on the mail that there is a lot of demand therefore they have chosen the people to get the tickets by lot. Lastly they are saying that I'm not among the winners in this draw unfortunately.
yeah, it is hard to accept that it is in your city, and you will have to watch it on TV but, overall, that is usually the case with even smaller sports, I know when F4 in basketball was organized in my city, it was also close to impossible to get tickets, especially since there was no local team, so most cards go to participating teams supporters nevertheless, hoping for an interesting match, because as it now stands, it could end-up as one-way street match

congrats to Denver, two wins on the road, and they are now really close to get first title, Jokic was good, but Gordon took the stage last night and gave all it is probably due to Heat trying to stop Jokic and Murray, and someone else rised to score their points
from 1:3 to 4:3 is possible, but not for this Miami, they can win one more and that is it, probably not even that

~snip Anyways, i support Djocovik in his race to be the best tennis of all times, so not so sad.
wasn't thought that Alcaraz is gonna end-up injured, but overall thought that Djokovic will win it, and on @2.9 before match, it was a value bet but Ruud is also playing great tennis, has a RG final experience, and that could prove a much tougher task for Djokovic than this SF no odds for final yet, at least on my bookies, but anything above 2.5 on Ruud, I will take without a doubt as value bet (not saying he is going to win, but IMO odds should be close to 1.8 Djokovic, 2.0 Ruud)

|
|
~snip Alcaraz v Djokovic, I have a small wager on Alcaraz with not bad odds 1.47
I have a wager on Djokovic, can't tell why, but @2.95 cannot miss it Alcaraz is in better form, but as we have seen against Tsitsipas he could have lose third set in tie-break, and Djokovic would probably use that chance, with maybe different outcome will be interesting to see what will happen, but I would clearly not sign-off Djokovic in this duel regarding Ruud and Zverev, if Zverev hadn't last season injury, I would go instantly with him, but as of this moment, similar chances to pass for both

~snip They have great chances to solve everything at, home, while for Sparta it will be very difficult.
agree, two play-off matches yesterday (Ere and Serie B for Serie A) and almost same outcomes, host lead up to last minutes, extratime, and than conceived to look at 1:1 draw for re-match Twente is certainly favorite to secure European spot next season, Sparta had overall great season, much better than usual, but still Twente is better team, and it would be a surprise to see them failing to secure a win at home, odds favoring them big time @1.45, so no great value, but good enough to bet on that
|
|
|
~snip That is a strange rule for me. They are playing playoffs over two legs but if there is no winner then Bari goes up automatically. Extra time and penalties would be expected but it is what it is.
yeah, it is strange, but I can find it to be good, if you had been better throughout season, then you have to have some advantage in play-off as well since there is no third match on home pitch (as in basketball for example), you got draw as your win, maybe it is fair (although I don't like due to Cagliari being forced to win this duel) nevertheless, match ended 1:1, two VAR decided penalties for Bari, second in 90+4 minute, and Bari needs a draw at home to be in Serie A next season maybe Ranieri can pull some better tactics for re-match, Bari was better in second half and never-mind penalties, deserved to get a draw
|
|
|
play-off for Serie A spot between Cagliari and Bari, and first match half-time, Cagliari is up 1:0 early lead, Bari missed penalty, hopefully Cagliari can take a lead to Bari
if there is similar situation to SF, Cagliari needs to win this duel, since aggregate draw will put Bari as a winner
|
|

Sparta and Twente are playing play-off today, and currently Sparta is in the lead 1:0, somewhere unexpected for me, but they have two matches to play, and Twente chances are still better to win this play-off for European spot nervous match, Twente controlled match till penalty for Sparta, and now is down, will be interesting to see if they can make something in last 30 minutes, if there is no second match, I would put something on them to win, but as there is re-match, maybe just play on more goals tonight

~snip Jokic is insane. It doesn’t make sense to me how someone so slow with a 5 inch vertical is able to take over in the NBA Finals. It defies logic. His numbers tonight though we’re epic. A total of 63 points + rebounds + assists in the Finals is a performance he will be talking about for a long time. The Heat are definitely in trouble. Denver looks dialed in.
Jokic was great last night, but Murray points were what decided the match he simply needs at least one more player to back him up, otherwise Denver can't win simply on Jokic having great game, and Murray delivered last night with 34 points now it seems that winning first title for Denver is back on track, I would like to see that, and Jokic deserved it for past few season, he is playing on amazing level, it looked as no MVP in regular season will bring Championship ring, and it is closing on that

And there we have it. Italians losing already in two finals, now all hope rests with Inter in the biggest one of them all.
Did think West Ham would win it, just wish they didn't score the final goal to ruin my prediction of under 2.5 elsewhere. They should have shut the doors down after the penalty. Moyes will be having a lot of wine tonight. Have to say Fiorentina gave them a pretty good scare, but seriously, Queentoshi, Westhampton??
it was Bowen all along, to secure a win due to Moyes, I was backing West Ham tonight, and they won it, it was not easy, but trophies are all that is counting looking at Italians in finals, Roma was somewhat closest to winning title before everything started, and now it seems that all finals will be lost, cannot image Inter being the force that will raise from ashes and crack City (although I would like to see that, especially if Dzeko is scoring)
|
|
|
so far so good, nothing much to see, pretty boring match, and goalless expected more fire, especially from West Ham, but maybe they are saving it for second half
still have trust in Rice and Bowen that they will have West Ham lifting the trophy, and make Moyes happy
|
|
|
no matter do I like it or not, but City deserves to take this title more than Inter but, it is a one match game, and that could bring a surprise, esoecially if Inter does their part and get at least through first half without conceiving goals
if City gets up early, it could bring a catastrophe for Inter

~snip I'm definitely in business. Next season I will probably even participate in random leagues (like Ligue 1 or Bundesliga).
we actually do not have Ligue 1 pool but it would be too much, I am almost regular in all pools, and this season proved that it is too much, when counting Fantasy as well but for La Liga I am here for sure, it is a my favorite league probably, and until this season, one with best results so far, have to bring back some good incentives on results

~snip For me it all comes to Denver can there be someone who can assist Jokic and they will win it. They need 1 or 2 more guys to have their night so they can secure a win. It's Denvers series to lose.
yeah, Jokic can't do it alone, and it is boiling down to who, if anyone, will be there to help and score points Miami has a good team spirit, probably better (if not best in the league) coach, but they are tired as well, so it will not be easy, especially if series goes to games 6 or 7, and I doubt Miami can have a winning strike on the other side, Denver could have a winning strike, even in away matches, IMO

back to this topic, Final is tomorrow, but close enough Fiorentina finished season with a win over Sassuolo, and now both teams are focused on final, first between English and Italian clubs, with CL afterwards
odds are not favoring any team, and indeed final can go on both sides, but should not be goalless Fiorentina had luck to kick-out Basel in previous round, and since Basel was my favorite, I will probably looking to West Ham win, if anything due to Moyes being their coach
