The Avalons have arrived and are hashing on BTCGuild.

https://www.btcguild.com//index.php?page=rankings&section=teams Team AMC  ID 211435

We will be setting up some proxies and have three different internet providers for redundant connections to the internet.

Quote from: kslaughter

When the next 3 Avalons get here the dividend will double.   In about 5 weeks we will be adding another 306,000 GH/s.  In about 10 weeks we will be adding 5,640,000 GH/s.

5640000 GH/s = 5.64 PETAH/s

Current network hash rate is 117.45 TERAH/s

You are saying you are going to deploy 50x of global power in 10 weeks.

And you were saying you were around when BTC just started...? I'm sorry what?

Sorry, 5,640,000 MH/s
1124  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] AMC-The Official Active Mining Cooperative Discussion on: June 07, 2013, 11:13:11 AM
Hey KS,

Just wondering when you'll switch from 100% mining profits going to the shares and 50% going to the shares? (See bold/underline above).

Thanks.

There are 100,000,000 shares.  Of those shares only 40,000,000 will be paid until the total dividends = .0005.

Of the 40,000,000 shares currently being paid, 20,000,000 go towards new equipment purchases, and 20,000,000 go towards the early adopter IPO shares (of which only 5,000,000 have sold yet, the other 15,000,000 will be paying dividends to AMC)

Recap:
60,000,0000 not receiving dividends until after .0005 has been paid out.
20,000,0000 going to equipment fund
15,000,0000 going to AMC (a.k.a. Ken, until the shares are sold @ .0008 or higher - this is the bit people including myself generally have a problem with.  Unsold shares "shouldn't" receive dividends in my opinion.)
5,000,0000 paid out to investors

3 Avalons = 3*65 GH/S (according to their website) @Current Diff (15605632.6813) = 43.99 BTC per week / 100,000,000 shares = 0,0000004399 BTC in Dividends per share per week
The price for one share is at 0.0006590 BTC - so the ROI per share is 1498 weeks? ^^

Is this right?

Only issued shares receive dividends, that is 40,000,000.  So the calculation is ~384,000 GH/s = 6.187484187/Day after power X 7 = 43.312389306 / 40,000,000 = 0.000001083/Share/Week

When the next 3 Avalons get here the dividend will double.   In about 5 weeks we will be adding another 306,000 GH/s.  In about 10 weeks we will be adding 5,640,000 GH/s.

Plus, 50% of the revenue from the machines goes back into buying more hashing power.
1125  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] AMC-The Official Active Mining Cooperative Discussion on: June 07, 2013, 01:55:37 AM
Ok, so I've just bought some shares via bitfunder... What happens now? I just... wait?

3 of the Avalons are on the way, should be here on Monday.  After they arrive we will configure them and they will start mining.  After about a week of mining we will pay out a dividend to all issued shares of 100% of the mining revenue for the week.  So as long as you hold your shares you will receive dividends on the mining revenue of these machines.  3 more Avalon's are to be shipped to us in their batch 2.  We also have 68 16 chips boards coming ~306,000 GH/s.  Also, we have 20,000 Avalon ASIC chips on order giving us ~5.651 TH/s of hashing power.  You can use the link below to calculate the revenue from the machines.  One other thing is that half of the revenue goes back into buying more hashing power.

First 3 Avalon's order # 1245 are on their way:

img]http://www.axs.net/AMC/Complete-1.png[/img]

Do we know that the asics have been shipped to the address on file? The screenshot above does not include a shipping address.

Usagi, You know that Avalon does not change any of the shipping addresses on the units.  The address the unit are to be ship to
has been posted online before.  Just a little of your FUD.

No, I don't post FUD. Don't take this the wrong way, but you have a habit of shitty investor relations. Like when you told me to fuck off on IRC when I asked you why you rebought shares at a higher price during your IPO.

Get this straight -- I know Avalon doesn't change the shipping addresses. What I am asking is if you gave Avalon the same shipping address you gave us as your business address. You cut that part out -- what I am questioning was if Avalon ever got the shipping address we have on file for you, not if you've recently changed it.

The address is the same.  I never rebought shares at a higher price than what I was offering the shares for.  I only rebought shares at a low price to keep the speculators from purchasing the shares at an even low price.  This made the speculators mad, like yourself.

Can we get a screen shot of the bottom part of that page so we can see the address?

No, for security reasons.
1127  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] AMC-The Official Active Mining Cooperative Discussion on: June 06, 2013, 10:23:48 PM
So, where are the Avalons shipping from and how long will it be now before they're online.

As soon as they get here and we can get them configured.

I notice that all the orders are held in the name of VMC, your wholly owned company.

Does AMC have written contracts defining their rights to the hardware on order?  Please post all such agreements.

I am sure you did, you are looking for anything you can find to drag us down.

AMC has a contract with me, purchasing the 6 Avalon's that I paid for out of my own pocket.

AMC only has Pre-Orders with VMC.  AMC and VMC have a contract which is posted in images on bitfunder.com which spells out their relationship.

Entropy-uc, please also post the similar legally binding information relative to ASICMINER, so we can compare it to AMC.

Many thanks! Kiss

perhaps you should research what happened to folks who invested in 'AmazingRando'

Maybe, you should wait, before you condemn us.  Why, don't you hold off until the Avalon's get here on Monday or a week from then when we start paying dividends.  No, you have to do it now, because you won't have a leg to stand on then.  You have to get you punch in now, then run away when the above happens.  I am sure you won't be posting after we start paying dividends.

The Avalons you priced at $6000 / GH/s?

Yes, their arrival will really change my opinion of your company.

I am sure it won't, but your opinion is not what counts.  What counts is the opinion Investors have of AMC.  That opinion that has been expresed is 2.5 Million shares being sold in about 24 hours, that what counts.

I don't run ASICMINER.  And Friedcat has already established that

-he is capable of designing and building a mining ASIC
-can run a mining operation on a vast scale
-keeps his promises

Ken has done none of those things.

What he has done, is:
Artificially pump up the price of AMC stock by buying and selling the shares himself
Posted numerous misleading press releases with completely bogus income forecasts
Set up a corporate structure inspired by the scammer Ian Bakewell that guarantees him permanent voting control

Did he do that at first, No.  It took some time before his ASIC was developed, then it took some more time before it was deployed, then it took some more time for him to scale up the operation.  Now, after all of that you can say that he keeps his promises.  However, you are here trolling and running down or operation without giving us a chance to prove ourselfs.  I guess you was doing that same thing to ASICMiner before he did all of the above, now you are on his side.

Vbs;  I think you probably know that ASICminer is a chinese national and your shares are basically "faith based".   you have no recourse if friedcat walked away.  The reason everyone loves friedcat so much is because he ACTUALLY pays people and does not rip them off (like most other people have done to "shareholders").
How are people doing getting their money from pirate@40 even though everyone knows his full name and his address?   Or how about Roman Shytman?

Minor Miner, I thought you said you was not going to post here anymore, since we figure out that you are a competitor developing your own product.  You are just trolling here.

Just got back from renting 2600 square feet for our combined mining and manufacturing facility.  I already have "Team AMC" at BTCGuild.  I will check out which pools to use.

I think that's it's safe to say that this is and never was a pump and dump Smiley

Congratz on pulling through all the shit, ken. Glad I got in when I did.

Yep.  Each share will soon leap from owning the earnings from 0 GH/s to a stunning 5 kH/s (not typo there, that is kilohashes).  You could do better mining with your cell phone.

Meanwhile Ken is using your money to rent space to be used for VMC's manufacturing operations.  It still boggles my mind that the sheep buying this don't recognize that VMC is getting all the value from your investment because it will own the IP to all the equipment development paid for with AMC's revenues.

No, As I said before AMC owns all of the IP and gets paid about twice the normal royalty when VMC uses it.  I am providing the funds for VMC's manufacturing operations.  AMC is only providing the funds agreed to in its contract with VMC, which is posted at bitfunder.com.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manufacturing_cost

Great.  Please post the relevant contracts.  A block of text in a FAQ page on bitfunder isn't legally binding on anyone.

The contract which is signed a sealed by VMC and AMC is posted in the images on bitfunder.com.  You should try looking around and reading all of documents before you start trolling here.

That 'contract' lacks

- Any discussion of intellectual properties rights, or royalties completely contradicting your claims on here
- provides zero definition of 'cost' other than a retail cost in the appendix which is double the price of the Avalon chips
- discusses a 3rd party entity which isn't identified as to location, ownership or role 'SplendidCRM'
- is signed on behalf of both parties by yourself, likely making the entire document invalid due to the lack of arms length separation between the parties.

Specifies Wake County, North Carolina as the venue for any disputes.  Strange choice for a Delaware corporation doing business with a Vanatu (or is is Seychelles this week?) corporation supposedly run by a resident of Missouri.

Royalties are spelled out.

The contract specifies this:

AMC will receive license fees in the form of Bitcoin mining machines at cost and royalties from VMC for it's technology.

The following will be ordered from VMC if funds are available and the units are developed.  AMC will have the first right of refusal on the below units developed by VMC and any future
developed units. Additional units will be provided at lowest retail value minus the 10% royalty fee.

** Fast-Hash-XXX is a trademark of VMC developed Bitcoin Mining Machines. AMC will receive the above machines at manufacturers cost. AMC will also receive a 10% royalty from VMC on all other VMC sales using AMC's technologies.

Here is the definition of 'Manufactures Cost' http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manufacturing_cost

3rd party entity 'SplendidCRM':  Just a typo in the contract.

Can you quote some case law on '...entire document invalid due to...'.  I kinda doubt it.
