since bitcoin was introduced to me few years ago i've got this thing in mind
is gambling really about luck or can you beat the house using maths and probability?
well as for my i always YOLO bet a lot and sometimes it's working fine but most of the time it's not
i tried also using lowbets with strategy , mostly on dice autobetting, it seems fine but kinda boring, seems okay but it will bust in a time

I think the best way to win a bet is by knowing the odds and keep on betting. You won't win anything with just one try. Also, there will be a time were a person's luck can overcome any odds. No matter how much you read it, if its his lucky day, nobody can beat that guy. Especially on poker, were the losing card will win the whole match just because he got what he's looking for on the last card. Brother whatever you do, still this betting and gambling thing will be making harm for you. Why you are depending on such thing that doesn’t have any credibility other than this luck thing. And everyone here knows better that luck doesn’t support you every day so this means if you are gambling regularly you will be losing most of the days, isn’t it? Open your mind and eyes and see it by yourself. |

as far as I participated in the new bitcointalk I first heard bitcoin forbidden to Muslims. because I do not think it has anything to do with bitcoin with Muslims. because bitcoin is not like gambling. I think no religion is forbidden to use bitcoin and technology. like I am a Muslim and my friends are also mostly muslim. so in my opinion there is nothing to do with bitcoin that is forbidden to Muslims.
Regarding bitcoins, I don’t see any kind of bad image for which they say it is not legal for the Muslims or any religious nation. But I think every religious country has banned bitcoins and they are not making any move for their citizens to even deal with them. Better is to review this decision because there is nothing bad in this currency against which they just have made such restrictions. |

Same here. Whenever I heard this term ‘long term investment’, first bitcoin and then Ethereum appears in my mind. But bitcoin comes first and it can give the largest amounts of profit with time. No other crypto coin or even any physical asset has that much potential. Ethereum is considered number one altcoin but it is far slower in making progress as compare to bitcoin, still it’s a good choice. |

Its possible they win but its not possible for them to stop people from still transacting bitcoin as its decentralized.... The only power they will have is by closing centralized exchange and people will still be making use of decentralized exchange...

I think it also depends on the market cycle. During the bull market, these type of FUDS won't turn the market down. There might be a small dip and it moves on its own. But in the bear market, the market will further crash for any small FUDs also.

What will you do if after losing several times in gambling, you are left with only small amount of money and that money will be for your fuel or for transportation, will you still continue with the little you are left with? What if you lose?
I will risk my luck on that small money left instead of stopping. Who knows I can recover or even have some profit because of it. I will think about the fuel and transportatations next. someone who has a gambling soul. had certainly never allowed herself in gambling, she was fighting to the death. and sobs will figure out how to get home, because there's always a way home for gamblers. First i put an amount limit for my gambling habbit after a first and second level of my limit i will stop and try it again nextime that means im not luck to that day.
We have the same concept in controlling our self on gambling , That is the way I control myself / to stop my self on playing gambling if I know that I dont have luck on that day. But I think with many people have internet connection, we will need currency that can be used for payment on internet transaction and cryptocurrency is the answer for solution If your only looking for a payment option online then you can do that with credit cards, PayPal and other banking options. Apart from payment people consider bitcoins as an investment option to grow their money. Whatever will be happening out side crypto-world will be less bothered by this community. Moreover all Chinese people must have been buying bitcoins and new instructions from their government is to continue that by deviating the focus from cryptos.

I keep on buying when the price dip through $7000 and sell a small amount when the price is over $8,000. I have made some profit by doing that. Aww! That’s somehow cute. Wow , I don't have idea that this could happen. I thought you could only buy things, goods, foods using bitcoin. Now there are some people that accept it for big properties like car, house and lot. But I think the timing of the transaction is important due to the price's volatility. Imagine if this kind of buy and sell will continue in the future, many people will get interest in cryptocurrency.
It is possible to happen but both buyer and seller must need to agree for accepting bitcoin payments. But I'm not finding it is possible in my country right now because most of the people are not aware of what is bitcoin. Probably when more people will be are adopting bitcoin here, I believe anyone can buy/sell houses for bitcoin payments. In that scenario, it is possible to buy a house or whatsoever one desires to but my point is, what the need is to buy a house now when bitcoin is suffering through a decline and when we all are aware of the fact that it would make progress in coming days. I think there is possibility is more for bitcoin to replace the paper currency.The value of 1 bitcoin is equal to 7800$,but the value of dollars is still remain the same.This shows the value of bitcoin is greater than the paper currency. In two decades, the bitcoin will replace the paper currency.
Even if the bitcoin does not take over in the next two decades, I have this feeling that these banks will takeover the paper currency and there will be only cards with the people with their money deposited in the banks. Last 2 days I bought for about some cheap coins and it went down for about 5% or something and I decided to sell. And now, I am at full regret that all of those coins are now up for about 20%. My lesson for that is to be patient since the market was down for some day and it will always go back up.
Experience is really our best teacher. Just learn from it and make yourself stronger the next time around. Yes, in business we really need to have a strong heart and mind, and most of all have faith. Just move on and try again.
