1121  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetKing.io is a blatant scam operated by Dean Nolan on: May 20, 2019, 12:12:04 AM
It is the gullible investors and newbies that visit betking that I feel sorry for because they know little or nothing of the shady past betking has.

There is nothing stopping serial scammer Dean Nolan from scamming others winners of other games and contests in future. Look at the scammer, he is using the Bustabit crash code without paying the 2 BTC licence fee.

betking and its owner operator serial scammer Dean Nolan are definitely not trustworthy at all.
It is not too difficult to put "betking scam" into google.

Are you telling me that they can move the funds whenever they want?

If yes we need to follow all movements and they seem to go here

a 9000 moved BTC address.
Seem to go there or it is possible to prove it?

Please don't quote game-protect, he is just making up nonsensical statements for trolling purposes. Just press an ignore button instead, so we can focus real issues on eosbet. You can not fight nonsense with logic.
Hello brain washer, please explain where the calculation is nonsensical?

Let me calculate:

1) 125 Bitcoins wagered = 10,000 BET fantasy tokens and therefore 12.5 Bitcoins wagered = 1,000 BET fantasy tokens

2) 12.5 Bitcoins wagered for 1,5% house edge = - 0.182 BTC = - $1,450 loss

3) 100 EOS x $6.50 = $650

To receive 1,000 BET fantasy tokens you will lose $1,450 and then you maybe can sell them for $650 and your final loss is - $800! Grin

Next time brain wash better EODBet investment fraud scheme! Cheesy

EOSBet is an obvious investment fraud scheme and I explained it sensical. Wink

Only because you are the owner of a not functioning brain does not make my statements nonsensical! Cheesy

1129  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetKing.io is a blatant scam operated by Dean Nolan on: May 18, 2019, 08:27:14 AM
I understand your point, but to not mince words, Dean is a scammer and unambiguously scammed the original investors to his great personal profit. He literally structured his ICO such that he would make money when crypto prices went up, and lose money when prices went down. When prices went up, he took the personal profit. When prices went down said "lolz, sorry!"

Not to mention, he's also a serial-liar. Like just today I saw  his post lying about pirating software. I know he's full of shit, because I'm the one who wrote most of that code and it's obviously being used (even before some obfuscation, it literally even had the same debug stuff I was personally using, rofl).

Knowing that, if you want to invest or play -- go ahead. But I do think it's important that people realize they are dealing with a liar and a scammer before they use the site.
That is not true!

The BKB fantasy token investment contract clearly states:

Quote
The token value is calculated as:

I + (P /100,000,000)

Where I is the initial token price after the IC0, $0.09286 and P is the total site profit from all games and currencies at the current exchange rate in $.

He simply did not fulfill it and committed the criminal offense of investment fraud!

If the value of the crytpo currencies would have decreased, you can be rest assured that he would have count it for the determination of the BKB fantasy token price.

You can find a collection of his scams here BetKing scam

Oh really?

Do you remember this thread: ⚖️ Crypto Gambling Foundation ⚖️ - Fair Gambling For All

right?

this thread has 10 pages and you made more than 18 posts in this thread and see your first post:

It is nice that there is an initiative for making everything fair and standardized. Few questions though, I'd like to discuss this in-depth.

1. I would like to know if you plan this to be something like the ICANN of cryptocurrency gambling?
2. How will this foundation enforce their laws onto gambling sites?
3. Who will govern the foundation?
     a. If there would be a governing body, who will vote?
     b. If there would be election, who are eligible to vote?

I'll think of more questions and you'll surely hear more from me here on this thread.
The foundation can not enforce its laws onto gambling sites if they are not willing to accept it.

But they can publicise a list of sites who agree to fulfil the rules of the foundation and players can use it as a guide.

If the foundation is able to collect money, it could enforce the publicly stated and valid laws against the shady operators. Based on my experience, in most cases the problem is not that victims can not do anything, the problem is that most claimants are not willing to spend anything!

and see your latest post on this thread:

How does the Crypto Gambling Foundation ensure that customers will not get scammed?

How does the Crypto Gambling Foundation enforces claims after a customer was scammed?

BetKing is on your list and scammed many customers, how did you enforce those claims?

1131  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲EOSBet.io - Licensed Casino Platform 🎲Provably Fair 🎲NOW ACCEPTING BTC ₿ on: May 18, 2019, 01:57:36 AM
I have seen users in the chat selling BET tokens but how do we get to make the transaction and move BET tokens to other account?
Up to this time we aren't able to know how much each token is worth. There is a user selling 1000BET for 100EOS, but I don't know if they can move the token yet. How long we to wait for this to happen?

I am also baffled by this. I thought you could sell eos accounts, but how do you sell an eosbet account?
Curacao licensing laws do not allow to sell EOSBet accounts!

LOOK , game-protect started to take interest on eosbet because of dividends Cheesy. The averages are about 20 dollars per week income from having around 10 thousand bet token, which means you need to wager about 125 bitcoins to make 20 bucks a week.
Let me calculate:

1) 125 Bitcoins wagered = 10,000 BET fantasy tokens and therefore 12.5 Bitcoins wagered = 1,000 BET fantasy tokens

Why did not you register your account with Game Protect and play with consumer protection service inclusive?

Because nobody would trust you to hold 2 beans for them.

@OP, here is the Cloudbet thread on the forum:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=333552

They are very active in answering questions there. You should post a comment in that thread and get more information that way.
Around 600 victims already contacted Game Protect and we handle claims totaling over $7 million!

Nobody trust us? Cheesy

What a dumb blatant liar you are!

so why do not you create a thread where you post proof that you can offer better services
Better service than who?

You surely missed it, but we are the only online gaming consumer protection service in this world enforcing claims through legal action!

We cover everything:

1) Play with consumer protection service inclusive right from the start

2) After naive player got scammed, we still offer to enforce the money owed

and proof that there are people who contacted you
If I do this, what will happen then?

Do you think the attackers and signature spammers promoting criminal casinos will stop attacking Game Protect?

The proof is already posted in my thread Game Protect - Online gaming consumer protection service

Yet the attackers continue to attack! Smiley

and were able to recover your funds?
Also already posted in my thread.

I was considering what if there was an exchange in eosbet itself instead of giving those profits to somewhere else? Like I know an exchange is not something easy to make but if there was some sort of "eos to bet" or "btc to bet" type of exchange which is just people creating a market for bet like any other coin in all exchanges then we could potentially have another source of dividends too.

All the trading fees that is collected from that exchange could be given to people who own bet tokens, so on top of the losses on the gambling side of things going to bet token holders we would have exchange fee's going to bet token holders as well and the team would profit from it too since they have a lot of bet tokens for free anyway. I think thats something to really think about.

They would need an exchange license to make that. And that's a whole another beast to negotiate. Maybe in the future though.

Yeah you're right, would complicate things, while their focus should be fully on building the casino right now. Once that's grown enough they could see what side business would be good and compliments their core business.
You are lying again!

Crypto currency exchanges do not need a license in Curacao. If yes, simply quote the applicable law or shut up with your daily lies!

If online casinos like EOSBet can operate illegal without a license, why should a simple cryptocurrency exchange need a license?

That does not make any sense at all!

Why do not they offer an exchange like other Curacao based online casinos do?

Because their BET fantasy token is worth a shit and their investment fraud scheme would blast?

Looks interesting but hope they add more casino games too, and have options to auto convert our EOSBET tokens to the specific altcoins we want.😊😊 But for now EOSBET seems need to gain more transparency coz I think not everyone knows about EOSBET gaming site.

Transparency has no link to the popularity of the gambling site.  Also it is not always the responsibility of the site to promote their services. If you play on EOSBet.io and are satisfied with it, then you can also promote the site, share it with your friends etc.

That's what the referral link every one has is for... you'll even get rewarded 0.25% of every wager the referred makes.
EOSBet indeed has a curious business model!

On the one hand they false and misleading promise unrealistic dividends for live for one time contribution and on the other hand they give only laughable 16% commission for criminals who feel the necessity to promote this investment scam operation, while other casinos give 30% and more!
