ICO is 100percent illegal to me and this has been given me hitch. companies raising money thruogh ICO, for Chris sake if you want to develop or run a company you should at least have raised some setting amount money (percentage) required to run the company before calling on investor. and This ICO projects, is now one of the easiest tools scammers is now using to scam investors off their hard earn money.
To the best, cryptocurrency needs to be regulated to save investor from scammers.

the move by china government to ban initial coin inferring (ICO) is a very welcome development to me! if you want to start up a company you should have at least have raised up to 20percent of total funds required to run the campaign, before calling for investors to invest their money in your project, but what we are experiencing lately in cryptocurrency world is different, ICOs everywhere, it wasn't like a year ago, some sorts of individuals/group of persons will just wake up one morning, comes up with idea and the next thing they will launch an ICO project and at the end of it all they will disappear with investors money. cryptocurrenty needs to be regulated to save investors for loosing funds

As I understand, Bitotal is still on ICO, I guess you will have to wait till the end on their ICO, with no much doubts, I see Bitotal as a much promising coin, I have some of coins with them and am patiently waiting for the final end of ICO, I believe by end ICO 1Bitotal will worth roughly about 3-4usd per coin!
