If the token is useless, no working product, like most of the coins out there, nothing can give value to the coin. Kind of, but not exactly. Miners do not find a block. To create a new block, they need to solve a cryptographic algorithm called Proof of Work. PoW can only be solved by finding a number that when combined with block data and hashed generates another number that is smaller to the target (determined by PoW). When a miner finds that number, a new block is created , not found. |

can anyone explain what the buy or sell price example 0.0008754 in dummy terms what it is and what it represents and how to do the math. i am like days in this and figured most im just not sure how to do the math cause i dont know what the price fraction mean or represent . at the time of writing this EOS/BTC is 0.0006835 $2.62 sometimes green sometimes red i know what the colors means i know what the value means $2.62 usd figure for 1 EOS coin unless thats wrong but cant understand how the math works on the 0.0006835 and what this is for or what it represents. any help will be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.
The 0.0006835 means the value in BTC terms per EOS. So you are looking at the EOS/BTC trading pair. 0.0006835 BTC = 2.62 dollar, so that matches the dollar price which is displayed. Exactly that. You can't buy, as far as I know, USD/eos or any other Fiat / eos. So you need to buy BTC first, so them you can buy eos using this rate you said (0.0006)... So go, buy BTC and then buy eos with it (if that's what you want) |

due the difference in market it was not profitable at moment, if i ve done it as you said it will be a lose at similar value.

You most likely need to download a Bitcoin Cash wallet, a Bitcoin Gold wallet, etc, and import there your bitcoin address(es) that had the bitcoins using your Bitcoin private keys.
Where can I download this wallets? You can download one wallet that support all of those more common forks. There are some around. I use coinomi, which supports many of them. Ledger nano also supports some. There are some new untested wallets such as magnum and atomic wallet which supports many forks also. |

the problem with windows operating systems is not the Microsoft itself. they are not making money by stealing your money. the problem is with the weaknesses that it has and worst of all with the backdoors that they have intentionally placed in this closed source operating system. many of them are unknown and when they are found they are exploited by hackers and lead to your loss.
Linux is a good solution as it is being suggested but you still should only think about cold storage if you want true security.
I have used Windows since 80s ... I know it has security flaws, but ofc it's not a scam, it will never still your money. It has also privacy problems, like Google... I know Linux is far safer and better for developers, but it has compatibility limitations and it is, imo, not so convenient to use (in terms of interface). For average user it windows 10 is ok. If you want only to use the computer for cryptocurrency, ofc Linux is better. |

After the hard fork on the 15th of November, Bitcoin Cash was split into two coins: Bitcoin Cash ABC (BCHABC) & Bitcoin Cash SV (BCHSV). I did not have time to read about it, so if anyone could guide me real quick.
Before the split happened, I had some BCH with me. I wanted to know how if both the blockchains now have replay protection, and how to redeem both. Does Electron Cash support both?
I suggest you use coinomi Android/ios wallet. It support both chains and they provide a service to claim the forks. |
