I don't get it. What's the issue?
Why do you think he's using a bot (to post tweets?), and what's the issue with it?
In 99% of those ICO bounties, the manager doesn't care about the tweets. Just that you make them.

Let's say I want to buy BTC for 1K€ in cash. I will know my price (amount of BTC), at the moment I give my cash to the seller?
AFAIK, it's the price at the moment the seller confirms to LocalBitcoins that he received the money. P.S: Not every trade has this option enabled.

Sorry for the noob question, but what is "escrow system"?
Is basically a middle-man which safeguards your transaction when you're trading with unknown/untrusted people. An example: You want to sell 1 BTC to someone. 1. You send 1 BTC to LocalBitcoins. 2. They hold your 1 BTC while the buyer does the money transaction (deposit/wire/etc...). 3. When you confirm you received the money, you tell LocalBitcoins to release the coins. 4. They send the 1 BTC to the seller. So, LocalBitcoin is acting as the escrow. You <> LocalBitcoins <> Buyer. This way, you can't run with the buyer money if he sends first (since the 1 BTC is with the trusted middle-man, which is LocalBitcoins), and neither he can run with your 1 BTC if you send first (because they are only released to the buyer after the wire).

This message was sent over a year ago. Maybe I have 1-2 messages from 300 that are copied. But to permanently ban an account for this, it's crazy!
Why not block for 7-30 days and issue a warning!
Because rules are rules. And the rule is: plagiarized even once? Permaban. Accept your punishment and leave the forum.

You have to admit, handing the module maintenance to a foreign guy you have never heard of and who just emailed you, is totally ridiculous. Does it mean so, any crypto wallet that makes use of Javascript is potentially vulnerable or already infected? I can already smell the waves of articles about this. Like if we needed more bad news these days... Any crypto wallet pulling random NPM modules for their projects. Check my post in the other thread:

Oops,I thought the trust score will be based on the depth level of the members,so anyone knows how long time needed for a feedback to turns into green and what is the purpose of green into black after some time?
The formula is detailed here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5069647

So, did u mean this user already using avatar before that rules change ?
Yes. why that avatar didn't deleted in this account after new rules ?
Why should he lose his avatar? He's a legacy member and allowing him to keep his avatar isn't hurting anyone.

Back in the old days, anyone could use an avatar.
His account is from 2011. Before the change, he was using an avatar, so he stayed with it.

It was a Deposit Adress on Cloudbet A screenshot won't be accepted. Unfortunately, I went through your post history and didn't find any other address that may be valid.

Excuse me. Why is this plagiarism? "ETH has wide adoption and most projects are based or built on the ethereum blockchain" - this is a known fact about Ethereum.
I have to change the words to express this thought? I posted this post 5 months ago.
Funny how it’s always the same thing. 1 - Batlantly plagiarize. 2 - Get banned for obvious reasons 3 - « It’s not plagiariam/it’s just the same thoughts/it’s a coencidence » 4 - Don’t get unbanned (obviously). Denying won’t change the facts. You are a cheater and a rule breaker.

Plagiarism. I'm pretty sure there are other examples. But here is the first one I found after a quick research: Your copy: Today ETH has wide adoption and most projects are based or built on the ethereum blockchain. EOS only launched mainnet. ETH is 1 step ahead because the price doesn’t fall. I think ETH is more promising and stronger coin than EOS.
Original: It is never one or the other. In crypto it is essential to diversify (smartly). Having said that, today ETH has wide adoption and most projects are based or built on the ethereum blockchain. EOS has not even launched mainnet yet and who knows if it will ever be adopted at the same rate than ETH has. And it currently has, in my opinion, a really high valuation, not justified. But you never know.

If it’s the first option, create a temporary account and create a support ticket explaining the situation.
