11301  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: July 16, 2018, 06:58:19 AM
Kingkong's Lakers has no match with the GSW. Kawhi will be the sixth man of GSW!
Hahaha, you just made my day.

Regardless if he has a match or not to GSW, this season is another exciting and one of the most awaited.
The warriors don't need Leonard anymore, they are the best team in the NBA and with the addition of cousins, that makes them unbeatable.
I believe whatever team Leonard will land, there is gonna be a big adjustment and they still have no match with the Champs.
They are stronger than before and they don't want other teams to outsmart them in terms of roster build up.

I know how Warriors are strong enough but the ball is round and although we are expecting the same result again for this season still, let's wait.
With their starting team of five all-star players, I think they are definitely the best one yet but we will see when the season finally comes again. Right now they’re composition is definitely hard to be but I know they can still be beaten with the right plays  by the right team.
They are the best one because they are the crowd favorite but I wouldn't ignore other teams as well.

This is the exciting part of NBA, you get to see the best but we are not seeing those teams that are going to surprise us.
I think its enough for the Warriors discussion now and lets go to the Eastern Conference  Cheesy Cheesy

Who do you think will be the best players on the east?? Now that Lebron is on the Western Conference right now, the best picks for now is Kyrie (if he will stay healthy in the whole season), Demar and the Greek Freak Antetokoumblah blah I cant spell his surname Cheesy. Maybe add Oladipo also on them.
Hahaha another made my day comment mate.

Antetokoumblablabla? hahaha. It's Giannis Antetokounmpo, this will be my bet although he's too young and wasn't able to reach some good highlights for the league.

He needs some spot light and get more stronger teammates.

11303  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what is the main reason for india to ban cryptocurrency on: July 16, 2018, 06:05:11 AM
To make this short and summary, AFAIK central bank of India is still skeptic about crypto's so there's a conflict on their agency but their government is stating that they would adopt it.

And from what I read, they will now consider crypto as a commodity. If there's an Indian there to give more precise and briefer explanation on what's really happening there will be much appreciated.
11304  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto faster & cheaper? on: July 16, 2018, 05:36:58 AM
Last time it was bitcoin that has fees but check out https://coinb.in/#fees the fees weren't too high and it was completely different from before.

ETH is struggling, it's network was congested few weeks ago and no idea when it will be fine.
11305  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Property? What might be the best investment? on: July 15, 2018, 09:04:50 PM
Again to be honest I would say that I would prefer to have a big apartment then to have 20 bitcoins, and again if I would have 20 bitcoins I would buy myself a big apartment instead of holding them.
1 bitcoin = $6,300
20 * $6,300 = $126,000 well that would be enough in some places to start your own apartment. I'll choose to sell 10 bitcoins and start building my first small apartment then.
11306  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT HAPPENS WHEN NO ONE SELLS BUT HODL? on: July 15, 2018, 08:51:53 PM
Not everyone in the community is holding. There are people that are using bitcoin to spend it through exchanging it and trading it to generate profit.

And by doing that, you can't say that everyone is holding so if you are thinking that if everyone will hold there's something to happen, it won't happen that all of us will hold.

If you don't sell or use bitcoin, you're not helping with any of its adoption.
11307  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: creating real crypto community on: July 15, 2018, 08:38:51 PM
I believe that all users of this forum and the forum itself constitute the largest cryptocommunity
Yes this is the largest crypto community not only for bitcoin but for the whole as well.

The biggest, oldest and the best crypto community is right there and that will never change, remember satoshi was here  Smiley I wish also I was here
We've got a solid foundation although he's not here around anymore.  Undecided
11308  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Manny wins over Matthysse!! on: July 15, 2018, 08:23:47 PM
I didn't watched the game but I was updated through social media when all of my friends are keep posting about the update.

Pacman won by TKO. He’s now a world champion again. He should have never joined the political world and should have stayed at the boxing ring. At his age, I’m impressed by his performance. Imo, I think he should have retired a long time ago but it looks like he’s still got some energy left. Based from his previous matches, he even got slower as compared to before.
We don't know his plans yet, he has a lot of plans and he's also using his political career to help other people. I have heard that his running for presidency but there's no confirmation if that's real or not.

Kudos also to Matthysse for being a sportsman. Congrats Manny!
11309  Other / Off-topic / Re: Self-education. on: July 15, 2018, 08:11:14 PM
100%, I learnt programming from the age of 14, just starting reading with books, demo-ing out the code, and then building virtually any program/site I wanted to, even if it was just for fun.

Now I'm actually a professional developer with 9 years experience.

I think the Internet is the best tool for free knowledge, and has fundamentally changed the requirement for many careers.
For sure it was harder before when you are starting.

There are forums and other websites that you can now rely and depend to what they are teaching to know more about programming.
11310  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why there is no password recovery system for crypto related accounts ? on: July 15, 2018, 08:00:25 PM
As an example, steemit account does not have a password recovery system although they have our email address.  Undecided
I don't use steemit and maybe it's only them.

If you will include bitcoin wallets and other crypto wallets as well, there's a way to recover them without the use of emails and that is through seeds or private key.
11311  Other / Off-topic / Re: Self-education. on: July 14, 2018, 04:12:10 PM
I have read inspiring success stories and testimonies of some professionals that they have learned their professions through self study before application.

And with those shared stories that's very possible to become specialist but you have to gain experience too.
11312  Other / Archival / Re: Have you ever won a Jackpot? on: July 14, 2018, 10:34:07 AM
I have never won a Jackpot, it is my dream. However, I have won sport betting on some last match of WorldCup 2018 and earn up 5 BTC. It is a huge gain ever. Cheesy
Wow that's a great deal 5 bitcoin from world cup that's sweet.

It's not a jackpot but for most here that's already a jackpot and I've never won that amount with my entire gambling career.
11313  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to get bitcoin? on: July 14, 2018, 09:48:40 AM
Since the way of getting bitcoin has been suggested. These websites you can visit for knowing the current price of bitcoin but it varies from time to time and they aren't accurate to each other.

Preev.com
Coinmarketcap.com

You can check also each exchange's, they have their own pricing too.

You can also sell something online and establish your online shop for bitcoins.
11314  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why are some people still skeptical about climate change? on: July 14, 2018, 09:16:55 AM
"It's your own choice and this is our trip."

But you don't get to choose if facts are true or not. That's what makes them facts.
These people sadly choose not to believe these facts.

Climate change is one of the biggest problem that everyone should be aware of and I don't know if they are just ignoring this fact or they don't want to get involve thinking of a solution.
11315  Economy / Speculation / Re: TenX Co-Founder Stands Behind $60,000 Bitcoin Price Prediction on: July 14, 2018, 08:59:12 AM
I don't see how we're going to end 2018 higher than we did in 2017.
No idea but ETF might be the answer.

first of all what does this new ETF have that the previous ones like the Winklewoss ETF didn't? and why should they accept this while they continuously denied the previous ones?!
second, ETF approval will be a big hype and lead to a big rise but we are not talking about a rise back to $10k or rise to the previous ATH even. we are talking about going past that ATH and setting a new one which is 3 times bigger than the previous one! one useless ETF with its hype can not do that.
Yep the first tries last year were all a failure but they keep on trying it again, the same hype has been going all over again like last year but it's worth if it gets approved.

I don't have full hope with it but let's all say what if it gets approved? and this.

Don't underestimate the power of FOMO. When Bitcoin will start rising, people may freak out again. Remember Novermber-December 2017?
Of course, if doesn't have to be a bubble, but 60k this year clearly means that it's a bubble what he predicts.
11316  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin approval rate: I say 100 percent! on: July 14, 2018, 08:39:04 AM
Let's pump the approval rate you say? 100% with love. I wasn't hopeful for this anymore but let's be optimistic.

Right now is less than 100% , i will go 85% since bitcoin still need more improvement.
From the side of safetyness, transaction speed, and fee
We are through with these "improvements" fees were lower and speed was pretty awesome today after the spam.

11318  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: ICO created under ETH Smart Contract on: July 14, 2018, 07:54:18 AM
Most of the projects are returning the invested ETH or any coin that they prefer for their investors.

Nowadays, it's hard to find an ICO that will hit their hard cap since there are too many competitors out there that only wants to reach their own soft caps.
11319  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why are some people still skeptical about climate change? on: July 14, 2018, 06:55:03 AM
am just trying to understand why some people in society are still skeptical about climate change even though there are scientific proof.
Like the people in our streets say when they are doing something crazy.

"It's your own choice and this is our trip."
11320  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which one is the best blockchain news platform? on: July 13, 2018, 05:59:55 AM
These news websites are more of accepting paid articles and announcements so don't depend on these.

CNBC Crypto and Forbes.
