Report on compiling and installing wallet ver. 1.4.4 OS: Mint 18.1 Compiler: FCP 3.0.2 and Lazarus 1.6.4 Compiled without any change of project options and installed in existing directory /home/xxx/pascallite with existing data from wallet 1.4.2. 1. AttemptWhen run it twice showed: Access violation.
Press OK to ignore and risk data corruption. Press Cancel to kill the program. and died ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) When restarted it again warned about attempt but connected to the servers and run. 2. AttemptWhen run in the same directory but with all data deleted it once warned about attempt but then run as it should with no more problems ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Yeah you can't run two instances of the program, it will crash that way.

Updated, node restarted. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) same here - but there are still some v1.4.2 running ... ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Most of the changes between 1.4.3 and 1.4.4 were mostly with the wallet and daemon. It won't cause a network fork or anything from running the old version. 1.4.2 > 1.4.3 was more critical because if not everybody upgraded then a fork might of occured since the newer version started rejecting the timedrift cheat while the older ones allowed it.

Selling 200 000-300 000 MC for 80-70 sat
You are miner? Maybe the price 50 sats is ok,can you accept? It's really not funny. THe cost price equal 50-60 sat. And don't forget - listing at any exchange will rise the price till 500-1000 sat minimum. Kidding? For a long time,1.8 million coin ane day .If the price is 500sats means 9BTC per day. That impossible for a copy coin. Then why are you buying it then?

Xiphon, I like activities on your github. You really are working very hard. I like that you find time to work, that define the character of a man you are. Keep working. Dev like you will give success to this coin. I hope this coin get good attention from other devs and investors.
Yes we apologize for the delay. We keep finding more and more bugs. Currently over 3000 lines of code was changed just from the last version. Stay tuned for the wallet.... and exchange.

PanneKopp, did you read this reply???
yes, of course. Did you see the correction ? What do you think about default port change 4 PASL (=> 4005 + 4010) ? ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) In the upcoming release you will be able to bind to any port so you can use both wallets with different ports.

PanneKopp, did you read this reply??? When I look at the node list, I can see 2 Servers v1.4.3 and 3 with v1.4.4. Should I upgrade, and where 2 find ? ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) P.S. could someone donate me an account [9C5FA1300C6E084907F083E9A350BACF5C803E23DB846225B4F95B8AA15A2375] please ? By the way this isn't a public key its a private key. Erase your wallet file and create a new one. Don't use this one since your private key is exposed on the internet.

I think when code change DIFFICULTY ADJUSTMENT better here than orig. Difficulty behaviour very good now. no swing big, not like when many cheat, difficulty like children ride "seesaw". Good work dev. I wish i put more gpu in here when hashrate low. Electricity very expensive in my place, If i put many I will negative everyday because this no value yet.
The difficulty adjustment still needs to be fixed. Its the same as the original. Its an easy fix we just need to tighten the factor.

The only cheater in the last 30 days that I can recall is that "wetpussy" guy who was doing the timedrift cheat by setting his clock like +60 sec ahead.
However he only mined with like 1 or 2 GPUs and hardly solved any blocks. Yes there is a possibility that some other miner might of found the next block within 60 seconds that got rejected but since he seldom found blocks the cheating was kept to a minimum.
CMCMCMC never cheated he only used custom software and set his timestamp to equal the last solved blocks timestamp. However this didn't benefit him in any way.

I see the changes at github as well and think they're very positive to the coin, at least you guys seem to have found a dev who actually knows what he's doing and how a crypto works. Unlike the origin.
However with the catastrophic launch and the exploits used at this coin it's doomed already. You should consider a relaunch or a completely new launch with the fixed code. Pascal Plus or something..
Thanks for your comments. Yes I agree the launch for this coin might of not been fair. However a few days after the launch when the difficulty finally stabilized the mining was pretty fair in my opinion. The problem was that there was too many people who tried solomining with 1 or 2 GPUS against a network hashrate of 200,000MHS are the reason for most of the negative comments in this thread. That and I have reason to believe the Nvidia solo miner AND the PascalMiner 0.2 ( on RX series GPUs) were buggy from time to time when solo mining. Only the old Proxy miner was reliable. After people started demanding "relaunch" I started getting PMs from the miners who showed me proof that they had 200 GPUs pointed at this coin. They sent me photos and everything. After about 2 weeks the difficulty started to die down on this coin and you could of mined with a single GPU and been able to solve a few blocks per day. 2 weeks after that is when the software was upgraded and a network adjusted time was introduced along with a pool. So even though the launch wasn't fair the majority of the mining time after that was pretty fair.

Is true? I saw slack orig coin, many investor maybe angry dev because not listen? I also read there investor maybe abandon orig coin because that. May be good this coin, if our dev delivers what investors expect from this coin type. I dont know. Also maybe bad because investor move away completely. Good luck us. I looking at github of xiphon, many work good job, I think you very smart man, I think 100% you can deliver expectation. Smart man win always many time. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Yes xiphon is making alot of changes to the code, we keep finding bugs with our testing thats why its taking such a long time to release the new wallet. Currently over 2000 lines of code was changed in the latest version.

Exactly, we have been saying this for months but the developer of this website doesn't seem to care. Right now nobody uses any on-chain betting because its just way too slow, too easy to cheat, and too expensive.
If you really want to continue using on-chain bets then at least change to a different cryptocurrency with much lower fees and faster block times like maybe ETH.
Legit point, dogecoin is the fastest one, and quite popular, also there are many other popular altcoins, but OP seems not like them. we also like other Altcoins, of course. however , we have only chosen the bitcoin as our top priority. My guess due to the lack of developement that someone coded this website for you since you refuse to make any improvements. Most likely a developer launched it a few years ago and sold it in the dark. Because its really strange why you don't add the option of having a Bitcoin balance to make bets or why you don't add another currency which is faster and has smaller fees.
