I think its going to be time to add maybe a third currency since monero fees are way too high and the transactions are getting back logged similar to bitcoin.

My guess is maybe add DASH or ETH or LTC. Since those usually don't have these issues.
11382  Economy / Gambling / Re: SatoshiDICE.com - The World's Most Popular Bitcoin Game on: March 13, 2017, 08:16:08 AM
Any ETA on the website coming back up from the "routine database maintenance".

Thanks! Smiley

Edit: seems to be up now, shortly after posting this.

Well it must of been up for a short while because its down again. Tried clearing all my cookies, DNS cache fresh, and even tried on my mobile device. They are down. Again

Seems people stopped complaining because they gamble somewhere else now.
11383  Local / 中文 (Chinese) / Re: Fun-casino - online Bitcoin and Funcoin casino. on: March 13, 2017, 08:14:07 AM
Probably the admin asked him to do it, just like he did with me, to offset all of your bitching and whining :p

What will offset our complaining is when people get paid for their earnings. Its really not fair to open a casino, hope to attract a bunch of losers to make some money and if they attract some winners, just not pay them out.

So how are people getting paid these days? Last In First Out ?

Well its not looking good with the expired SSL cert. Anybody know when this started to occur?

Its pretty bad since the site looked promising and it only went online last September 2016.

My guess is that unlike most up and coming website they ran into capital issues, especially with the huge BTC price lately. If some whale came here and cleaned them out they might be gone.
11385  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice | Most Popular & Trusted | Huge Community | Free BTC on: March 13, 2017, 07:05:44 AM
Due to huge fees that bitcoin needs at this moment we had to raise minimum withdrawal amount to 0.004 btc and fee to 0.0003 btc.

We were covering majority of the fee needed and it cost us substantial amount of money every day.

Minimum withdrawal is 0.004 btc and fee is 0.0003 btc.

What a load of crap.

? Are you serious? That's a very generous condition. You do realize that since most medium transactions are around 300 Bytes and the average fee these days is 200 Sats/byte then the withdraw fee of 0.0003BTC is mostly made at a loss to PrimeDice, especially if they have more than 1 input.

0.004 BTC is also fair. You shouldn't be withdrawing less than 0.004 BTC anyways, because most of your withdraw goes to fees alone.

Blame Segwit not being activated. Not Primedice.

Poloniex and Kraken won't list this coin. They only list multi-million dollar ICOs.

The others mentioned are fine however. Should aim for Bittrex.

Cryptopia will list with a 0.20BTC fee. C-Cex with a 0.80BTC fee.

By the way. 2GB GPUs still work when mining ETH.

Why do these essential tools always have to be released closed source AND by a newbie account.

Minimum withdrawal is 0.004 btc and fee is 0.0003 btc.
Fiiiiinally they increase that dirt-cheap fee.

Minimum withdrawal to 0.004 btc is quite a good move to stop faucet abusers and that 0.0003btc as transaction fee is good for faster confirmation. Good move stunna.

I agree and I don't understand why some people complain. 0.0003 BTC is around $0.36 right now which is not that much. Primedice has enough users who are willing to be there because they think it's a great place to be. Those who don't like it should go to another place.
I don't mind paying 0.0003 btc fees.Smiley it's bad for faucet users as they now have to make more btc in order to withdraw, they're the one who complains i think. Roll Eyes

New Giveaway posted, go and participate! You can win a lot of BTC Tongue

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1820040
Great! thanks stunna for the giveaway. Smiley

For most transactions you need to realize that it won't be enough. When the ETF was rejected the trasaction fees went all the way up to 300 Sats/byte.  So for a normal transaction with 1 input and 2 outputs thats like 250 bytes which translates to $0.90.

And if segwit is not activated or BU then its only going to get worse and worse because people are finding out about bitcoin and its growing rapidly.

This should be posted in the scam accusations.

Also can you provide in greater detail exactly what happened?

I was a few minutes too late to buy the entire DOT/BTC at 21SAT. Someone bought a million worth right before me but I managed to get most of it at 22SAT before I ran out of BTC. Problem was the BTC transaction fee was very high with a transaction with 7 inputs. It was like $2 alone just for the BTC transaction to Cryptopia.

I'll buy the rest right before we submit our application for the listing right after we release the new wallet.

11400  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PASL]-[PASCAL Lite]-[HELP GET US LISTED ON CRYPTOPIA - PLEASE DONATE] on: March 11, 2017, 12:34:06 AM
CRYPTOPIA DONATIONS RECEIVED!!!!

Listing soon... we have to do one more wallet update which fixes critical bugs before we apply for the listing. The coding is finished and tomorrow we will be doing some testing and if all goes well we will publish a new wallet and then proceed with the listing.

Right now if you want to help out we are still looking for people to host some nodes. With the new wallet you can host nodes in any Windows environment or Linux box. With AMAZON AWS you can host 1 Windows node and 1 Linux node for free with their Free Tier program for 1 year. You just need to have a valid Amazon account with an approved phone number and credit card.

Thanks for all your patience!
