1142  Economy / Economics / Re: Enjoy comunism: Venezuela raises monthly minimum wage to $2.40 on: May 07, 2021, 11:28:49 PM
I don't think the situation in Venezuela will change for the better any time soon. The salary is a little over two dollars a month, it's ridiculous. But, of course, not for Venezuelans. For this salary, you can buy thirty eggs, that is, the salary provides one egg per day. Therefore, a significant part of the population of this country is simply starving there. Everything needs to be changed there.

It is not that bad. I am not a resident of Venezuela, so someone from there can correct me if I am wrong. Large number of Venezuelans are employed in the neighboring countries such as Colombia and they send considerable amounts as remittance (more than 5 million Venezuelans have left the country in the past few years). Also, a lot of Venezuelans do freelancing and receive their salaries in USD or other foreign currency. Even inside Venezuela, the salaries are not that low.
That only means Venezuelans need to look for other source of income just to support their daily needs, and most of them already travel far abroad just to look for a better job and get compensated enough to support for their families still living on Venezuela. I understand the hyper inflation that is happening in Venezuela, their government should create a concrete solution that benefit their citizen in long term, their Salary is way below than I expected.
1143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Cardano overthrow Ethereum? on: May 07, 2021, 10:50:41 PM
Even Cardano show a very promising bull market run this cycle, I don't think that it can overthrow ethereum knowing that ethereum is more establish that cardano and many people are much familiar with ETH than ADA.

yes, that's a very true statement in my opinion. If you think about it, it is highly unlikely that Cardano will become a competitor to Ethereum, let alone overthrow it. it would be funny if that happened
Most of the project that says as Ethereum killer are gone now, and if ADA failed to deliver maybe its his destiny as well because ETH is a strong and established project, I just can’t see the reason why it needs to be replaced. The fees issues are slowly back to normal, the fees are cheaper now and ETH just made its new ATH while ADA is still going on a sideways trend. There’s no chance for ADA to replace ETH, let’s accept this and just buy the good coins, ADA is still a good one.

Yes, if you think at the value right now of BTC, you’re already a Millionaire but since its not time for you yet, some unfortunate incidents happened. This is a lesson to be learned for everyone, and hoping that OP will come back stronger and don’t give up on your dreams, God has a plan so keep moving forward, you’ll succeed soon.

We don’t know the reason for this one and there’s a lot of possibilities why Floyd made that statement especially on hyping the match but seriously, a death threat is always a big no. He should apologies right away and start focusing on the real game, this is just a boxing and I’m sure big money will be in favor to Floyd, so there’s no need for a death threat, that’s too unprofessional.
1147  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Sinu dito naging millionaryo dahil sa mga coins mula sa bounty? on: May 06, 2021, 11:41:36 PM
I don’t have any secret sa pagpili ng mga boungy campaign, I just look at the manager and if the manager ay may magandang reputatio , I participate right away. And honestly, puro lang ako signature campaign kase masyadong matrabaho ang other social media bounties and sobrang dame ng participants. Maswerte ka if limited lang ang pwedeng sumali at maari kang kumita ng malaki.

Malayo pa ako sa pagiging milyonaryo, pero hinde ako susuko hanggang sa maachieve ko ang goal ko na ito. Smiley
1148  Economy / Gambling / Re: Very immoral marketing strategy. on: May 06, 2021, 11:23:49 PM
Money talks!

It would be always this way and as long you get paid then you would need to make the work done and not all will be having the same impression.

There would be always those people will be fascinated when it comes to huge winnings or huge bet per roll that is something that you can see on day basis.
That’s their job so be it, casinos are just doing their strategy to market their product and no one forcing us to wager on that site, that’s still our choice to make. This is not immoral as long as its legal, and if you feel its not necessary to do so, then avoid that specific gambling site or casinos, we all have different belief.
1149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you set stop loss for long term gem? on: May 06, 2021, 10:50:02 PM
I play long with Bitcoin and ETH but I don’t set any stop loss for them because I know their value, I just have a target price and if the market goes down again, I don’t need to sell I just need to increase my holdings. I just set-up stop loss on trading but since I’m holding these two great coins, I don’t see any reason to set-up the cut loss level, well this is my personal strategy for long term holding.
1150  Other / Archival / Re: Everyone is following the same strategy on: May 06, 2021, 08:35:02 AM
I don’t follow anyone’s strategy because that wont work for me, I’ve created my own trading strategy based on my own timeline so don’t ever think to follow any strategy, better to create your own and focus on that. Don’t get any pressure from anyones trading strategy, that is not good in long term.
Every strategy differs from person to person and I think telling people not to follow any strategy is not a bit of good advice. They can try other person strategies especially on the market we are having right now, If it work then it's fine. Using someone's strategy doesn't mean you need to stick with it. There are different strategies that apply to every market scenario and if you know many strategies, The confidence and the winning chance you have will rise.
That's ok to follow anyone's advice as long as you still validate that advice if it will work to you or not. You should not be limited by your own knowledge because its also good to follow someone's advice, that's why its ok to have mentor who are willing to help and guide you. Personally, I enrolled on trading lesson which the facilitator gives advice and strategies that we can follow, and it works. Everyone might not following the same strategy, but we are dealing on the same market and we are trying to wins on our trades.
1151  Economy / Economics / Re: Africa needs to fix continent, richest people are politicians on: May 05, 2021, 10:30:23 PM
Corruptions will never be stopped on that continent or on any part of the world because that’s already part of politicians, I’m so sorry for the Africans for being left behind in terms of so many things. Someone should stoop up who has a clear conscience to serve people and to help Africa to become great unfortunately, politics are still powerful and most of then rules the country for years now, and after that the other family will be placed on that position. People should find their way out of poverty, don’t depend too much on your corrupt government because they’ll not help you.

Depending on the government will not provide the things that you wanted to achieve in life. They need to elect a fresh blood but don't know what it would take for that to happen. But for the moment, if you are residing in that region, just help yourself out of poverty. Maybe in some ways, you can be of help to your countrymen like giving jobs and such. Corruption is everywhere and it is up to you how you will change your fate in life.
Electing new politicians is fine but its just a temporary solution to end corruption because on their middle term, I’m pretty sure they’ll start suspicious deals and the cycle of corruption continues. The poverty will end if you stop depending on your government and start working for your dreams, African nation should not be limited on what their government is setting for them, they have to look beyond that.
1152  Economy / Gambling / Re: everything can happen on bitvest [P2] on: May 05, 2021, 03:49:32 AM

That's a great win and I'd love playing Keno as well maybe I can try playing on Bitvest with Keno since I only play on lottery outlet in my place. That's how lotter works, you're so lucky to get that instant $5000 out of your small bet. Hope you don't get more greedy this time and spend that money well! Congratulations!
Where is $5000? He has won almost $9000 , he won 0.163 btc, try to re calculate.
You're right I thought the amount was based on left side of the screen, not familiar with Bitvest though.
Anyway, I'm about to start gambling on Bitvest now, will share my lucky bet soon because I know something good is about to happen. Thanks for inspiring me OP, I'm also a small bettor.  Cheesy
1153  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Feel Pressed Something while Gambling on: May 05, 2021, 02:21:44 AM
That image is just.. something else. Pretty sure most of us here will heed the call of nature when we can no longer hold it, even if we are in a winning position and stopping would just ruin the mood and the tempo. I'd rather lose some money in a gambling session rather than lose face and dignity because I shat my pants out of pressure. Well for this guy, what's dignity when compared to money, right? But yeah, I don't think this scenario happens very often. It's just to extreme that I don't think a lot of people will actually (unintentionally) do.
That's a lot of pressure for sure and its hard to know the real situation, it looks like he's not winning at all since he left right away. I can't hold my shit that much, I'd rather take some break from playing than to get banned on my favorite casinos just because I spread my shit on the floor. Anyway, we can't judge that guy right away and hopefully, he's still fine. If he do it intentionally, something is wrong with his mind and that's alarming.

1155  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Cryptos VS Apple on: May 04, 2021, 11:58:51 PM
This is expected as we grow over time and its good that finally, cryptocurrency is being supported by many big institutions and individuals. We can go for more heights as long as we continue the path we’re taking right now. Maybe, one day bitcoin alone will take over the top spot in terms of market cap, the future is bright for us.

Napansin ko ren ito since madalas den ako sa Shopee and I also have an seller account sa Shopee. I’m thinking the other way to have followers pero if may gantong sistema naman pala, parang ang unfair so maybe I try this one as well. Waiting na may magcomment with regards to this one.
1157  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casimero vs Rigondeaux this August 14, 2021 on: May 04, 2021, 09:31:25 PM
They both have a clean record but the only big difference I see is that, their age and the days of being inactive. Rigondeaux is almost 2 years of being in active and I see this as a big disadvantage considering his age as well. I’m not being biased here but I’m confident that Casimero will win and he’s a Pinoy pride of course, have to support him all the time.

Slapping tournament seems growing and I've watch many videos before but I'm not thinking for any betting site not until I saw this thread. This can be a great new tournament to place your bet though it seems like, the big guy will always win against his opponents, they're fighting like no mercy at all. Let's see if crypto gambling site will notice this kind of tournament, for now its hard to find gambling site to place your bet on Slapping tournament.
1160  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: May 03, 2021, 09:54:35 PM
The private betting is really useful. You're gonna get spammed with a shitton of begging requests or random Steam adds once you start winning big. Happened soooo many times before Grin
You can't find any steam account in the chats, Is impossible to find someone steam account unless you have their 64 ID but how you can find it so is really impossible ? and the plus thing you can freely change the username.

About begging, In every casino begging is prohibited on the chats most of them will get muted or banned when you are begging.
That’s why I don’t entertain any of those who beg since its prohibited and with regards to your username, yes it can be changed and fortunately, your email account is needed to log-in on your account and not the username. This is still a good update, hiding your username to the public makes you more comfortable and focus on the game to enjoy and win some.
