Price is simply not reflecting what's going on in the crypto space, it's a bear bubble.

I've noticed that "bearwhale" is now some sort of deity cult figure. Apparently he has a huge power over the markets. Reminds me of KARHU, but that one was a joke.

Repent! Cheesy

He's alive!

someone doesn't want the price to go up

We're not allowed to go up. After 9 months of going down and reaching a very low point, even now we're not allowed to go up.
This aren't people who want cheap coins. They simply try to kill the market. There is no other logical explanation for this behaviour. These guys won't stop till we reach 0. They just won't stop. So fucking tired of it.

That there still are people here who say this is normal market behaviour and there is no manipulation and there is noone trying to take us down is beyond me.
How much more obvious do you want it?

It's Karpeles who hates bitcoin like a angry little kid now and dumps his 300k coins just to harass you.

I agree that the decline in hashrate could be a good sign as producing BTC at this prices isn't profitable anymore. That means mining equip has to be shut down, which lowers supply and results in an increasing price.
Hashrate is churning 6.32 blocks per hour. That's not declining. That's normal.

'Churning' is the right term. The swings are wild. Between 180 PH and 280 PH in 20 days.

I agree that the decline in hashrate could be a good sign as producing BTC at this prices isn't profitable anymore. That means mining equip has to be shut down, which lowers supply and results in an increasing price. Why investors forget? Easy. Put them in a nine months long bear market where they lose 2/3 of the previous high with no sign of recovery. Their emotions will overrule any memory on fundamentals, basic investment strategies (buy low, sell high; never lose money, etc) and turn 90 percent of them into whiny bears. After that a new cycle is starting with a rise.

edit: typo

circle run out of coins and is now market buying?  Shocked

They've pushed the price down for months by setting up scary walls to buy in large scale.

Down another five percent. So what?

Only 5% and before that only 7 and before that only 5 and before that only 3 and before that only 10 and in total only 60.
No problem. Everything looks fine.

And smart money can't wait to get in! And Gabi. It's bullish as hell really.

Ask yourself one question: Do you belief Bitcoin will reach 1000 USD again?

If the answer is yes, hold or buy. Simple as that.

I used to be convinced of that. But imo it should already have happened. People here seem to think Bitcoin can just go down and down and then magically go up again. Yes this happened a few times times but one day it will stop. Now was the time for it to get big. To go up. Instead everybody seems to be cashing out and scaring away new people. It's doing the opposite of what it should do.
I'm not sure if we will get yet another chance. I think this was it and it failed.

If its any comfort to you i'm loosing thousands USD and being ok with one bottle of scotch a day.
