the equipment I'm working with: 3 XFX RA 570 1 ASUS RA 570 WINDOWS 10 Pro 120 gb SSD 1 8gb RAm 1 2gb Ram Celeron Processor 750 Watt EUGA power supply Net gear wifi reciever (usb) Bio-Star 189846 Tb85 motherboard
I have set the Allocate to 100% and have 60gb of virtual memory. The address is right and so is the wallet but no matter what I do when I run claymore miner U10.2, it runs for 30 seconds and crashes. It recognizes cards and pool and has all pools options set to 1. When it crashes the screen goes black and I have to restart the rig. Any thoughts? Any helps is appreciated.
Simple answer, claymore is pointing his devfee pool to nicehash and because nicehash is down, you rig is crashing. Solution is now you must use -nofee 1 to remove his fee. Your hashrate will be lower but stable. The OP says, it runs for only about 30seconds, how the heck it could go on devfee mining as it doesn't start mining at all. And yes, maybe your PSU is a little low too, I am using 6 rx 570 and my kill-a-watt says 1170W with dual mining.
This can be proven thru installing the GPU's one at a time, it sure does take time however for the sake of troubleshooting its may worth a try.

Are your GPU's modded? try to install one GPU and make it work before adding the 3 GPU's, this is to isolate possible faulty hardware or driver. from the looks of it might be a riser / drivers or power issue.

Yes, but if you are doing it for profit, its not really worth it, much better to just spend the $ on coins themselves.
Oh really, I guess you don't do GPU mining as you have no idea how profitable it is right now. Yeah, so I was asking yesterday for information about mining LiteCoin with a graphics card but then was pretty much told I'm too late to mine with that and I would need a very expensive ASIC.
Are there coins where I can still do well with just a graphics card? I haven't even bought the graphics card yet so I could choose one that is well suited for mining. I'm new to this and not that tech savvy so I would have a lot of questions and have to do more research.
which of type of GPU your are planning to build. here are some online calculators for reference to point which coin is profitable per GPU whattomine.com https://www.crypto-coinz.net/crypto-calculator/

Cryptopia was having issues this morning. It took 3+hrs for my transfer to clear.
Could you clarify if the transaction took 3 hours to confirm on nano as well or did nano say confirmed... hours for cryptopia? I've had a handful of payouts since I started mining ETN and so far everything has been really quick, today though I have a confirmed trans on nano and still not even a pending on cryptopia. I am a bit worried about the fact that cryptopia does say do not mine to it (will they see 500 ETN getting sent very periodically and start questioning it? or is that just a liability thing that they can say... well we told you not to do that if something goes wrong). As far as other posts with hashrates etc, I am slightly above whattomine estimates, my hashrate doesn't close to match (from miner to site) but I understand that the hashrate as viewed from the site is based on shares and shares are a function of variance based on the pool hashrate and overall hashrate of the coin... even a fairly big miner will see big variance here. If one wanted to, they could come up with confidence intervals for periods of time. It makes absolutely no sense that one pool rewards more than another if they are all playing fair and using the same script (and not a horrible service that misses shares, stale shares, goes down etc). A small pool WILL take longer to find a block, but come on guys, let's think about this... if 20 people share a block every hour or if 200 people share a block every 6 mins Absolutey do pay attention to down time or missed/stale shares, I have seen this change pool to pool, I would be lying if I said I fully understand the stale share thing, but I have seen less on nano than some others, haven't explored all that many though to be honest, I really like the nano interface. Electroneum in Cryptopia is under maintenance, due to Withdrawal issue, seems they are making changes on their wallet server. We just have to wait, for the meantime I guess avoid withdrawing and depositing ETN in cryptopia. https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/CoinInfo/?coin=ETNJust filter ETN

Are your GPU all Identical and same brands? I was thinking it is due to mem problem and -h issues, use -di to separate -h values to each card i also experience gpu0 with 0 hashrate after few minutes of having like 600+ hash.
gpu 0 hangs in opencl call exit
then miner will restart again. only restarting pc will make the gpu0 mine again with 600+ hashrate and will repeat same error.
what's your GPU memory? have you tried to decrease your -h value? I often encountered this and decreasing the -h value solve it.

At least they owe the responsibility and shed some little light that miners money will be paid back, if they could reimburse all of the miners earnings, I guess, they truly are serious on their comeback.

I'm not new in this but i would like to know i have 2500 euros and i want to invest in rig, i want to mine ETH. Can you tell me what to buy and how much i can expect per month? I know maybe 2500 euros (almost 3000$) is not too much but i would like to see suggestions and think to buy.
Since you have already your target coin to mine,I would suggest to read about miners that is mining ETH see below threads https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1433925.0You could read about what type of GPU of most users shared on their hashrate, also with their most encountered problems and solutions. goodluck and Happy Reading!

Hi Everyone,
Long time lurcher first time question asker. I am having a hard time getting Windows 10 to install on a thumb drive on my mining rig.
I have a TB250 Pro (updated bios), and a USB 3.0 Drive plugged in along with mouse and keyboard.
I get about 4 clicks into the windows installation where it says "Select which drive you want to install to" and it can't recognize my flash drive(s) I've tried multiples, nothing seems to work.
Anyone ever had this issue?
No Offense bro, Are you sure you want to do mining? co'z you can't get to work a simple OS installation, much more you will have to face an even more complex problem ahead. back to your prob, try to rebuild your Bootable USB OS installer, or use DVD drive, burn the installer to DISC

Wow, the network difficulty has risen massively with the last 24 hours.
That is expected, everybody wants a high profit coins, everyone is jumping in, the question is, when will it last. I would be happy if it would get at least another month for this profitability, or hope new coins will pop out

I have noticed that ms to the pool you are using is effecting the reported hashrate ALOT. Are you suggesting mobile internet? like 3g 4g etc? I would not recomend it. You also need to find yourself a pool with low MS, preferably around 10-20ms. For me with fiber 1000/1000 thats not hard in western europe. But for you in India i dont know if its possible, you have to test it out.
i am from small town using 4g jio net , no broadband here near by me is it easy to start with 4g For the first time minier, I would say Yes,that's fine, given the availability of your connections, I guess you have no choice, however If there would be a chance that you could find a broadband connection then better. The above statement refers to Latency of the pool, you have to look for a pool nearest on your location, if you're unsure you can just try them out and observe which pools have the least latency or MS.

hmmm, from the picture id say A, what is that around the B hole? Tin? Is it leading somewhere on the other side? But you specify that there is only 2 A holes, thats way to little. No you should not have to insulate the screws. Thats why im asking about the B hole.
I saw from the back; they are leading to nowhere. Those holes are isolated. It's logical, it should be 'B', 7 Screws and has grounding, typical screws for the board is insulated like this, the gold one is for chassis

Hello , I am new here from India (Maharashtra), This is my first post all the people always post here about gpu ,hashrate, config ,Helping each other ,giving suggestion But what about the internet ,i have 2 GB Plan is that good for mining or i will need unlimited plan. want to know so i can get the right answer Mining doesn't need a highspeed internet bandwidth, even with a 2MBPS speed would definitely enough for mining purpose, what matters most is the reliability and continuous connectivity of your internet, the downside of the capped 2GB plan is that you could possibly Consumed this so easily for other purposes when shared, watching HD videos on youtube and Facebook. better go with unlimited plans.

Hello!
I haave 10 Rigs of pandaminer and currently My Pool is "F2pool" I think the fees there is very high
Do you have a better suggestion for a pool? ( I understand that the the bigger the pool the better..) maybe I am wrong
can you suggest me pool for eth and etc?
Thank you guys!
For DaggerHashimoto Algo like Ethereum and Ethereum Classic I prefer Ethermine, Dwarfpool and Nanopool. Configurations are already posted at their help/support/FAQ page.

So most people are constantly switching around?
What's the point on sticking to a coin that is not already profitable if you don't switch, if the word 'Constant' to you is a frequencies, that is up to you. I mean, I'm making couple bucks a day at best. if I'm always switching, it makes it pretty hard to build a pool of anything. lol
Someone needs to make an auto switching miner... Like nicehash, but direct mining.
there are certain app for mining softwares like winminer that offers auto coins switching if you want to.

Hey everyone, I'm curious the discrepency I'm having on coinwarz vs whattomine... I entered my h/s for lyra2rev2 and equihash... one says I need to be mining Bitcoin Gold and the other says to mine vertcoin... same rates entered. looks like different exchanges, but still... any idea how I can pick what to mine? ps. I'll be using 1x GTX 970 I started off with nanopool's zcash, but then realized I could make slightly more if I go VTC or BTG... https://s17.postimg.org/scw6ep79r/coinwarz.png <---- Coinwarz screenshot https://s17.postimg.org/97sx4y0bj/whattomine.png <---- whattomine screenshot those are just for your references, it may vary from time to time, you can try on both coins which could be more profitable to you then decide, its pointless anyway for sticking on a single coin to mine and those online calculators are a great tool to give you an idea which is a hot coin at present.

Something is really wrong with this pool, getting much less coins comparing to space pool. Space pool got me around 15 ETN and hour on average, nano gets around 0.7, this is redicilous.
areyou sure ? , i see alot of miners there i dont think they would stay if payouts were that low bro I also noticed this, I received more ETN coins in a few hours to other pools compared to Nanopool, I am not sure if its only due to a delay of postings, will keep monitoring this, If I still don't get the coins I wanted in 24hrs, time to switch pools

Your -h exceeded on each corresponding GPU, check your GPU hashing capabilities or use -h 0 for auto selection, don't use -dmem 1 as it doubles the GPU memory consumed and your card might not handle it properly.

I have unplugged all and run the video from the onboard dvi on the mb. It will operate properly when all gpus are unplugged It is running straight from ethos on an ssd (no windows installed)
Have you tried Plugging the single GPU on PCIx16 slot? have any results? I have a feeling its a riser issue, but might be wrong

I have 35 share but i cant see my stats. It is saying
Account not found Remember: to add your account to the database you should find at least one share
it takes time to load up the information, wait at least 15-30mins, I'd tried the pool seems it is not a realtime with delays, the pool luck is high compared to others.

Hi everybody. Got problem:
6 GPU RIG - XMR: - 5 RX470*4Gb MSI - 5*680 Mh - 1 RX470*8Gb Sapphire - 340 Mh
Why my Sapphire RX470 8G gives just 340 Mh???
basically 4GB ones has different mem usage compared to 8GB's Use -di options, Identify the 8GB RX470 gpu and use -h for each GPU's detected
