1141  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight title on: July 12, 2023, 10:16:25 PM
^^ Yes, saw this posts, not sure if the words comes directly from Donaire's mouth, but in any case, yes, I think I would say that 90% of the current 118 lbs, Donaire can beat them, not name Naoya Inoue.

So just a couple more days, between the two, and hopefully we will see some hype in the media as well as this is very important fight because WBC will have a new bantamweight champion in the process.

Yeah, I am pretty sure Donaire is aware of the current situation. The power of Donaire is just too much in this division. Since becoming a champion after that huge KO upset over Vic Darchinyan, there were only 2 fighters in this division and below that were able to survive Donaire's power punches, long-time champion Omar Narvaez who went turtle defense throughout the whole fight and Rafael Concepcion who came in 2 division overweight.

A few more days left and we will see if Donaire who's turning 41 this year will be able to break his own previous record as the oldest champion in this division's history. Santiago is not a KO artist so he is expected to move and box. Santiago only suffered a single knockdown in his whole career once which means his chin is tough and it will be put to another huge test this weekend. And we will also see if Donaire won't tire out in the late rounds if he cannot catch Santiago in the first 7 rounds.

That's good trivia mate, his losses after that Rigo fight were above the bantamweight division (except Inoue fight) but in this division, Donaire is just too much for his opponent so there is a great possibility that he would break his own record as the oldest to become a world champion in this division.

One thing that I found interesting is that as the fight day approaches, the odds for Donaire to win also increase, it was at @1.58 the other day and now it is pegged at 1.62, maybe it would reach @1.70 on fight day.

So someone is throwing money on the Santiago? maybe there are really boxing fans who think that there are value on Santiago or they think that Donaire is too old right now to win and become another world champion.

Not surprise, but we will have to see what Santiago can bring in the table. Donaire is already battle tested, we have seen his up and down as a bantamweight, and will be coming from a huge knockout lost to Inoue. But still though, he is already a legend like Manny Pacquiao and so he has a good chance to break or established a new record as the oldest bantamweight in history.

That is expected because if Donaire got his own fan base to support him, we can also say that Santiago got his own too mainly in Tijuana, Mexico where he came from and we know how vast that country is especially the boxing supporters and if most of them will bet in favor of their homeboy, it will be safe to assume that it will be a reason why the line will change and by the way, that is going to be in favor of us because that will mean that Donaire's line will increase as well.

What I think expected there is many think that the prime of Donaire is already done that's why many place their bet to Alejandro since they speculate this fighter to win or have an advantage to their fight knowing that he win on his last bout compare to Donaire where he lost and been dominated by his opponent.

Let's see if line would change since provably their will be a shift of belief especially when the fight night nearly comes.
1142  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: risk nothing, you're risking more on: July 12, 2023, 01:16:23 PM
Those who have the power to hold, will not only just hold it but would have also bought it in phases whenever it crashed down. They're smarter than the ones who just hold alone and do nothing. Because the risk you take from the downside is worth the investment because you not just try to earn more through your profits but if you wish to take out your money early with less or no profits from the positions taken from its high, then you can go for breakeven and I guess many had the chance to do that. However, welcome to the forum. I hope we will all be very useful to you in terms of providing the kind of help you need and we expect that you too become one of the greatest contributors of this forum. Wink

And those people who can afford to do that are those rich people since small time traders cannot afford to buy in every possible good position they can take. But for small traders they only really on current prices and trade it since they cannot afford to let their money slept since if there's no activity done they cannot earn good cash at his end.

To many things we can learn from here so lets focus and ignore those negative impression that cannot really help us.
1143  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How I waste bitcoin on: July 12, 2023, 11:31:54 AM
Early 2011 most friends of mine are into cryptosystem and I barely know what it is about, I only hear the name bitcoin and one day a friend of mine said, I should provide N100k to buy bitcoin and I was like what if my money lost and he gave me assurance; no lost as long your wallet is intact and after much pressure I gave him the money, open a wallet for me and hand over everything but I was care free not minding that's a great investment then, one day I lost my device and that's how I lost the seed phase and the wallet. Am imagining if I could have recover my wallet today, I will be a big boy with fat wallet. Do you think another person have access to it?

I guess there's nothing to recover back since as you said you trust your friend to create your own wallet so maybe try to check first the wallet used if the balance still intact inside since if not then maybe your friend take your money and might you cannot recover unless your friend will give a refund.

Huge mistake that you let your friend do that so next time learn to create your own wallet and never tell anyone that you have money stored their.
1144  Economy / Gambling / Re: 😺 RollCat.io 🚀 Provably Fair 🔒 Crazy Multipliers 🎰 Free Hourly Coins 💰 on: July 11, 2023, 03:34:08 PM
I had a look at the site aswell. The lack of support is conerning and so is the lack of communication.
Its a very bare bones site but that is not necessarily a bad thing, these big "all games in one" casinos arent always that good either. The faucet is pretty good aswell, good for testing the site out Smiley.

The casino is definitely a new and small casino so i expect to see lapses in the course of using it. The representative here barely responds to pertinent questions as it bothers users of the casino and also I do not think they hid to advise so as to taking and making corrections for possible ease while using the casino. Up till now, the the representative is yet to get a copper membership account so they could be able to make proper upload of the casino graphics and other important aspect of the casino. If they could pay deaf ears refusing to hid to advise,i don't think they would have a good communication relationship with their clients which we already see people complaining of their customer care here and lapses in withdrawal.

Issue about that delay is bit disappointing even if this is small amount of money. They should at least put a person that can handle their thread since this is common thing what people ask. If they cannot solve a small issue how about the bigger ones? For sure many dislike this to happen and they are showing that their support is not active so I guess much better if they address this so that they can gain good trust score from people.
1145  Economy / Exchanges / Re: OKX enforcing KYC. on: July 11, 2023, 01:08:51 PM
Well known exchange has been subjected to this kind of implementation and I believe that this Kyc thing may became a natural requirements on each exchange we are going thru. So I guess there's nothing we can do with this if we want to continue to use their platform since we can't do anything with it but to comply. Recently kucoin also implement a Kyc feature so having it on Okx is also not surprising to see.
1146  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How real? That football players required to bribe before they are allowed to play on: July 11, 2023, 11:29:59 AM
I don't really know how this system  works but the truth is that the statement  from my mppabes father seems true and I've always know some parts of Africa to always prioritize bribing in almost everything  they do even to their educational sector hence this isn't no news to me because I'm not actually shocked if they must have asked  his father to pay for letting him play and i guess he wasn't know as at then and that's one of the things tbatvhave milled alot of great potentials as they might not have the required money and finance to sponsor  their talents.

Don't about such cases exist but if this activities really happen on your country then there's should be a player expose this so that this illegal actions may stop. Its easy to make this case viral and for sure those people involve on such corruptions will get fired if there top management know about their illegalities done to their team. To bad for players who can't pay their bribe because they can't play and show their full potential because of actions made by those corrupt people.
1147  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which will be best non-KYC exchanger after Ku-coin? on: July 09, 2023, 02:23:52 PM
As we all users of kucoin have knows the news of Ku-coin putting the KYC verifications mandatory for all users on 15 july 2023.
Ku coin was one of my favourite reliable exchanger specially for the non kyc system. But now they are also putting kyc mandatory ,
So I need some suggestions Which can be a reliable non kyc exchanger like kucoin?
No I wasn't aware of that, well it's sad because it was of the last large exchanges not requiring KYC. Now since OKX doesn't accept people from my country, only Huobi remains. It's not a bad exchange but I'm afraid it will ask KYC soon as well. Only smaller exchanges like Poloniex or Yobit would remain if it happens

After what happen to Kucoin where they have been implementing a mandatory KYC then there's a high chance thay Huobi will follow on this since they might encounter a legal issues if they still allowed non Kyc to use their platform. But since this implementation is already happening maybe newbie should normalize this Kyc thing and treat it as normal require to submit so that we wil comply on the requirements they ask.
1148  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: July 09, 2023, 11:08:00 AM
It is better to keep talking about KYC mate so other new comers may learn about it and never be lazy checking the TOS and also not to blame the site once they have been asked about their documents and details.
also that would be a great help not only for the site but also for all players and incoming gamblers.

It would strech the topic too long as we have so many pages of conversation about this KYC implementation by Roobet so if we carry the same discussion without adding something informative to it it's no fun at all.The newcomers who registered over the site should be responsible to check on site information rather then looking it here.
Yes because almost all casino threads always discuss about KYC even though it is something that is not complicated, if they feel KYC is very annoying they should look for unlicensed casinos or some kind of KYC free decentralized casinos, most of the people discuss KYC because they are worried about their identity in misused, for example because casinos are hacked and their identities are traded by hackers but in the end KYC has become casino regulations that must be obeyed.

Honestly it's obviously very boring discussing KYC in every casino thread although it's also good to remind newbies in this forum to read TOS before gambling in licensed casinos and set rules about KYC. lest they complain again about KYC which has become a casino regulation.

@piebeyb I initially thought that the KYC discussion would die a slow death but I was horribly wrong because users are yet discussing it and I don’t think they’ll ever stop discussing it. Furthermore now we have two simple options 1) keep on repeating the same stuff about Roobet KYC or 2) move on and post about one’s Roobet activities whichever is helpful for this ANN should be adopted in my personal opinion.

KYC discussion will not stop until there are people still inquiring regarding this matter and its normal to talk about it since many people are still skeptical to provide those requirements eventhough a casino like Roobet is one of reputable casino in this forum.

I don't find anything wrong about it since as long as the discussion can help other Roobet user then provably all of it still fine.
1149  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What was your biggest fear with starting in crypto? on: July 08, 2023, 11:32:41 PM
Genuinely want to know what prevents your friends/gf/ colleagues from investing? Did you have any barriers when you first started?
I had a bumpy start to crypto. Looking around on the internet on how to make money, I got introduced to a ponzi scheme that didn't go well. I bought bitcoin and invested in it and it turns out it was a scam. As a result of that experience I distanced myself from Bitcoin because I thought Bitcoin was a scam too. I was afraid of been scammed the second time and it took me some time to overcome it. Some years later, Bitcoin came up through a discussion with a friend. So I decided to source for more information about it and then I got to know that it was just a medium through which I was scammed and that bitcoin is actually real.

Ponzi schemes is everywhere on crypto so expect that this is the first thing introduce if you learn crypto outside of this forum. To many scammers wandering on social media sites promoting their scams there and luckily we have bitcointalk which we can hear a lot of feedback and many people here are filtering scams and pointing out those possible best investment to take.

Common thing what people fear about crypto is the scams happening and people need to be aware about it.
1150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | July 25 on: July 08, 2023, 01:17:07 PM

Nevertheless, Fulton is a very different bread of champion, I mean he held 2 belts already and defeated a great challenger in Brandon Figueroa. So it will be a big test for him to travel to Japan and challenge their home town hero in Inoue. So expecting to be a great fight between this two great champion.

We know that, but how come he is still the underdog despite his achievements? Perhaps people don't see him as an impressive fighter or at the same level as Inoue. Despite Inoue being the challenger, he remains the heavy favorite to win the fight. If we base it on their records, maybe Fulton is truly competitive. However, once they are in the ring, things can be different.

Maybe the second one they think that he's not the same level with Inoue but he can cope up with this and just show his capabilities to Inoue. For now we see that Inoue is crowd favorite so maybe its good time to show to many boxing fans in the world that he is more stronger than him and can knock off this most hype fighter in this era. If Fulton can defeat Inoue in this match well this a huge boost to his career.
1151  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin experience a more price increase during the halving? on: July 08, 2023, 11:56:47 AM
You cannot say it is since there might be some changes especially when government officials bothered up some certain move up and they want to interfere any activities happening on big platforms since this could increase the fear of people and might they stop accumulating when this incident happen. But if there's no issue will occur then expect that great things will come since we already see it for the past halving events.
1152  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ BITCASINO - Elevate Your Gameplay 💎 #1 VIP Crypto Casino ✈️ on: July 07, 2023, 02:13:45 PM
Guys, on Friday Bitcasino is giving away free spins worth 20 USDT for the first 50 people who claim it.
Who knows, you might get lucky in this free spin.  Cheesy

Bitcasino is now giving away the free spin code every bi-weekly during Friday compared to their previous free spin drop which is every Friday. I claim 25$ on free spin but I'm not lucky today because I lose it all on blackjack with 5 lose streak.  Sad

Anyway, I'm amazed on Bitcasino for keeping up this giveaway available to all user on telegram that KYC verified without any requirements while other casino only give this kind of promotion on newly registered member.

Yes this is one of the best promotion held by bitcasino since they always make friday more exciting by this promotions they held on this said day.

So for other not to miss any promotions they announce much better if they enter on their telegram channel which is here  t.me/bitcasino_official then pinned this channel so that they can easily see if there's new announcement posted by Daria.
Anyways better luck next time since maybe when you get your next free spin you will be lucky at that time.
1153  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The relationship between educational qualification and quality of post. on: July 07, 2023, 12:35:26 PM
Do you think the level of academic qualifications and life experience that a member of forum has, has a direct influence on the quality of post that  he/she makes here on this forum?
Do you feel users who are known to be quality posters in various boards are individuals with high educational qualifications and vast experience.

Not really, since it will all matter on their experience on cryptocurrency since not all educated person who know crypto can contribute very well in this forum in terms of posting. There are college drop outs out there can share anything they learn thru the research they do so I guess educational attainment is not so important for staying relevant on every post they made in this forum.
If a person is self educated in cryptocurrency, their posts will be top notch regardless of their writing style, grammar etc. Readers respect the knowledge found in a piece of work over the grammatical errors that follows it. A good number of forum members think the best writer make quality contents in the forum, while so others may value the information shared in the content. A person with a PHD in English, who is not vast in cryptocurrency won't make any quality content in this forum, until he dedicates time to study bitcoin. Despite his writing skills and experience, he may not be able to contribute in the terms acceptable in the community. The education qualification should be centered on cryptocurrency, then it'll be a good attribute to quality posts.

This is the reason why we cannot discriminate people which didn't finish their college since overall with this it will all matter on the passion of people. If they are so interested with cryptocurrency for sure they are the one who can contribute more even if they didn't finish college than those people who just came in because they think its easy for them to learn it since they are college graduate and smart enough to know everything about crypto in short period of time.

1155  Economy / Gambling / Re: What other gambling sites offers free bitcoins like freebitco on: July 06, 2023, 03:15:32 PM
I came across an ad on Google concerning a faucet that talks about earning free bitcoin every hour when you click on a free spin wheel, at first I had doubts concerning it but then i was forced to make research about it then I discovered it was legit, I clicked on the link from the ad and registered on freebitco and  I was given 0.0000007 btc when I spinned a wheel, then at the home page of the site they offered me a chance to wager and multiply my reward whereby I  had to gamble  my earnings by predicting against other users on specific games to double my rewards of which I won, what amazes me about this site is the cool referral reward that it offers and was also offered 1 free lottery ticket and 1 reward points for every free btc roll my referrals play, I've had a lovely experience on freebitco so far and I'll love to know if there are other faucets or gambling sites that offers free BTC.

Note: that this post wasn't created with regards to making an income from the above stated faucet, my aim of joining the faucet wasn't to earn a living through btc rewards because I'm fully aware they offer few bits of satoshi's but rather for fun and to while away time during my leisure, so let's be guided.

You can join on Utopia's free raffle campaign where you can participate and earn if you are lucky for free kindly check this link https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5458420.0 to know the instruction on how you can participate with them.
Also try to check always on games and rounds since there are times that several casinos or other forum users will do a contest or giveaways there so get updated on new post to know and don't miss any if there's new one created.
1156  Economy / Economics / Re: What will you do when you have Financial Freedom? on: July 06, 2023, 12:47:47 PM
sometimes the child's wishes are different from the parents' wishes, and of course we cannot force the child's will. because many parents advise their children to continue the business that their parents have developed. as long as the child enjoys doing his hobby, the parents just have to direct him not to get off the path he has chosen, so that by doing what he likes, the child will be more enthusiastic about developing and does not have to be in accordance with the wishes of the parents
What you say is really wise, because I think a child must also be self-aware that to be a successful person it is always difficult and not easy so the direction of his own parents is of course to achieve success in himself by trying to be more independent when he has continued the efforts of her parents. So a child must be able to consider this wisely rather than prioritizing a hobby that he likes, even though a hobby can also generate a lot of money as long as it is done consistently and not just for fun.

Maybe try to see it first on what your child like to achieve when he grow up since if we push those things that we only like and they don't have any interest about it then provably all of it will became to a mess. Just guide them on the path they want to take since for sure they will be more inspired to became a successful person in future. Right now people becoming more independent so its good that we give freedom to chose on what they like since in future this could give them financial stability.
1157  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A portion of my clothing store's weekly profit is invested in Bitcoin on: July 06, 2023, 10:48:31 AM
I have a small cloth shop. Currently everything in my own country is very expensive, so we are facing many problems in our life. The shop I have used to sell well. But now due to the increase in price, there are not as many customers or sales as before. Again. On top of that I have to pay rent for the shop which has become a bit difficult for me. After entering this platform I got to know Bitcoin. Then after browsing many places I realized that I can earn money by investing in Bitcoin. So I want to invest in Bitcoin. So I have my weekly I decided to invest in bitcoin from a profit share. I think I made the right decision. I hope that I can use my bitcoin profit for other purposes. Hope you guys can help me with good advice.

Maybe you need to be more strategize upon running your business and since many people dealing on social media right now why not go there and reach more people then introduce your business? Provably with that it can help you increase your sales.

Also good choice to be on bitcoin as alternative but make sure to have proper knowledge since eventhough we are in bit stable or sometimes it ups. There are still chances that price may fall so prepare on this incident so that you will not lose your money.
1158  Economy / Gambling / Re: betzus.com - Crypto+Fiat Online Casino,Sportsbook,Slots,Games*GIVEAWAY DISCORD* on: July 05, 2023, 10:56:52 PM
Keep the thread active and stay tuned for more news !  Shocked
Without any doubt, Betzus team has hired people to shill for their casino in the forum. Their posting quality isn't standard. They are making posts in other casinos ANN thread and asking people to join your casino. Those users are also shilling for Betzus in some random topics. You have to take steps to stop the shilling service. It won't help Betzus casino to gain reputation in the forum. I will leave a neutral feedback on your profile if these users continue to do the same.

Don't try to keep the thread active through the shiller. Here are the newbie users who is shilling for your casino: punisherf1310, illmatic010101, CastanoLePa, PrinceGergo.

They want people to think that there are so many people participating on the giveaways they held but their mistake is they use newbie accounts which is so obvious that all of it are fake accounts. This make them shady so I bet if there's experience user will grab this since by availing shilling service it drive people out to their platform because it made them untrusted.

Now Read This Very Carefully and repeat it in your mind, everytime you will take a breath: betzus is going to takeover the gambling industry!

They should show it base on result and not just on hyping words since many says they can take over gambling industry or anything but they failed.
1159  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you been threaten to stop gambling on: July 05, 2023, 12:29:36 PM
It's unfortunate to hear about your friend's situation with his wife discovering his gambling habits. Sometimes, such revelations can lead to difficult conversations and tough decisions in relationships.
the most important thing in any relationship (whether it's family, friendship, and partner) is openness and honesty with each other, but a husband and wife must be very open because such a relationship is very intimate.  the habit of gambling is not bad as long as it doesn't make it difficult for one another because having a family is not easy, don't just because of the gambling habit you have, the family that was previously intact has fallen apart.  keep watching and discussing everything with your partner when the gambling activity he has started to interfere with social life in the household.

But there are people doesn't like to disclose their gambling habits because they are afraid about what his close relatives or even his wife will say about them. This is where the problem start and people should be aware in this since whatever things they keep secret to anyone it creates negative impact on long end. So much better they would declare while its so early on what activity they are participating so that they will not came to the point that this could ignite anger or even quarrel on their homes.
1160  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is buying merit parmited on: July 05, 2023, 11:22:04 AM
Honestly am new here and with my little time that i have spent in this forum i have observed, and i wanna ask the forum mate if that is posible because i saw it happening amonge the forum mate and the person that invade this platform for me,people in this forum who are connected in one way or the other are trading on their sendable merit not only the their sndable merit but orher way of trading on merit is going on in this forum,so my question is,is it good and permitted to do such on the forum,
Merits are given freely and to encourage its distribution or for there to be enough to go round, discourage its sales and encourage quality posting, some prominent and active users were made merit sources and depending on its need as it appeals to Theymos, the number of merit sources are increased based on credible applications. This rearly happens though.
We even have merit regarding threads created by some users and merit sources to ensure people gets appreciated for there efforts and so, trading shouldn't be the case.

Hence, if you gind yourself in the position of having the need to buy merits, your apparently not doing well in your posting and hence the need to improve.

It's good that you have noted this but, you've stated your case wholly and didn't go into the various means by which you observed this to have been done nor put out your findings. You could as well be opening the eyes of users on the forum as well as discouraging the practice through your findings.

It's a frowned at act, merit trading!

There are some users cannot extend their patience to earn this and they want to fasten up the process to rank up because they like to join on signature campaign as fast as they can. They didn't realize the risk to lose some money since as we all know thus is heavily been discourage and not advisable to be done by anyone. New users could just research for helpful topics and contribute it here and with that they can earn merits from other user who think they brought up some good information in this community.
