There is a distinct difference between the two types of money and for those who cares about their freedom should embrace the decentralize financial system than the centralize system. With Bitcoin, you are in control, have the authority needed for your accounts and authorization immediate.

Well, that's what this crisis does. It makes us resourceful so that we can live and survive until this pandemic comes to an end. However, as jobs are slowly getting back to normal but the curve is not flattening, it's still risky to go out. But it's a sacrifice people has to make for their family. We're halfway through 2020 and there's still no vaccine available, so it's not impossible that the pandemic will persist till the end of the year. Our President, PRRD, even said on a briefing that the vaccine might be available at the first quarter of 2021. Each and everyone of us should really help each other out so we can get through this. Those with the capacity to help shall help and keep ourselves healthy to fight this virus. That would really take long and I don't know if the people could survive that. There are those places that are safe but there are a lot of them that are prone to the virus especially those close to the capital of the country. Right now the Visayas is the focus of the MGs since most of the cases are from there because of the "Balik-Probinsya Program" which is good for those people stranded but worst for those people that should be safe from the virus. You got to start from somewhere, earning and saving in satoshis is a good start in my opinion, and it's an investment too, when you save in crypto. Later you can diversify and exchange earned bitcoins for some other coins or tokens, but that is individual decision, people are free to do with crypto what ever people like, it's the beauty of the crypto, be your own bank and do what you want with your money without restrictions. Who have wish to learn and to develop skills will be able to earn in long run and to earn more, who is lazy will get stuck at some point, and that's fine too, each of us have some unique point of view and personality, so we need to respect sharks that wish to grow and earn more, and lazy people wh are satisfied with low earnings for some simple jobs. Agree to that, there are more casinos where girls are more decent wearing uniforms, though they are attractive and really eye catching first impressions but they are decent and working without any interference with anyone inside the house. We can't just rely on the government here, people will be able to help and since most of the people here are skilled with how to earn money, they are using the internet now to earn. In situations of economic crash, it is smart to adapt and switch to means that will provide easy ways of patronizing other services and items without having to spend much money. It is not always a matter of waiting on the governments to bring solutions. There are many online jobs available for those who permanently or temporarily lost their jobs during corona virus outbreak.There are also other means of selling and buying using cryptocurrency and other forms of digital money or even barter trading with neighbours (this must be done with precautions because of COVID-19)

I don't think that grocery markets accepting Bitcoin will be so popular in the future. It's a cool startup idea and can improve crypto adoption, but it isn't very convenient for retailers.
I don't think at that time we are still talking about the cryptocurrency adoption. If we will be at that time, then that means the demand of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency is so high that people are actually using it and the price might be so high. It is not a choice or an option for merchants and stores to accept it, they will automatically consider it since people are already using it. It is convenient for those people but right now, they can't just get ahold of the volatility of it. |
