Mavericks have always been underrated especially since the Warriors have a huge fandom and they've been loyal for years.
That would not change, unless they'll beat the Warriors on both game 1 and 2. Even if Mavericks will win the series, they will still be the underdog in the NBA Finals because they are not really expected to go this far. Poole still has a lot to prove but honestly, he has shown great performances this season. It's just that he still has to put up a good name to reach tenures' achievements.

So let's see if Tucker can make it back to back with different teams, this will be a good accomplishment, but they have to go first with Celtics and then on the other brackets winner. I will go with the under on this first game, 203.5 at 1.93. It would not be so easy for them like in the 2nd round because Celtics are a complete different team that they beat before. In fact, Celtics now are the favorite to win the series, so I wouldn't be surprise if they'll steal game 1 in this series. Heat has to win the first 2 games if they want to have a good chance of winning the series. Heat surely have a plan against Tatum, they'll find a way to slow him down but at the same time, I'm worried about Butler because it seemed like no one could defend him from the Celtics roster. They have to, but they have to understand that Celtics are the favorite to win this series for a reason. Everyone has to show up, not only Butler because in the 2nd round, I see some players who are not really consistent except Butler. We don't want to see the Heat like the Bucks team. |

Another heart breaking loss for Phoenix and the repeat of last year result, the top team are out and now Dallas will move to the finals against the Warriors. Phoenix have an early lead on this series, its just that Doncic has been unstoppable and the Suns can't handle it. Too bad for CP3, he lose the chance again to at least fight for the championship well if he can still play, maybe next conference he can have the chance.
Doncic and a great help from Dinwiddie lead the Mavs and played their tails of from the start to the finish. This made them dominate the ring the whole game and that Suns have totally lost their chance to advance to Western Conference Finals. Well, this defeat must be very embarassing on the part of the star players of Suns but everything happens unexpectedly, as the used to be underdog is now close to its championship. Not so easy, they have to get pass the Warriors first, if they'll beat the Warriors, I think they have a decent chance to win a championship. Again, they are still an underdog in the series, so if you are thinking of betting on them, you'll surely enjoy the 3.00 odds. Warriors now are the favorite to win the NBA Finals. Bucks and Suns are already done, they were next to the Warriors in ranking, and Dallas is a huge surprise, so let's see if they can surprise us again in this series. The good thing now is that Warriors have the home court advantage because they are ahead of the ranking, so it's good for them. As long as they win the 1st 2 games, I would already be confident that they'll win the series. |

Here is the updated odds after GSW won the series.  I am more tempted to bet on Miami and Boston. Maybe just wait for the game 7 result, it's still not sure that Boston will advance in the ECF. I will go with the 76ers here even at ML, their back is against the wall, but they have been performing good at this homecourt so I think they can still win one and force a decider against the top seed.
Some players have been stepping up, likes of Green and Maxey and Harris , while the Heat is struggling and it was only Butler who are consistent in this series. Lowry look not 100% still, and Herro and Robinson is not shooting the ball very well in their last 2 game.
Yeah im going aswell with 76ers they have a really good chance at home to win against Miami Heat. But Heat are still looking really good,but i think we will see the first series with a 7 matches and a deciding one. Huge advantage still for 76ers is that they are playing at home That has been the advantage of either team in the series, they dominate when playing on their home court and I expect the 76ers will bounce back after a bad loss in game 5. I like how Philly won't go down easy in this fight but I also do believe that this might be the only game they could win in this series with Heat.
Heat is on another level right now with everyone playing on high pace and high quality basketball so it's really difficult for me to see them losing another game or the series. Nope, I disagree with that, as long as they have Embiid, 76ers will have a good fight. Heat cannot attack the paint anymore like they usually did in the first two games because Embiid is a big guy who can play the defense as well, and not only that, he spaced the floor very well since he is a threat inside and out. I'm thinking, if 76ers won even if Embiid was not playing very well in game 3, how much more if Embiid will improve in game 4. I really believe that the series will be even going back to the Heat homecourt. |

With how the Boston Celtics team has been playing lately and how good their defence is they are the big favorites in this match. Antetokumpo will need to play a really really good series if they want to knockout Boston in this series. It will be a nice duel between Tatum and Antetokumpo. I think Antetokumpo would win the competition as Tatum has not proven himself yet. When the series is close, the Bucks has the upper hand to win it all. if you guys remember last season. Bucks are good at bouncing back, in the Eastern 2nd round, they are down 0-2 in the series but they bounce back and beat the Nets in 7. And, in the Finals, they are also down 0-2 against the Suns but win the last 4 games. This bucks team even without Middleton is still a team to beat. |
