Copy/pasting.  Took me like 3 seconds to find 2 examples.
11442  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop compulsive chart checking? on: August 25, 2017, 03:51:25 AM
So why stop if you're having so much fun and it's not harmful?   Seriously, you could be doing a lot of worse things.

I tend to do this as well, not only with bitcoin but with stocks too.  Gives me something to do, and both things are hobbies of mine.  It's not hurting anyone and it doesn't consume me like an addiction.   It ain't broke so I'm not trying to fix it.
11443  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I WAS SCAMMED BY A LEGENDARY MEMBER (glen123) on: August 25, 2017, 03:07:59 AM
This my motherfucker scammed me $37.00 of PayPal I have reported it to PayPal
I don't doubt you,  but you should fill out a scam accusation report for the community's sake, with all the proof you have.

And you definitely should leave him negative trust, which I see you have not yet done.
11444  Economy / Economics / Re: Venezuelans are adopting Bitcoin on: August 25, 2017, 02:58:20 AM
the inflation in Venezuela is so huge that at the begining of the year 1 Bolivar cost about 33.33 satoshis, right now 24/08/2017 1 Bolivar cost about 1.56 satoshis i think this year 1 satoshi in gonna be more expensive than 1 Bolivar.
It'll be worth less than one dogetoshi at that rate,  lol.  They need to adopt some other currency but I'm not sure bitcoin is stable enough to serve their needs.   They'd be better off using the USD, which probably wouldn't be hard for them to get, or the peso.  I'm all for btc but realistically it's too volatile to be useful right now.
11445  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: needcashoutbtc - SCAM FOR 0.01 BTC (proof inside.) on: August 24, 2017, 10:07:01 AM
Sorry you got scammed.  This is one reason why I don't deal with anyone below full member though that doesn't stop them from shitposting with offers.  Just not enough of a track record.

As an aside,  in what country do men call each other "dear".  I find that extremely offensive.

Tx ID: b46283b97ac7811980f8cc2c98fc64f2b10c199eeb4dd0bca0bfb5574b4178c6

I definitely didn't add enough of a fee.  I'll try this service and would be extremely grateful of it got accelerated.   Thanks.

Edit:  Just got a confirmation,  thanks!

Edit again: You asked me via PM to "rate" you on your trust page, but I'm not leaving positive trust, because you didn't risk anything.  I do appreciate the help and I'll leave a neutral trust.
11447  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [H] 0.04 btc [N] $166 PP on: August 24, 2017, 09:08:17 AM
I'm going to pass on the above 2 members' offers, but thank you.   You don't seem like scammers but I'm looking for someone with more trust with PayPal deals.

Edit: Got all the selling done that I needed to do,  so I'm locking this up.
11448  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [H] 0.04 btc [N] $166 PP on: August 24, 2017, 06:48:25 AM

11449  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is instant way to get rich ? on: August 24, 2017, 02:03:06 AM
I think that is not true. The concept of being rich in bitcoin depend in many factors. In my experience, I joined here 3 weeks ago and still not earning anything. So it means that time, experience and knowledge is really valued here.
OMG 3 weeks and you haven't earned anything!!!

You don't care about bitcoin or this forum, just like most noobs here.  You just want the easiest job ever, posting online.

Really wish SMAS was more on the ball.  These people need to get real jobs and stop thinking bitcoin is a get rich quick scheme.
11450  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [H] 0.04 btc [N] $166 PP on: August 24, 2017, 01:18:07 AM
i can do 50  dollars of it but only through a escrow
Escrow isn't going to help me if you decide to do a chargeback.  I'll pass, thanks.
11451  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: At what price point per BTC will it be too late for the average person on: August 24, 2017, 12:04:54 AM
"The average person" is a pretty meaningless term. A lot of people will never have access to $4000 worth of savings that they can put into BTC all at once.
Yeah except it's not easy to buy unless you create a coinbase account.   I'm talking about the average person who isn't a computer engineer or nerd.  They're not buying bitcoin for a long time, if at all.

It's not too late to buy, but I think OP might be getting a little too excited.  No need to rush. I can hear the roar of FOMO, and it's deafening.
11452  Economy / Services / Re: Get Paid for every post... Payout weekly on: August 23, 2017, 11:51:39 PM
Your actions--reneging on your promise to pay--do indeed speak louder than your words.

There's absolutely no reason for you not to pay the participants right now.  You are acting like every scammer around with the stalling and excuses.  So just man the fuck up and pay these people.
11453  Other / Meta / Re: Abusive poster, reporting doesn't help on: August 23, 2017, 10:00:46 PM
It's allowed.  Who, Vsyc?  That link just takes me to the middle of the thread.

Trolling isn't allowed,  but good luck trying to get posts removed.  Don't worry, he'll give it up once he realizes that no one here reads or is responding to his posts.  Best thing to do is put him on ignore.  My ignore list is huge.

Yes, that person.

So all we can do is put people on ignore? I still see their posts appear with content removed, and it's a PITA to do.

More importantly, that doesn't help improve the abysmal signal-to-noise ratio for the rest.
No, you can keep reporting his posts.  But ultimately that's all you can do.  If you're that frustrated with lack of progress,  then maybe you ought to take a break.   You don't have control over what shitposters or admins do.  You can only do your part.  I get your frustration,  but there's not much you can do.
11454  Other / Meta / Re: Abusive poster, reporting doesn't help on: August 23, 2017, 09:52:38 PM
Who is it?  Give the name or else this thread doesn't mean anything.

Yep, it's a real problem and I'm beginning to have some very dark suspicions about the admins here.  It is indeed a cesspool but one that makes money for theymos.  I swear everyone in bitcoin is corrupt.

Here a representative sample of this gentleman's work. Mods, feel free to delete my post if this is not allowed.

11455  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam Alert against ICO Discuss admin on: August 23, 2017, 09:46:20 PM
My god... i cant believe all of you accusing me of scam and all... okay here is my explanation,, i met with an accident on sunday night... i was hospitalised and i could not come online at all...  All the people who have posted on that site will be paid on friday as i am expected to get discharged on thursday from here... My moderators did not have any contact with them so it is justified on their part to think this is a scam... so i dont want you people to believe me until i actually pay and you can keep this thread alive but i would like all of you to delete ur scam accusitions from icodiscuss forum ,, being an admin i can do that myself but i dont want to intervene in users and also refrain from posting until everyone is paid including moderators after which its upto mods if they want to work with me or not... regarding scam i want to tell all of you again that as i could not reach my seller so i could not buy btcs but all of you will be paid on friday for sure...
Totally stalling here with a sob story that is as threadbare as the curtains in hades.

That forum sucked anyway, just as I said it would.  The owned probably realized it wasn't going to work out the way he thought,  realized his business model was fatally flawed (hiring the worst shitposters to jumpstart a forum), and decided he didn't want to pay anymore.  So now all you guys should learn not to trust noobs without escrow.  Had those funds been escrowed, you'd have been OK.

Edit: Checked icodiscuss forum, and  I was the only one viewing it, no registered users and me being the only guest.  That's pretty dead.  Admin had added a rant which included the threat that any users posting negative comments would be banned.   No wonder no one goes there.   Said he'd pay everyone tomorrow,  Friday.  We'll see.  He's got all that time to post but can't pay as promised?   Mm hmm.

Edit: My accuracy rate is 100% with over 400 reports, but I know damn well that a lot haven't been acted on.  That whole system is also fucked.
11457  Other / Meta / Re: Poor English, careless writing, ranks and signature campaigns. on: August 23, 2017, 09:03:43 PM
@rizzlarolla:  It isn't peanuts, and for someone with strong opinions and the ability to write properly,  it's not difficult work.  I was here 9 months before joining a campaign and I lurked before that.  You see people with activity=1 trying to join campaigns and it's disgusting because they see this corum solely as a cash register.

I have my suspicions about theymos and why the forum is allowed to be the way it is, but do you have any evidence of anything?   I said I haven't seen any, but it could be that I missed it.  As far as yahoo goes, yeah I respect him.  I haven't seen evidence of him being corrupt either.

You like the forum and want it to be better,  just like I do.  If you didn't, then you wouldn't care one way or another--just like me.  I can't understand why scams are tolerated and why shitposters aren't banned.  The only thing that seems to earn a ban is copy pasting, and that's ludicrous IMO.
11458  Other / Meta / Re: Poor English, careless writing, ranks and signature campaigns. on: August 23, 2017, 08:42:34 PM
Rizzlarolla, I rent out my signature space.  That is much different than shilling for shitcoins.  If I was doing the latter you would hear me talking about how new & innovative Xcoin is, but you don't, do you?

The fact is, we're on the same side, buddy.  We both dislike shitposters and scams.  We should not be against each other because I'm in a sig campaign.

Well Yahoo62278 is in smas, but he may have to accept crappy posters at the behest of the people he works for.  I'm not blaming him and I have yet to see evidence of him supporting account farming.   But man there are a lot of shitposters in the Social campaign.  And they keep applying even though the campaign is marked CFNP.
11459  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Mood on: August 23, 2017, 05:56:43 PM
Banks weren't behind that.  They're not going to look to destroy bitcoin, but rather profit from it.  And BCC is turning out to be a turd that no one wants anyway.  Banks would have done a better job.  If they were looking to kill btc, they would do it through lobbying for laws to outlaw it--that's how the banks roll.  Not by starting a fork.
11460  Other / Meta / Re: Poor English, careless writing and ranks. on: August 23, 2017, 06:48:21 AM
That asshole is probaby an account that's currently being farmed.  Don't know how he got accepted into that signature campaign in the first place--I thought yahoo was part of SMAS.

I agree with you OP.  There's no discussion on a forum where nobody reads and everyone is incentivized to post--and when people write nonsense all the time.
