11461  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: September 05, 2016, 06:42:42 AM
If you want to live a very comfortable life don't be satisfied saving your hard earned money, find a better investment to make your money grow.
thats true, though with all the investments you should be really careful not to lose all the money you already have if it turns out to be a scam
yeah looks difficult to find an investment on bitcoin, because most of them are using Ponzi system.
some good investment just hold bitcoin or put on altcoin. but it must be smart to choose a good coin.

Exactly, we need to be very careful while investing in altcoin as there are many shitcoins available which may disappear in few hours, but a moment xmr and etc seems to be good.
Actually, you can still make money with shitcoins because the trend of pump and dump would still happen. If you were able to do the right timing you will earn money in a short term investment.

making money with altcoins is only a skill and if you have that skill you can make money with trading them and if you don't have it you will have a very hard time making any profit from trading because your decisions will be random and your trades will be gamble.
In any kind of trading we need skills because we have to predict the price movement base on the data that we are going to gather. It is not easy to make money in trading if you will only rely on your guts or instinct without proper research, it is a continues learning that you have to do.
11462  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: September 04, 2016, 07:52:20 AM
I plan using Bitcoin for investments, for business and for going into more programs that can make me money, with a good reward-risk ratio, of course.
Most of my earnings from BTC I will try to save, so that way it goes into holding.
Yes using bitcoin for investment is very profitable but it must be careful because we can not carelessly invest in bitcoin. There are many ways to get bitcoin as of the signature campaign, trade, investment, selling services, etc. If we use all the ways it certainly could be rich as long as we want to try.

I think also that bitcoin investment is the best way to increase btc. currently am also investing on altcoin. I am on a good position now and hopefully I will became rich by bitcoin.
Bitcoin and investing can both provide us profit if we know how to manage it, the good thing with altcoin is we have a lot of choices when we are a day trader, price could pump and dump at any given day so we need to pay attention on the trend to ride with the money.
11463  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone ever stop gambling? but then gamble again? on: September 04, 2016, 07:48:50 AM
the only reason : Comeback what i have lost, i think most people have this mindset to win back what i lost and quit but lose even more Sad

The bad reason I think if you continue to remember the defeat and want to recover it. because until whenever will never recover.
the reason I came back just want to try my luck and tasted victory again.
If the reason for return to gambling only to restore the defeat I think it would be futile. Because gambling just need luck, if we bet again we can win or lose according to our respective fortunes. If to try his luck I guess it could do the most important thing must know the consequences of gambling.
That is when you will lose more than you lose in the previous days, chasing your bets is the main reasons why most of the gamblers failed to succeed. Treat gambling like a business and should be one step at a time, with that said, we should start with a bigger bankroll to minimize chasing.
11464  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you accept bitcoin as your salary? on: September 04, 2016, 07:43:57 AM
I would like to accept it, but the bitcoin ecosystem needs to evolve to brings more stability, where I live still there are not many shops that accept btc or cryptocurrencies in general.

That is the main problem that we are facing and only because of that we are hesitating in accepting our salary in bitcoins, if we would be able to buy anything with bitcoin then I would surely go for it.

but we cant buy most of the stuff that our cash can be because of lot of the stores dont accept bittcoin as paymennt  and only few stores accept  it and not totally of the stores . Here in our country wee dont have a store that accepts bitcoin and also  bitcoin is not famous here
Well, as a sign of support and if you are business minded maybe you should start your own business and accept bitcoin because your demand will not happen any sooner, it will take time and we should bear with bitcoin on that, it is a continuous development that we should keep updated.
11465  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling made for kids???? on: September 04, 2016, 07:38:14 AM
Someone just argued with me that gambling can be done by kid too.. Huh

Gambling is not made for kids, it is made for mature ones and professional ones that has able to gamble with their hard earned money.

Because even they are going to lose their money in gambling they can still able to get it from their salary.

Unlike kids, when they lose they are going to steal if their parents aren't going to give them money.
Definitely your are right but nowadays due to bitcoin kids can gamble if they have an idea on how to do it, there is no restriction really in the crypto world because everything is anonymous and that benefits for the majority could be harmful for others like kids.
11466  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: September 04, 2016, 07:23:47 AM
in my opinion to is get profit in better amount is that you should hold btc for a log amd and then sell it for your profit with increase price . in this way we can get profit with small risk .
The question is when the best time to sell , and if you have big amount in your balances , it doesn't matter as long as you can divided your balances into different source . But , hold it for the few years without spending , it's lazy way to earn for me.
Now is actually the best time to sell because the price of bitcoin is getting a big pump now, we have to take the opportunity because it will not happen all the time. If this price will fall back again at least we were able to sell our bitcoins when the price hits $600.
11467  Economy / Economics / Re: Big Crash coming on: September 04, 2016, 07:20:14 AM
Without a doubt a crisis is coming and that is inevitable, but it is impossible to know the timing just look at all those people that have predicted that the apocalypse was imminent and they all got it wrong.
Well, what I am seeing in now is the new tomorrow is born, the price is getting a pump and I am seeing a continuous increase and that makes me amaze now that after the recent price fall back I will be seeing a bright future for my investment and I am gonna gain in a short time again.
11468  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Everyone looses in the long run on: September 04, 2016, 07:15:18 AM
I think it's depend on what type of gambling that you gamble. If you gamble on dice sites and provably fair games, you can easily busted if you gamble for long run.
Dice sites is good if you are lucky but in the long run you will lose therefore you just play for fun and you will safe there, it does not matter if you lose as long as you enjoy and to be safe does not mean you will not experience any loses, it is just a matter of minimizing your loses.

Minimizing the loss is a good thing to do instead of putting your all in a single game.
There can be different strategies on how to put your loss to a minimum. The most important thing to consider is how you will control your appetite in betting.
The control thing is really a big problem, you cannot win in the long run if in the first play you cannot control your self. You can win but it is always just a temporary thing and your enjoyment will not last.
11469  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: September 04, 2016, 07:05:00 AM
I think I was still playing even if I was rich. I play for fun and my basic motive is not to make money to get rich. I enjoy each bet I place. Sports games are like passion for me I just transform this passion to make some money if there is chance. I don't feel need to place on everything. So I was gambling doesn't matter what financial situation I was having.

Gambling is really designed for entertainment and if you want to make this as a living then, you must have the system and discipline in place otherwise, you will surely encounter several losses and may mess your peaceful life. If you are only playing for fun and spend money that you can afford to lose, then status in life doesn't matter at all.

haha Playing gambling just to loose money ! No i do prefer to have fun. Yeah you are right  you've encounter a lot of losses but sooner or later you win but just have a discipline on your self to not to be greedy because it can cause you a lot of trouble.

If you were rich, i'm sure you will okay even you gambling just to lose money. Because you have much money and don't care about it. Gambling for fun also be your priorities than for profit.

Some very rich people still managed to lose all their money on gambling, just because their huge level of addiction to it. Even rich people should be careful with their spending, anything can happen.

Managing proper bankroll in a discipline manner doesn't matter whether the person concern is rich or poor. Thus, it is essential to learn these things first before betting regardless of your current financial status. Gambling is a game of luck and your goal is not just to win, you need to find ways to make yourself luckier.

yes managing a bankroll is very important, but gambling can not compromise. you might always lose. so has a bigger bankroll, easier to manage a bankroll when they lose.

Correct. Having big bankroll is very ideal because if you have small amount of bankroll and dividing them into several sessions, then you are makng your bankroll very thin and if ever you will win some profits, it will not be significant and will become more boring - once you get bored, you tend to go outside your sessions plan and bet big amounts and before you know it, you are already done - all your bankroll are gone. That is why, discipline is very important - you must follow your system no matter how much the bankroll would be.
Big bankroll can help you to get a bigger chance to win because you will not easily loss patience when you are having a cold streak, so if we are serious with our goal to make money that is the first step to do, but for the rich I d not think they will experiment for that as all they want is just to be entertain.
11470  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin help poor countries? on: September 04, 2016, 06:55:50 AM
The problem with poor countries is, that they usually lack everything that requires bitcoin to be used properly.

Bitcoin = internet. Without developed network infrastructure using BTC is very limited.

Plus, if someone says: lets just give bitcoin to poor country X. - it will help them and promote BTC.

Giving money/BTC is not exactly the best way to fix problems of developing countries. We should avoid doing it.

internet nowadays is available everywhere, even in the poor countries so i don't think that is much of a problem here.
but i agree with the second part, giving bitcoin away to help is usually turn into those people dumping it as  soon as they receive it and take the fiat. so nothing is gonna change.

The truth is "everyone" have a cellphone and internet connection... The problem is the mobile internet have a limited data so you can't use it to watch tutorials in video or anything which requires a lot of data transfer, and well, you "can't" work in a cellphone too...
Giving away isn't a solution, but projects can be a way.
The problem is easy when people in poor countries are making ways to adopt with bitcoins, when they will know the benefits which they can save for the transfer fee they will make sure they will study bitcoin for their benefits, and I think when you are interested you have the will to understand the project because it benefits you.
11471  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or Gold? What would you pick? on: September 04, 2016, 06:48:43 AM
I would prefer to pick up both. I think that gold is more stable, and its value is recognized worldwide. And I would want to put some money into bitcoin as well, because it has great potential to increase in value, despite the fact that it is more unstable.

For me gold is only a precious metal for ornament and bitcoin is a good asset with higher profit, so I will choose for bitcoin as it has the potential to increase in value and I need an asset so that I earn more money with that.
gold is a really precious metal and i think that it is a good investment but in my opinion bitcoins are way better right now as they are digital

Invest money in gold and start earning bicoins so you don't have to put real money in bitcoins, so in this way in long run you will be holding both of them and making some good profits out of them.
i think he have a lot of money and looks he not interested to earn free bitcoin maybe he interested to earn bitcoin only with trading because with trading you can earn a lot of money when the price rise.
he is not an openminded person he just focuses on trading , he is not interested on earning free bitcoin in the other way. Its up to him we are just saying what are the other methods.

I do prefer gold than bitcoin because not all stores now accepting bitcoin as payment.

Its his choice since in trading you could  earn bitcoin as much as you want and more profitable   compare to other ways  on earning bitcoin. Well gold is a very precious investment since it raises  its value as the yars goes by  but you need huge amount to make capital on it not compared to bitcoin that  you can bought a small amount then you can  maximize it  to some investments.
And just what is happening now bitcoin price is pumping again, I like what is happening because my hope is now alive that I can earn income by my investment before the halving, I hope we will be back to $700, and one thing I can say, gold cannot pump the price this hard.
11472  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps you coming back??? on: September 04, 2016, 06:37:59 AM
I'm sure many gambler keeps coming back because they already lose much money/bitcoins on gambling and they want to try winning back their loses.

I agree, gamblers wanted to get back what they lose that's why they keep coming back hoping that the next time they will be lucky. But the sad thing is that most of the time instead of getting back the losses, they lose more because they keep betting bigger amount and then supposedly he got lucky and get back his losses, he wanted to get more and then become greedy betting more and more until such time that he will lose it all again and then the cycle starts again. He will stop only until all his funds are depleted or will really have a conviction that he will just stop because he is losing too much already.
Well, that is the beauty of gambling, you cannot win if you are aiming for the money if you are not a professional gamble, emotion is the big problem because we cannot manage it and it will give us distraction in our gambling plan which mostly give us a problem in the end.
11473  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: September 03, 2016, 09:00:09 AM
I'm not sure about it, for me in my life the main stuff is steady income, and when i'm not reciving enough money, im always in bad mood, so better not to try different jobs with unexpecting result.

Not everyone has a steady income, you are lucky you have it. I'm constantly trying different jobs because I can't find a steady one and I'm sure there are many people like me. But you have a point, if your income is good and steady it's better not to jump to something unknown.

I think the happy place in between is getting your wages in BTC or at least a portion.  Really, if you look at Bitcoin for what it is, a currency, the question the OP poses is something like saying to an America, "Would you quit your full time job to make dollars?".
I think you did not get the point of the question, the OP means that would you quit your job to go full time with working in the bitcoin world? That is the argument here and of course most of the members are not promoting to quit their job because they can do both effectively.
11474  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to make money on bitcointalk? on: September 03, 2016, 08:51:18 AM
How to make money!? It was my first question when i found Bitcoin!

Faucets, faucets, faucets.. No way! A lot of time for nothing! You always have to do something to win money! In this thread i found few offers:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=985550.0

Typing captcha is sh*t but there are some nice freelance offers! Good luck!

Captcha and faucets are both time and eyes killer, you would not learn from that job, I would rather recommend signature campaign rather than that. In signature campaign, you will not only earn from the information you can read in the forum but you will also earn at the same time.
11475  Economy / Economics / Re: Big Crash coming on: September 03, 2016, 08:47:23 AM
Most of the short crashes were coming in Bitcoin's life. But it doesn't mean that the bitcoin would be end.
Now we can see recently, Bitfinex has been hacked, and also bitcoin price down, and within 2 months bitcoin is remain downing, So in my view, thats all are incident and always be happen in future but bitcoin will be remain in future.
There was a big hacked that has happen before which is bigger than in Bitfinex but still bitcoin has recovered and like we have witness in the recent, I believe hacking will not let bitcoin down or crash its economy because we are decentralize and the who system is safe, we can store our money in a safer place like cold wallet.
11476  Economy / Economics / Re: Sell Everything? on: September 03, 2016, 08:14:08 AM
I am not sure it's right way to sell everything, i believe that holding bitcoins for a long time is the best way for a lazy people. Wink

Yeah lazy people will prefer to hold their coins without doing anything with it, but a wise person will try to grow his coins from trading to get additional benefits in future.

There are high risk involved in trading. For the conservatives, it is wiser to hold on to them.
The thing is if you want big return you will have to venture on high risk activity and though trading is high risk but there is a bigger chance that we can learn how to master the right technique in trading and as a result it would give us more income that focus on long term investment only.
11477  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: September 03, 2016, 08:10:13 AM
The smartest way to save money is to control yourself not spend any. Or if you really want to take risk just invest in a safe company that you know that will not run. Just make sure that invest 20% - 40% of your money only and the rest store it in a nice hot wallet. 60% saved money every week or every month will result $$ after a year.

That is certainly true comrades, it is the main thing that we have to take care is our emotions or thoughts. If we cannot control the thoughts or emotions we then our desire to save money is only a plan that will never happen, for we must be more concerned with the desires of the mind or emotions than the desires of our hearts
There is no room of emotion in gambling if you are serious with your goal to make money, you need to set aside that and you will have to focus straight on your game plan with no emotions involves, emotions will make us weak and will be the hindrance for our success.
11478  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you accept bitcoin as your salary? on: September 03, 2016, 08:01:02 AM
yes i will accept my salary in bitcoin because bitcoin is very useful in everywhere corner of the wold and we can buy any product through bitcoin with easily and with fastest transaction .
Well, that would help a lot when you spend regularly online, but I doubts others would follow that kind of mentality of yours, I think they are more concern on the value of their money rather than the opportunity to transact online, there problem is the price fluctuation which makes the value of their salary also fluctuate.
11479  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin and Porn on: September 02, 2016, 09:29:52 AM
I would go for bitcoin, porn will not give you the amount of happiness bitcoin can. Focusing on watching porn will only destroy your health while when you focus your time with bitcoin you can get more benefits and you will enjoy your life in the future.
11480  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin help poor countries? on: September 02, 2016, 09:27:35 AM
Definitely, poor countries benefits in using bitcoin is they can save on the remittances expenses, when you are in the poor country usually the people who has a family will go work in a more develop country and will send their money back to their family but with the high remittance fee they cannot enjoy the whole amount of salary but with bitcoin they can send with a little amount of charges.
