Yes. mate, you can see this on their site https://www.kickico.com/They have 1 lanched project and 3 waiting project. And as they said in interview, around 250 project sent them letters already. Interesting. Could be fun to play a game to play poker with VR, but it's more a gadget than anything else in my opinion. Envienta is more interesting in my opinion. VR poker is huge thing! Imagine that you can play with your friends poker, bet some small stakes and have fun without leaving your home I dunno, you can play on a normal platform. I don't think that VR is essential for such a game  But I'm sure some people will be pleased by this ICO, the fact that I'm not a poker fan is not helping. |

One thing that I can think of that isnt great is the method of distribution. I dont know about you guys but I personally dont like gambling for things I am trying to purchase. I think this concept would be better served if it was more like a bidding, like the quibids.com website I have seen on tv. Other than that I love a lot about this ICO, that was just the one negative for me that I could think of. Hope it doesnt effect the popularity of the product. Real question is, are majority of people gamblers ? Well, that's not really gambling because of the karma system. You know that the more you participate, the more chances you have to win I couldn't agree more.In gambling you euther win or lose but at Snapup you never lose.You might lose a Snap but you get karmas even after losing But I must admit I'm quite eager to see the system tested on real scale. So this startup shouldn't have much legal trouble establishing themselves, so as long as they follow each "Green" states laws, and regulations, which is why I personally think this startup has good potential!  Also in many european countries you can carry small amount of weed with you even if weed is illegal. Most people in EU are pro-legalization and it's only a matter of time so EU is also a big potential market. Yes, I live in France and that's true. They should redestribute the unsold tokens to the existing token holders or they should burn the unsold coins. Either way its good for the exisiting holders I think everything will be redistributed to the investors in that case. Another option would not be fair for them, they must respect the conditions. Im asking this because they wrote in the whitepaper, if they dont reach the goal, the project will be canceled and the founds will be refunded to the investors. Quote from whitepaper: We have set a minimal goal of 500 ETH for the crowdsale. A project of that scope needs funds, and we believe that it would be unreasonable to dive into such a project without enough funds. Therefore, if the minimal goal is not reached, the Ethereum contract implements a method to refund every investor and cancel the project. This is also the guarantee for you to invest in a project that will live and have enough token supply to reach a comfortable market cap.Well, the devs will surely answer this. It's easy to say everything is a scam, and some projects are scam, but when you come and just say : It's a scam ! What's the point ? You don't even have just one argument.
Here's the definition of scam: - a dishonest scheme; a fraud. - swindle. - synonyms: swindle, cheat, deceive, trick, dupe, hoodwink, double-cross, gull; There is no new technology here. This ICO is just launching a coin and tracking transactions on a ledger. It uses celebrity (e.g. The Game) to hype the premise to unsophisticated 'investors.' There is no proof of concept or prototype and they are trying to raise funds for 100 million tokens. They use words like 'revolution' and 'change the world,' which is fairly meaningless in place of any concrete examples of technological advancement. Their entire roadmap consists of launching the coin and then getting it on an exchange. Did you read the whitepaper ? Every ICO must bring a new technology ? I don't think so, but they're using blockchain technologies and have a lot of innovating ideas to help the cannabis market : "• Create an immutable ledger for all industry related data via ParagonChain • Offer payment for industry related services and supplies through ParagonCoin • Establish niche co-working spaces via ParagonSpace • Organize and unite global legalization efforts through ParagonOnline • Bring standardization of licensing, lab testing, transactions, supply chain and ID verification through apps built in ParagonAccelerator" The whitepaper seems very professional, and a lot of work seems to have been done. I understand your point, you don't see any product already made and you think it's a scam.
