1161  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is a good investment now, because... on: September 05, 2017, 04:09:54 PM
People are taking advantage on its rapidly increasing price. Making it a good investment, but still the price increase also end in a certain period of time making people end the investment and get the profit by converting it again to fiat. It makes you rich but it takes time and patience.
1162  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What will happen if technology had never been created? on: September 05, 2017, 04:00:25 PM
We couldn't see this post if technology had never been created. Also, no internet and some machines that makes things easy. We will have more time on getting the job and more people have a job since there are no machines could aid in finishing some products.
1163  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Society & Sex on: September 05, 2017, 03:57:21 PM
Rich countries tend to do more sex since they're educated in sex rather than in poor countries. Since poor countries can't fund to have sex education making them conservative about their sex life.
1164  Other / Meta / Re: Earn bitcoin by being active on: September 05, 2017, 03:44:33 PM
Yes as long you make on-topic post and make it long but the thought is still there. We call it signature campaigns where we post and we get paid depending on our rank. It is not a hard thing to do and you just need some english skills and knowledge about what post you make or replying to.
1165  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk in a mobile app. on: September 05, 2017, 03:41:03 PM
I think it needs development since login captcha is implemented in the browser. Also it is better if it has better interface it seems like it looks old. Also some claims it often crashes.
1166  Economy / Economics / Re: How to invest in bitcoin? on: September 04, 2017, 09:30:02 AM
All you need is to buy or earn bitcoins and wait for several days, weeks, or months. Since bitcoin price is increasing time to time and people taking advantage on it, making it an investment.
1167  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: May limit ba ang pag post dito sa bitcoin? on: September 04, 2017, 08:55:55 AM
Walang ito limit as long as may katuturan yung post mo hindi off topic kumbaga.
1170  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: bitcoin sa pilipinas on: September 01, 2017, 08:43:49 PM
1171  Economy / Economics / Re: Three reasons to invest in Bitcoin on: September 01, 2017, 08:24:43 PM
Quote
1. It’s gaining mainstream credibility as industry players consider it as the new gold – Bitcoin has many of the same qualities of gold, whose value is not controlled by governments.

2. Many investors and finance industry experts are serious about the promise of Bitcoin – A large number of mainstream investors and entrepreneurs already consider Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as a legitimate asset class.

3. There is only a limited amount of Bitcoin – There are only 21 million Bitcoin tokens to be mined and no new tokens will appear until after 2140. This makes Bitcoin a deflationary currency whose value increases naturally with time.

These are interesting big reasons why it is so wise to invest in Bitcoin. I am sure that many people are still doubting Bitcoin whether it can be a good investment vehicle or it is just another risky venture that can collapse anytime. Of course, we know better. So in case someone would be asking you this same question, you just have to enumerate the three big reasons above.
#1 and #3 makes me want to invest bitcoins. The virtual gold clings my ears since I always spend my time in internet making myself interested in virtual gold. Even though I'm dead in the year 2140 I still want to have some bitcoins in my life before I die. I have no idea on #2 but I know there many investors and I think they're the reason why bitcoin price reaches $5000. If the investors have a good reputation it really change the reputation of bitcoin from being illegal because of deep web but its image won't matter if well known investors such as Bill Gates enter the bitcoin world.
1172  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think billionaires invest in BTC? on: September 01, 2017, 08:07:53 PM
I think some of the billionaires have greater value than the total price of bitcoins in the world. So maybe some do not bother themselves to invest on it. But it is not impossible that there is no billionaire invested some of their money in bitcoin.
1173  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't Spend Too Much Time Trading? is that true? on: September 01, 2017, 11:48:06 AM
Trading could earn you more money if you are expert on it. Don't put all your money unless you are ready to take risk and consequences. Try to put a small percentage and make practice to it. If you are ready enough to trade then go. Trading needs patience so you really need to invest some time to monitor altcoins to trade with and apply the principle in trading which is buy low, sell high.
1174  Other / Meta / Re: Get Donator status by donating 10 BTC on: September 01, 2017, 11:34:31 AM
It is hard to be a donator nowadays since the price for 1 bitcoin is almost $5000. This post is posted in 2011 where the value of bitcoin is very low. If I knew this earlier, I could donate but I'm still a freshman at that time. What are the benefits of being a donator?
1175  Other / Archival / Re: Do you agree with idea "Bitcoin bank" ? on: September 01, 2017, 11:22:33 AM
Isn't our bitcoin wallets are bitcoin bank? Since we store our money in terms of bitcoin. Also it has investment part that has an interest rate depending on the price increase of bitcoin. The wallet is fully controlled by its users. So why implement something such as "bitcoin bank" making it redundant.
1176  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Is Bitcoin's Value So Volatile? on: September 01, 2017, 11:17:06 AM
I think it is still volatile because it is still under development. If bitcoin value reaches about $100,000 the volatility does not matter since it is already a huge value.
1177  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: September 01, 2017, 11:11:16 AM
If your plan is investment then you shouldn't sell it but if this is your source of income, try sell a percentage of it if you going to buy something.
1178  Economy / Economics / Re: advantages of trading satoshis instead of whole bitcoins on: August 31, 2017, 06:28:20 PM
Trading small amounts could get a higher profit in total rather than all-in trade. You won't know that the price of stock is still decreasing and you are losing opportunity to get a higher profit. If you ever do all-in you might regret your move if ever the stock price decreases consecutively.
1179  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Will Bitcoin price reach $5000 before year end? on: August 31, 2017, 05:04:18 PM
No, it would be higher than $5000. As the legendary trader stated that it could reach $15,000 before the end of the year. Today the value is $4,700, thinking that it reaches $5000 before the end of 2017 makes your question far from correct.
1180  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you agree in death penalty? on: August 31, 2017, 04:51:47 PM
I support but it depends on the crime made. If it is rape or murder, this kinds of crime needs to be sentenced to death. The suspect still needs to be under court and proven guilty in order to be killed.
