1161  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use Bitcoin? on: March 18, 2016, 11:29:51 AM
We need more women to get out there and talk about Bitcoin. So far it has generally been a very male dominated subject and not enough women to get the word out to other women. I as a woman am finding it hard to get the message across bt I will keep trying. Just also as an alternative saving pot. If women all started using Bitcoin as part of a long term savings program it would do so much for the price of Bitcoin as well.

Yep majority of members of bct are men and it is nice to hear a word from a woman like you. I have agreed on you although i found many women on bitcoin page on fb i could say they are not too educated about everything they need to know about bitcoin. Only if you know what i mean.

Yeah women should be guided in the best possible way so that they can start using bitcoin which will contribute to the adoption level and the higher price in future.
1162  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: March 18, 2016, 11:20:19 AM
Banks are a old profession like Prostitutes they will always find a way to get that money from the masses.
Do not expect them to fall off any time soon, they have their claws into the system pretty good.
lol I think the banks do not like such a whore they are not looking for customers. customers come alone for bank because they need the bank. they benefit by saving in bank.

Banks will always survive in long run as people have more faith in banks and they will use banks more in compare to bitcoins, banks are the most strongest institutions that we have.
1163  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: March 18, 2016, 11:17:43 AM
Probably buying the most I can and earning as much as I can too, Then hold it and wait for a price increase, This plan depends on the price moving favorably though..

you could say get a lot of bitcoin as you can. but the problem is the process for gathering many bitcoin?
You must be possessed way to get it. that's the problem

Its not that easy to earn bitcoin either you gamble and win that can multiply your bitcoin in the quickest way its better that we don't depend only on bitcoin to get rich.
1164  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: March 18, 2016, 11:15:12 AM
Yes many people are doing that. And that is very good. I hope that more people will have some profit later in the future after the price rise.
But we never know indeed what is going to happen later with the future, but we also know that the halving is coming.

Halving is the only hope that we have that it will take bitcoin to a higher level, and that is the reason majority of us are holding it for halving so that we can sell at the right time.

I think halving not the only reason that could make the price go up, and not necessarily also halving will really make the price go up.

Yeah halving doesn't guarantee us the higher price, its just a speculation around that price will be higher at the time of halving but we are not sure about that.
1165  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: March 13, 2016, 07:01:19 PM
Watch for bubbles, when the price
suddenly drops = buy
I always think that below 450 is good buy and due to the near halving bitcoin will touch 500 i think

i think 450 is bit higher to buy anything around 400 is a good buy for me, as the price is around it at a moment so I am tying to buy as much as I can as I don't think it will go much lower then this in next couple of months.

yes I think this is the good price to buy as price is not too high at a moment so we can afford to buy and this is the best time to buy and if you invest today then you can expect better returns in future.
1166  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: March 13, 2016, 06:46:41 PM
More advantages of bitcoins over cash are :
- you don’t have to pay taxes on them
-they can't be easily stolen
-no paperwork
-irreversible transactions

yes that's true and that is the reason we are seeing more users entering into bitcoins as they want to take advantages from it and it is always safe to invest your money into it as in future the price would be much higher.
1167  Economy / Speculation / Re: The future of Bitcoin on: March 13, 2016, 06:35:22 PM
The future of bitcoin seems to be good as it is getting more popular day by day and we are finding more users using bitcoins and investing their money into it, so I think the future of bitcoin is pretty safe.

Yes it will survive atleast for next decade as bitcoin is still in younger age and we can expect that it will grow more in future and I don't think that bitcoin will die very soon.
1168  Economy / Economics / Re: Best website to give out loans? Btcjam or ? on: March 13, 2016, 06:30:50 PM
btcjam is good but they have very lengthy procedures and that is really irritating as you need to provide them all the proofs related to your id and income and majority of us try to avoid to disclose the identity.
1169  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: March 13, 2016, 06:23:42 PM
Paper money is more durable than electronic money. Obviously, you cannot accept electronic money any place that is not specifically set up to take it, or when power or internet is out. I'm not sure you'll ever eliminate physical currency for that reason.

I agree with you, especially in my country there are many place that hard to get internet. So paper money very usefull on that place. I think paper money will permanent in some place.
agree. this time not all the places in the world connected to the internet. so digital era can not be implemented at this time of paper money will always be valuable.

Yes just think of poor countries where there is no access to internet and mainly people are paid on daily wages in fiat, so they will only use fiat as they don't have any other option for their spendings.

Agreed, the future of paper money is safe as I don't think that bitcoin can have an impact on it as people will use only those currency that they are comfortable and they will continue to use which is easy for them.
1170  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's Be Honest. We Are Waiting for $100/BTC to buy on: March 13, 2016, 06:14:17 PM
I don't think that bitcoin will go back to that value as price is rising at a moment and it will continue to rise in future too, as we are expecting haling in next couple of months so we would be seeing better price in future.
1171  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: March 13, 2016, 06:10:53 PM
Before make any action you must know how much you need to have atleast a normal life,if you can get an stable income montly ,then you should consider to left or no the real work, but you must know you need to save a part of the income otherwise if bitcoin die you wil be dead as well.

yes and its  never recommended to only depend on bitcoins as it would be a really risky decision to make to rely on bitcoin as if gets disappear in future then it would be really difficult for you to survive.
1172  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: March 13, 2016, 06:05:01 PM
Both options has potencial to make your money become bigger, but the both systems may fail there isnt nothing 100%safe,even the fiat on your pocket isnt safe as someone can steall it.Soo choosing one or other you know that they got some risks ,but well saving is the lower option risky, and investment is one thing amazing ,risk -reward much bigger then saving soo you choose.

We are not talking about saving money in pocket, we are talking about saving in banks and its not easy for anyone to steal your money from your bank account as banks are the safest place to store your money.
1173  Economy / Economics / Re: I'm not gonna sell any coin. on: March 13, 2016, 06:00:34 PM
I am holding at a moment but will sell if I think that is the good price for me, and I will not keep on waiting till halving as we cannot be sure that the price would be higher at the time of halving.
1174  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoins safe? on: March 13, 2016, 05:56:34 PM
Bitcoin is much safer compared to the physical money. The advancement in the technology has made it highly secure and valuable.

Yeah its safe until you take care of safety measures, you need to careful with you online wallet, and I don't see any safety issues with bitcoin wallets as bitcoins are very safe in it and not easy to get stolen or hacked.

Yes its very safe as its not easy to steal your bitcoins, in compare  fiat can be easily stolen whereas you need skills to steal or hack your bitcoins but I think bitcoin is the safest currency we have at a moment.
1175  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: March 13, 2016, 05:52:11 PM
I think the most important thing about bitcoin is the price and that is the reason I am using it and investing my money into it as value keeps on fluctuating that allows me to make quick profits in short term.
1176  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining coins save or sell it? on: March 13, 2016, 05:47:50 PM
At present saving bitcoin would be better as prices are low. But in near future prices will increase and if you really wish to sell them, you could sell them at that time.

yes holding it at a moment is the best option available as selling at this price is never profitable as price is too low at a moment so saving for future would be the best thing to do.
1177  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: March 13, 2016, 05:41:29 PM
Well most people are with the same thinking holding till the halving, but when would be the right moment to sell the bitcoins, when the price hit 500 or wait the bitcoin halving moment to finish the correction into the value of bitcoin. If bitcoin hit 800 dollars at halving several will dump their coins into it.

But that would be a good price to sell if the value reaches there and it is recommended to sell you bitcoins and why you would hesitateif the price is giving you some good profits.
1178  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Bitcoin always be dependent on fiat? Is it? on: March 13, 2016, 05:34:05 PM
No one can predict future precisely. But for a long term it will be dependent on fiat as we don't have any regulating body yet and anyone can mine bitcoins.

That's true and i feel that fiat will always be used by majority of the people especially by them who are not tech savvy and I don't think that they would be that comfortable to use any digital currency for making purchases.
1179  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I believe in Bitcoin ? on: March 13, 2016, 05:30:19 PM
Everyone using bitcoin should have total faith in it as its gonna be a future currency giving us multiple benefits and you should view it as a best investment for the future as you can expect better returns in future.
1180  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: BTC transaction slow to get confirmed on: March 01, 2016, 04:07:14 AM
Because a lot of transaction are submitted currently and only one with higher fees are being confirmed. If you want fast confirmation then you should submit transaction with minimum fees of 0.0002btc and for over 1KB transaction use 0.0002 per KB.currently around ~30,000 transaction are waiting for confirmation https://blockchain.info/unconfirmed-transactions
it will solved when block size will increased.
