1161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Let the BCH die on: November 13, 2017, 09:54:44 PM
That is true, all those who are now putting money on bitcoincash are those who are dessesperately to see their money grow again, and that is not going to happen again because all those people who wanted to make REAL profit from bitcoin cash, have already did it, and they are not going to do it again, because they put all their efforst in order to achieve that incredible pump (more than 150% in a few hours)
I would not put a single penny in bitcoin cash again, because i know the consequences of that, you can easily lose your money in there because it is so volatile right now.
1162  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Ummm... Newbie Exchange Question on: November 13, 2017, 09:37:49 PM
Oh my fucking good hahaha, this is incredible, i have never thought that someone was going to bump such this old thread, this is insane, and they said that bitcoin was below 15 dollars each one, omg, they should know that now the price is over $6700 and this is still going up day by day, no matter what.
I have been reading a lot of posts from the past, and a lot from Satoshi, this is incredible because those people couldn't knew that this was really going to be a succesfull project, not even those who were introduced in bitcoin since the beggining i guess.

1163  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Explanation of how bitcoin works for the regular people on: November 09, 2017, 11:05:08 PM
Of course that you can teach bitcoin easily to those people who were well introduced to the new technologies, it was difficult to teach my dad how to use a smartphone, but now he knows what bitcoin is and how it works, and he knows how to trade..
But it is difficult to teach bitcoin directly to those who does not even know how to use a smartphone or a laptop, it is almost impossible.
You only have to tell them that it is digital money, and that it can be cashed out.. this is the only way to make them think about it.
1164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Interesting functioning project not on Ethereum and ICOs on: November 09, 2017, 10:44:46 PM
Most of the projects that are Waves based are a waste of time, that platform is a totally waste of time. The developers of ICOS that develop their tokens on Waves, are the lazy ones and those who want to spend a low amount of money, just think about it.
Creating a token on waves only cost about 3 dollars, and creating a token on Ethereum is over 600 dollars because it needs to be created by a dev.
Make your own conclusions, waves does not even have a good technology.
1165  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How I became poor through Bitcoin and Altacoin on: November 09, 2017, 10:26:26 PM
Wow, how could you lost more than 10 bitcoins? you could just hold them, it was below $2500 on July and now it is upto $7200 each bitcoin, it seems a little bit shady i dont believe you  not even in a single word of that.
You could have triplied that money during these moments because bitcoin has went up so quickly, i dont know why you have lost all that money because of Segwit.. and it did not even happened because it got cancelled yesterday.
1166  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin considered to be a security? on: November 09, 2017, 09:58:29 PM
Yes obviously that bitcoin is safe, it is a safe investment and this is why a lot of people are still buying it, if it wont be a safe one, then nobody would be buying it dessesperately.
Just look at the volume, it is increasing everyday and it is because more people are always buying larger amounts of bitcoin everyday.
And it is safe to hold it if you improve your security, but if you use a shitty wallet it is obviously going to be easily hacked.
1167  Economy / Speculation / Re: What happens when the "Greens" object to bitcoin on: November 09, 2017, 09:37:28 PM
The whole capitalist system will always find a way out in this kind of problems, but you all know that tey are doing whatever they want and i am sure that this will end someday.
But you are right with that, but everybody is always trying to find a cheaper solution when they are talking about bitcoins and of course, about bitcoin mining.
It is very expensive in my country and i can not afford the electrity bills, and this is why i dont mine.
1168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to know fake Airdrop project on: November 09, 2017, 09:23:11 PM
Well, it doesnt matter if you are going to receive those tokens for free, you should always be aware of the token or the project that you are going to be working for, so you should always try to read the whitepaper before joining some kind of bounties or campaigns, because it would be risky to join one and dont be paid for your hard work.
If their whitepaper seems shady, then dont join, because you are going to lose a lot of time and effort in there.
1169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Monero Fork? Aeon vs. Sumokoin on: November 09, 2017, 06:27:36 PM
What the fuck? I knew that Aeon was a coin that was already listed, but i have never know that this was a result of a fork of monero, oh my god, i never knew this, i am so surpirsed right now.
I mean, i didn't know that altcoins could have forks too, this is very interesting but it is very confusing at the same time. If i am not wrong, litecoin had some kind of forks on the past, but only on it's code, but i have never expected this from monero since it does not have a public code.
1170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do any ICOs refund your money? on: November 09, 2017, 06:16:53 PM
Those icos that are going to give you your funds back if they dont reach enough money are those who are using an escrow in order to have all the investor's funds in there, if they dont have one, then it means that if the ico fails, you are not going to see a buck again.
But just think about it, escrows for icos are very risky, if it is a good amount of money, they can feel tempted to stole all that money and run away with that, and this is a very freaky scenario.
I dont know, most of them dont give the money back.
1171  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to understand investing denominations of Bitcoin? on: November 09, 2017, 06:00:29 PM
What do you mean? if you really want to buy bitcoin, the price is not a barrier or something that is telling you to dont to buy/invest.
You can just buy a fraction of bitcoin instead of one bitcoin, it is one of the best things that you can do if you dont have more than $7200 to afford on a whole bitcoin.
You can just buy 0.05 and it is a nice amount of money, but you can not use it to invest because it is almost anything.
1172  Economy / Speculation / Re: Forecast for the next week. on: November 09, 2017, 03:03:36 AM
I think that we are going to face a huge dump tomorrow, i dont know, but i am thinking about selling some of my bitcoins for some tether, and i will re-buy bitcoins when it touches at least 7k again, i dont know, but i am very sure. If you are looking at the charts and paying attention to the bollinger bands, the price is probably going to be bullish for some more time.
I dont know guys, this is very confusing, but it might be a good opportunity to make some more profits from this scenario.
1173  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you feel it on: November 09, 2017, 02:44:05 AM
Of course that it is good to know that the crypto community is getting everytime more bigger, but it doesnt mean that banks are going to be replaced by bitcoin soon because it is impossible.
Banks have been in there for more than centuries, and they can not be replaced by a digital coin that has been created eight years before, because it makes no sense.
Maybe it is going to happen in some years from now, but more than decades, maybe more.
1174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can anyone copy or clone Decentralize exchange like Etherdelta? on: November 07, 2017, 09:06:44 PM
If you have a good developer and a nice budget to hire him, then you are able to clone every exchange/website/program that you would like, but yes, maybe you are going to face some legal issues if they discover that you have copied or cloned all their files instead of creating a copycat.
Just be careful, i think that you want to copy this in order to run your own exchange.. but if you do this, a lot of people will think that you are running a fake one because it would be shady to open your exchange and see that it looks exactly like etherdelta.
1175  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is bitcoin in a bubble right now? on: November 07, 2017, 09:02:06 PM
The price has been built over rumors and conspirations about the price, and when there are some kind of fud or fake rumors that are affecting the price, like when China did that "ban" or "regulation" over bitcoin and icos, everybody can just think about it and you must know that the price dropped a lot because of that.
But suddenly there were good news, and the price went up again.. It is crazy, and this is how it works, and this is why this is a giant bubble, but it is profitable for all of us.
1176  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Fork on: November 07, 2017, 08:40:27 PM
It will happen on 18th November 2017., when blockchain reaches block 494784.
In fact, it is going to be released on November 16th, coinbase said this and i got an email from them too, it was very shady because they said that they were going to block transactions for more than 24hours because of the fork, and this is very strange, because they are not going to process any transaction for a whole day! this is insane, what if they are hacked after that? we all are going to have our funds stucked on there, this is a very bad wallet, i am glad that i dont have my funds in there.
1177  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Meaning of leaving money on the exchange on: November 07, 2017, 08:22:33 PM
Because a lot of people are losing money because of those fraudulents exchanges, i still remember those times in where i had more than 0.50 bitcoins on my poloniex wallet, and poloniex closed my account without any explanation, i tried to send several support tickets but none of them was answered (bitcoin was below $2500 by those times) but it was not fair, a lot of people had the same issue.
I dont know why it happened to me, but because of this is that i am so insecure about exchanges and everything that concerns about them.
1178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Price of BTC SegWit2x? on: November 07, 2017, 08:09:22 PM
I think that it is not going to be worth as much as the other people are saying right now, there are some people who are "predicting" that it is going to be worth more than $1500 - $2000 each one of this segwit coins, and it is fake, there is no way to know its real price because we only know it's futures prices.
Probably it will be less than $1000, and once that 1/4 of the bitcoin holders dumps their segwit coins, the price will explode and it will go down as hell, just like it happened with all the previous forks.
1179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Biggest Jump after Fork on: November 06, 2017, 11:15:26 PM
Just look at the charts and check out all the prices of altcoins listed on coinmarketcap, they have been very cheap during the last weeks, if you are looking to invest in some altcoins, do it now, they are probably going to increase a lot after this fork, just like it always happens.
but be careful, you would never know what is going to happen, maybe the market goes crazy and it all goes by the opposite. Ethereum is so cheap right now, and litecoin too.
1180  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When Giants E-commerce start to accept BTC? on: November 06, 2017, 10:51:42 PM
It would be huge if they start accepting bitcoin as a payment processor, anyway, you can buy amazon gift cards using bitcoin, and this is having the same role because you can buy on amazon with that card that you bought using bitcoin, it is amazing, i used to sell those cards on the past because those were very profitable.
anyway, it would be nice to hear that some big e-commerce stores are going to accept bitcoin, because it will pump the price by a lot .
