More education for those that knows nothing about it. I know a friend that see crypto as gambling. When you tell, come and invest  in it, he will say, i don't gamble with my money. People like this need more education. Though, i have started educating him on it. I have told benefit which is decentralization. More media preaching coupled with offline teachings should be encouraged as well.

The crypto market is not really easy now for new coins. I have also seen that did their IEO on semi and small exchange that are doing well. It all depends on the team. Some teams are after their pocket not the investors.

Many projects are find it difficult this days. Reasons are many, some investors are afraid of ICO projects based on their experience on some failed ICO projects. The dwindling of the market is also a problem. Hunting now, is not lucrative as it use to be.
