Just curious about this, How do the players see how much has been bet on the Sports ?
I am not complaining but just saying that since the investment also includes the sports bet, then the Site admin can manipulate the wins/losses.
I think there should be a transparent system to show how much has been bet on sports before an event begins.
Daily sport bet stats are here: https://prcdice.eu/report/dailysportsstats

There's also a breakdown here: https://prcdice.eu/report/houseprofit

Looks like people know their sports, heh. That German semi-final had a max profit loss for the house by the looks of it!

wayshegoes I meant individual bets. These stats can be manipulated. Dean cleared that up.

Thank you for your response. Have you considered Capping the investment? say no more than 200 BTC? its very common these days to put a cap to prevent massive buys that will weaken buying force on exchanges.

+1

+2. Even I feel reluctant on buying viacoin without knowing whats the maximum number of coins that can be bought.
1164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] [VIA] ★ Viacoin ★ ~ the future of digital currency ~ ★ on: July 13, 2014, 01:01:00 AM
The Wallet shows Not connected. How do I fix that?

The wallet will show as offline until the network launches. This is OK.

So Can I still buy viacoins, and will it show up in my wallet later?
And where can I find the price of a viacoin?

:| You are probably getting phishing/malware emails. Do not click on them.

Does that mail looks like this?

Yes, but I also get a RED Bar on the top of the gmail account, saying about the suspicous sign in Attempt, so I am sure, its not a spam.
And instead from Check your account it says Reset your password, plus the sender mail is : no-reply@accounts.google.com
So I am sure, its not a spam.
1166  Economy / Gambling / Re: Suspicious Sign In Attempt into Gmail Account on: July 11, 2014, 08:38:51 PM
I don think PRCdice and Cloudbet would do that , thier bankroll and invested money are even more and they are earning good . what else casino other than BetCoinPoker that you have registered with that email ?

These are the only ones I registered for in the past few days. There might be a couple more but not common to both the emails.
1167  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Bitponzi.io - fair ponzi with automated hourly payments, 150% in 150 hours. on: July 11, 2014, 07:17:55 PM
Instead of hourly payments i suggest daily. Lots of people will be happy with 1% return every day. But many people wont be happy to lock their coins in for 150 days. Its a tricky balance

But that will have the same issue towards the 2nd half of the payout period. No matter what the interval will be, the graph will follow the same falling curve.
1168  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: AutoPayouts from a Wallet on: July 11, 2014, 07:16:43 PM
Hi wakhid, no it isnt. Actually I got the inspiration to know about this from a ponzi scheme running here
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=664949.0;topicseen   ( Which is now probably Dead)

The scheme paid out 1% every fixed hour to the investors, and I had another idea which might require this, so I was wondering how I can achieve the same.
1169  Economy / Gambling / Suspicious Sign In Attempt into Gmail Account on: July 11, 2014, 07:07:09 PM
Hi All. In the past 2 days, I have got a suspicious Sign In Attempt in 2 of my email accounts. I use both of these accounts on several gambling sites, and apparently one of them tried to probably use the password I registered with in my email.
These are the sites, i have signed up to in the past few days:
Cloudbet
PRCDice
BetCoinPoker
Might also be any other site I missed.

Both attempts were from an Ip based in
IP Address: 98.28.94.9 (cpe-98-28-94-9.columbus.res.rr.com)
Location: Defiance, OH, USA

it can obviously be through a VPN service.

Again, I am not pointing towards any particular website, but just creating an awareness, that always keep different passwords for your personal emails and the site yousign up to.
If you happen to have had the same issue, please post in the thread to any sites, you signed up recently.

Is there a minimum amount we have to play to withdraw that extra bonus?

Thanks dooglus. Kind of a silly miscalculation there. It also shows that the system will bust really fast after a few initial returns(unless profits are reduced).
I have updated the Excel Sheet to also reflect(scroll down) how the payouts will stop happening or happen at less intervals even if people continue investing after that.
It will stop/ paid out in less intervvals after a few more rounds of returns(unless the subsequent investments are much bigger than 100).

Also, looks like the current cycle has come to an end with only 0.3BTC left in the address, and has paid out around only a 50%-60% back who deposited on 9th July. Payouts will now happen only if the balance goes above 0.3 BTC, and will probably happen after bigger intervals(in the case more deposits occur).
1172  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Bitponzi.io - fair ponzi with automated hourly payments, 150% in 150 hours. on: July 10, 2014, 11:37:16 PM
Hey Guys, I was doing a simulation of the scheme and came with a massive discrepancy at the end.
In My simulation I assumed, every investor deposits 100 $.  and payout is 10$ every hour(with max payout 150%).

I also assume, that every new investor invests after a fixed time(1 hr). So after every hour as seen in the excel sheet payout grows.
At the end of 15 hrs. I assume no more investors take part and the payouts are done till 30th hour(which is 15 hrs after which the last investor deposited)
However, at the end Bank is still left with 300..Which is the discrepancy I am getting.
I summed up the payouts and it amounts to 2250(for 15 investors).
But numbers dont match, can someone find the error I made in this, and any predictions on how the program will end at the last cycle?

Here is the link to the excel sheet:

1173  Bitcoin / Project Development / AutoPayouts from a Wallet on: July 10, 2014, 08:51:08 PM
Hi, I was building an application, and need to payout automatically every hour or so. Can anyone recommend any services/sites I can use for the same?
basically, the wallet pays out to a few addresses automatically, after each hour.

Thanks

Dean, no one is blaming you giving the refund. But, not admitting that the mistake was on your part is creating a stir.
A question, I assume the site had this error since the  beginning, or atleast the past few weeks.
Then , why wasnt arro been refunded the bets he lost for his martingale fail?

Thats weird, I was sure I saw it at the end of the list of a payout. Cant seem to find it now. No explanation for it. Maybe I was hallucinating.
And I also remember seeing, -1.2 something.
1177  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Bitponzi.io - fair ponzi with automated hourly payments, 150% in 150 hours. on: July 09, 2014, 07:06:35 AM
Just curious. There was a 1btc send to bit chest in the last pay hour, which would be the case only if they had invested 100 btc.
Is there any reason for this payment?
I might have missed something so just clarifying.

EDIT: I was wrong. I guess I was hallucinating. There doesnt seem to be a payout of 1BTC.
1178  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Bitponzi.io - fair ponzi with automated hourly payments, 150% in 150 hours. on: July 08, 2014, 11:15:16 PM
This looks promising, would love to see what the end result is.
1179  Economy / Gambling / Re: PRCDice.eu - Bitcoin/Dogecoin Dice - Leaderboards - INVEST on: July 07, 2014, 10:09:46 PM
Appears to be the case which is 100% bullshit.

It's a tough call.

Suppose you accidentally run a roulette game where 60% of the numbers are red due to a manufacturing error.

Some guy notices and plays for 15 hours non-stop, betting on red over and over, and wins a bunch.

Are you obliged to honour all his bets, even after he openly admits "I saw there were more reds than blacks, so I bet on red a lot"?

I don't know the answer.

I do think it makes sense to refund the people who bet on black and lost due to the error, but it's less clear what to do about people who won a bunch on red. Some of them didn't even notice the error and were just playing 'red' because they like red, but others were clearly playing because they saw they have a positive expectation.

I guess the right thing would be to pay him out, and take the hit. Whether to pass that on to investors or not is a separate question.

It's a difficult situation indeed. Assuming the player had no idea they were abusing the site then the proper thing to do would be not to punish said user. As far as passing off the burden to investors, this sort of thing needs to be clarified at time of investment. If there is some sort of terms and conditions/FAQ for investment that specifically states that investors would take the hit, then it would be just.

When someone invests in such ventures. They are investing in the house(said clearly during investing). So, I believe if house has to take any hit due a mistake, then investors have to accept it too. Since majority of the people in chat are investors, the decision was probably taken to roll back the bets. Its not right, but not wrong either since he knew about the flaw.
1180  Economy / Gambling / Re: PRCDice.eu - Bitcoin/Dogecoin Dice - Leaderboards - INVEST on: July 07, 2014, 10:06:35 PM
Sjess knew about the flaw and admitted knowing it.
The Funny part is that despite it being obvious that bets willbe/were rolled back, sjess has not asked for his winnings. He seems least worried about the coins.  Roll Eyes
