To be honest, I also agree with Chelsea's decision to sell Conor Gallagher in January and indeed since last season his performances have been inconsistent and he often doesn't contribute more to the game. Joao Felix is definitely a great player and we saw that in the games we saw from this player but the fact about Joao Felix is he should leave the team unless Barcelona hires this player permanently, I think the player Xavi chose during the time he was working at Barcelona was mostly effective and to be honest Xavi didn't spend money on useless players so far.
I don't think he is a really great player because he sometimes still plays underperformance. He ever played in Chelsea, I think he didn't succeed when he was loaned in Chelsea. But since he is still young (24 years old) and he has good skills, we can expect that he has a potential to be a great player in the future. His problem is about consistency in playing. I assume he will be more consistent to play in good form as he gets more experience in the future. So, actually he deserves to sign by Barcelona. Moreover, if his play style fits with Xavi's tactics/strategies. I really hope that Barcelona and Xavi will try to sign him from Atletico Madrid. But I guess Barcelona must pay to Atletico Madrid more than his current market price (€50m). I heard the rumor that Atletico Madrid expects to get €80m by selling Felix.
