1161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Vitalik Buterin makes a new statement. What do you think about this? on: December 30, 2019, 06:33:59 AM
Vitalik Buterin proposed an accelerated transfer of the Ethereum blockchain based on the Proof of Work consensus to the “beacon chain” that underlies blockchain architecture using sharding. The update proposed by Vitalik will require only light clients without state preservation (stateless clients), but he will not need miners. This will require significantly fewer changes at the architecture level.

If it's really like this, then the miners have to find another coin. If this is all promising for some parties and the miners will be set aside, I feel vital that I have prepared something like this for the safety of his product and hopes that there will be a significant change from POW to POS and hopefully this can be realized in the near future because there are many waiting for this.
1162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Nothing is wrong with altcoins on: December 29, 2019, 07:01:03 PM
I will start hating altcoins only when bitcoin raise up to 20,000$ and altcoins fail to move up as well, many people are putting blames on altcoins today as if bitcoin is not in loss itself, the ATH of btc was 20k and now it's trading for 7,000+ thats like 12,000$ lost please how will this not affect other altcoins as well? Top altcoins will surely lose value as well, to me this present loss of altcoins are positive, look at coins like LTC, EOS, BNB, these coins are doing fine. You will only have problem if you invest in crap altcoins
Indeed there is nothing wrong with altcoin if we can direct it in detail and orderly, the market is down, especially for altcoin, but there are still many valuable altcoin options and it can be the best option for us to invest or trade. If compared with bitcoin it's clear altcoin can only be used as the second choice and so on. Back again to ourselves and I think there is nothing to worry about if we can control all the factors that exist. Hopefully good fortune will come to us in the following year
1163  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2020 Bitcoin halving!!! Bull run??? on: December 29, 2019, 06:06:09 PM
The crypto industries and communities has been quite expecting the upcoming bitcoin halving with much hope of another bull run coming up after the bull run failed in 2018 through 2019 now we all looking at the 2020 with the halving as an excuse to trigger the bulls to start running 🏃.

I personally is not putting much expectations on this, no one should fall for the hype. After what happened to the litecoin halving this year, I Don't expect too much from bitcoin.

Too many eyes on bitcoin now, too many interests are more reason why you shouldn't expect so much from the next halving. There will definitely be a bullish move but not as much as we anticipate or what most analysts has predicted.

The next bull run will come unexpectedly all you need to do is stay focused.

2020 is 2 days away trade and invest wisely. 2018 was hell to many investors don't be part of the sad story next year.

Happy new year in advance
I can only hope for the best for cryptocurrency, hopefully this will really happen like 2017, but if it hasn't happened this will also be a test of patience before everything is completely recovered. I am really looking forward to a good surprise in 2020 and hopefully this will come true and all doubts about cryptocurrency will be reduced and investors will return
1164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which is the most profitable alt-coin for mining? on: December 29, 2019, 04:55:23 PM
Can anyone tell me the best profitable alt coin for mining
and what mining machine is best for that alt-coin.
You can try ETH, Yes because some of us do that and also monero, even though the market is declining, you can still get a decent profit between it. Of course you also cannot expect high prices if you want to mine there, for us what is provided by ETH and Monero is enough, because your own satisfaction determines it
1165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum 2.0 understanding on: December 29, 2019, 07:36:24 AM
of course, it will be the same coin, but it will have a different mining algorithm. if now the ETH network is supported by miners who use the POW algorithm, then in ETH 2.0 will be used POS, which will support the network by freezing a certain amount of coins, specifically, as I know, 32 Ethereum. I think that after this update a lot of people will be upset
I and some friends also think so, also explore the possibilities that exist, but the results are the same as you describe here. but it will probably develop and change as the project progresses. Let's just make sure later and hopefully I'm not one of those who are upset, too.
1166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Read whitepaper, could you write a whitepaper in the future? on: December 28, 2019, 04:29:38 PM
I have a theory, if I can read cryptocurrency white papers, maybe in the long run I will be able to write a white paper, because by reading how they are initially written, their structure, technical explanations up to a point of view, and all the elements that a white paper has, I should be able to have notions to write one, what do you think?

I think this is quite appropriate, but it would be nice if we compare the Whitepaper with one another, if from each whitepaper the formula is different, of course there will be developments that we will adapt to us and the team that will make. The point is to multiply references and be sensitive to any situation.
1167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is It true youTube has started restoring of crypto related videos? on: December 28, 2019, 03:36:10 PM
Recently seen,
YouTube has started deleting videos of many users who speak on crypto either testimonial or introduction videos.
Many complaints about YouTube is deleting videos without giving any notice. giving shadow ban on videos.
For every action, google send notice, but this time without notice , google taking action on crypto based YouTube videos.
I have seen a similar topic and try to make sure myself related to the video, I think this is a wise decision by a prestigious institution like YouTube. In the future, let's see if YouTube will be a crypto-friendly platform or not, hopefully no one is abusing this for bad things.
1168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra coin alive or dead? on: December 28, 2019, 02:17:40 PM
There was a rapid growth in bitcoin price in last 2-3 months when it was announced Facebook is going to launch its own coin, called libra coin,
Now its already in cold store, due to US and EU agencies interference.

I saw in coin market cap, its only general information about libra coin, but no technical data is available yet.

This has been a discussion lately, if it is true that this will be launched hopefully it will have a good impact, libra is the center of attention of investors and all, and high expectations seem to be expected to be realized by the price of libra later. But for now we only need to be patient until then, because the US still does not dare to give access to libra. Hopefully next year libra can be launched and not disappoint all of our expectations.
1169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum co-founder Secretly Sold $11M Worth of ETH on Christmas Day! Got Outed! on: December 28, 2019, 12:53:44 PM
He thought it would go unnoticed because we would be full and occupied with family on Christmas Day!

https://www.cryptozink.io/ethereum-co-founder-jeff-wilcke-secretly-sold-eth/
If it's like this, I think we can only hope for the best of Jeff's decisions, whether for personal or for the development of ETH in order to be able to position again in the market, whatever Jeff takes is a brave decision. Yes, although it's a bit surprising, but if it's based on all the team's considerations, I think there will be something good later.
1170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Under supervision, do you think that anonymous coins have a future? on: December 28, 2019, 06:47:49 AM
Hello everyone and Merry Christmas! According to the current situation, cryptocurrencies are about to be brought under government supervision. Do you think that anonymous coins have a future in this case? How should we choose, thank you for your proposal
I think it's legitimate to use anonymous coins for personal use, not for larger parties, in my opinion it would be very risky if used in a larger party. First up and down the price cycle will certainly hurt the team. And the second is that there are many more bona fide coins for institutions or companies. But back to yourself and your strategy in dealing with situations like this.
1171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: YouTube vs Crypto on: December 27, 2019, 04:48:07 PM
YouTube finally recognised that the recent Crypto Purge was a "mistake" but the damage is done, what do you have to say about this? I think the damage will get fixed in time because really YouTube has been a very useful platform for crypto
Of course it sounds very encouraging, if it is true that YouTube realizes that this is a mistake, in the future crypto can benefit YouTube and vice versa, hopefully this case will soon be resolved and YouTube will again give good news about content related to crypto.
1172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Google banned ETH wallet and metamask android client on Playstore on: December 27, 2019, 03:40:21 PM
Google has banned Ethereum (ETH) wallet and decentralized app (DApp) browser Metamask’s android client from its Play app store.

The MetaMask team took to Twitter on Dec. 26, where they announced that Google had suspended MetaMask’s android client from Google Play’s app store, claiming MetaMask was in violation of Google’s financial services policies.

Here is the link to full the news

I always think why? What's wrong with crypto? I think there are also many victims of fraud because basically it was their fault for not tracing the project, now any decision taken by Google or YouTube will always be controversial, if not like this then there will be many other victims of fraud, if like this they are activists crypto will be harmed too. Everything is wrong and again whatever the decision, it will still be controversial.
1173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Chinese Authorities Confiscating miners on: December 27, 2019, 09:24:09 AM
Chinese authorities have seized nearly 7000 crypto mining machines that are illegally consuming electric power, really hope this won't affect bitcoin in any way? And why are people doing this? Prove of staking is a better option and no one will ever know you are mining anything, i am not saying POW miners are bad but illegally? Come on! It's not worth taking such risk when they know they can be caught, they can earn same profits from Staking

Full news is right here
https://cointelegraph.com/news/chinese-authorities-confiscate-nearly-7-000-crypto-mining-machines
What I caught from the article was the number of greedy people who violated state rules, I think it's legitimate because it's clear they are illegal. But if it has an impact on the miners who follow the rules, I think we also have to take action because it is detrimental, such as the price of bitcoin falling because of irresponsible parties, I think we all have to play honestly and don't need to overdo it in any case and consider repeat whether what we are doing is good or bad for the other party.
1174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Outside bitcointalk project exposition, on: December 27, 2019, 06:28:16 AM
Hi.I think that without expensive signature campaign here its too difficult to find investors for new project like my.
http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ccuniverse - we are new and rising, now we want start developing so need 2nd part of funds (1st we decide to spend on nice exchange to be ranked and dont be ico anymore because its have only negative conotations now).

What are You suggest me ? I think because bounty hunters people are tired here to get new coins and also because of many scamms in past... its hard to attract anyone here - am I wrong ?
I need some new enthusiasts of crypto to build holders army and people.

Actually here in [ANN] I answered with full story telling and data, in effect person which asked even not respond or just gone. I know we havent bad project and  our situation is positive for potential buyers but we need a source to get to them.

I think bounty hunters will find out more clearly whether it is bona fide or not, many of them have lost confidence in the new project because of the many scammatic actions that make them think twice, because of this I think you should go the extra mile in introducing the bounty hunters and when your clarity is enough to make them confident, I think they will participate. And plus you also have to share with some seniors who are here about your intentions and desires
1175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The biggest crypto fraud of all time on: December 26, 2019, 07:57:02 PM
I always think that bitconnect scam was the biggest in crypto space until i heard about one coin, a Ponzi scheme that defraud investors approximately $4 billion around the globe and one coin ceo have been missing since 2017, we really need to be very careful where w invest our hard earned cash, when a offer is too good to be true there is always more that met the eye

I remember people calling one coin the bitcoin killer, lol 😆 oh i hate centralized coins, the fact is there was no coin mined, no blockchain, nothing, I have never seen anything like it, any coin that claims to kill bitcoin is red flag lol,
I still remember the incident, I and some of my friends were really deceived there, and made me down for several months after that incident and had a vacuum from cryptocurrency and blamed all the existing situations. And after passing through that period I got up and tried to reorganize my confidence and assume that all such actions really can happen here, it's time we are vigilant and eradicate all the scamm that is here, So that events like that do not happen again.

1177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins or Utility Tokens? on: December 26, 2019, 04:02:54 PM
At present time in the crypto space. Yes there are more and more projects coming up every day. New coins and tokens. What would you rather see more of this time that be more useful to you?

Coin or a Utility token that can be earned by doing something else?

Why do you think a Coin is what you want to see?

Or Why would you want to see more Token projects?

or why you would not want to see either of both

Tell us your reasons why. this be neat
I like both, and in my opinion this could be a very suitable mix, I did a number of tasks and got utility tokens and I could choose to be made into a coin or just use it right away, so both the utility token and the utility coin are both in my opinion and how we can arrange all of that so as not to be something harmful.
1178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is YouTube Now Cracking Down on Crypto Related Contents? on: December 26, 2019, 01:21:14 PM
Crypto influencers are frustrated and confused by YouTube deleting crypto-related content on its platform

Based on Twitter and Reddit threads, YouTube suddenly began deleting a number of cryptocurrency videos on Dec. 23.

YouTuber Chris Dunn, whose channel has over 210,000 subscribers, noticed on Monday that the platform had removed all of his videos that mentioned cryptocurrencies.

https://cointelegraph.com/news/cryptocurrency-influencers-speak-out-on-youtube-deleting-crypto-related-content?utm_source=Telegram&utm_medium=social

What I know, youtube has begun to accept crypto, but unfortunately what I see here youtube does not explore thoroughly about crypto or maybe just play it safe, and as evidenced by the number of my friends who were affected by scamm just because they were tempted by passing advertisements. Maybe from here also youtube limits content related to crypto, because if a scam is still hanging around. Many people will complain and YouTube does not want that to happen.
1179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: there are still many who invest in cryptocurrency? on: December 26, 2019, 09:20:35 AM
Investors will definitely be back, but not for ico this year, giving up seeing ico success that can only be counted on the fingers.

many interesting things outside of crypto at this time, including the movement of gold at the end of the year and also other potential stocks. for crypto, I only follow ieo on competent exchanges, avoiding exchanges like p2pb2b.
next year 2020 seems to be very interesting for us to look forward to how the project develops, maybe ICO / STOs will no longer be launched, and IEO will be more and more, or maybe there will be a new program again, we'll just wait
I think this way, investors do not really go, they keep monitoring and see whether ICO will rise or not, and it seems that in 2020 it will be a resurrection point for all and hopefully it will really happen and investors will re-invest in several new and promising project.
1180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why lots of people got scam easily on: December 25, 2019, 07:13:09 PM
I have an opinion that they are affected by scams because they have never joined a crowdfunding project before and yes they are tempted by the bonus tokens offered even though they are junk tokens, the promotion factor carried out by the scam project is also influential because now the promotion method is quite great but it should be from some cases that occur 1-2 years this new investors should be able to learn from the current scam pattern.
I feel that those who commit acts of fraud in accordance with what you describe, their greed and instant success make them even more tempted to commit fraud. Plus the number of people involved and promising something big makes them tempted. Maybe that's what I think
