11662  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Price Passes $750 to Hit 28-Month High on: June 21, 2016, 09:24:24 AM
till today bitcoin still stable at $700 above and in my opinion probably the prices will increase to $800 next month
and after halving we will see new peak for bitcoin and it could be worth $1000 or above

The price dropped to $670 today. I think it is a good healthy correction. It needs to hoviering around that level to absorb profit taking.

I haven't noticed that, when I had first look at the prie today I saw $710 and I think it will start rising again from that point or maybe it will stabilize around $700 which is not bad also.
11663  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you want to become Rich you need to Put Higher bets on: June 21, 2016, 09:02:41 AM
Is it really true that if someone want to earn big from gambling he need to make a higher bets? Yes he can also loose but if he is lucky enough he can earn big amounts too. People can not make profits with lower bet amounts like .05 etc. you need a higher amounts bets.

Well, I disagree. if you bet .05 with 0.01% winning chance on a dice site you'll have 4,950 BTC which I think is not a small win. So don't need to make your bets bigger to have the chance to win more.
However, if you bet 0.5 BTC, you'll increase the chances of winning the exact same amount of bitcoin [theoretically] by 10 times. If you want to have a higher chance of winning a certain sum of money, then you need to bet with a higher amount. If you want to keep the same chance but want to win more money, then you need to bet with a higher amount. Either way, betting with more money means that you'll have a higher statistical gain, no matter the bet conditions.

But of course we all know that what is possible "theoretically" for some reasons become impossible in practice. That's why we lose so often when trying to apply a theory to the real betting.
11664  Economy / Speculation / Re: How it went from 780$ to 708$ in hours ? on: June 21, 2016, 08:55:34 AM
I'm not sure how much it took exactly , 24-48 hours but how this happened... I was really optimistic about the whole thing and I was kinda sure that It's going to rise as hell , now I woke up (once again, things happens when I'm sleeping) , I checked preev and I found this huge price decrease ... So what's the matter ? Pure manipulation by the Chinese?

I think it's not the China alone, many Bitcoin holders seeing such a high price start selling their coins and the result of this selling we are seeing now.
11665  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Whats about the Gambling, when Bitcoin is going up? on: June 20, 2016, 06:43:10 PM
You know in these days Bitcoin is going up.
So when bitcoin's price growing up than the users of bitcoins feel very exciting and
So i want ask when Bitcoin going good than have any affect on Gambling?
Is it Gambling also growing up?

Actually I think yes gambling will be growing up too. The reason for that is not growing amount of Bitcoins involved in gambling but the rising of the dollar value of a house edge for example.
11666  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to get Bitcoin inside North Korea? on: June 19, 2016, 06:27:25 PM
Imagine a Bitcoin revolution inside North Korea. I find this idea fascinating, of some underground people starting spreading Bitcoin around. The problem is they just have some sort of intranet.. so how would we be able to start spreading nodes inside North Korea? This would be great to start an underground economy beyond the dictatorship of that fat dude.

No offence, but it looks like you have no idea what a dictatorship really is. There is NO underground people there and even if there were some just to show the world "Look how free our people are!" they would work for the government secretly.
11667  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Will USA use bitcoins as a currency next year? on: June 19, 2016, 06:07:52 PM
Aren't they using it already? I mean I have never been to the USA but I heard you can pay with Bitcoin in some stores and even in the Starbucks. Is that not true?
11668  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: June 19, 2016, 05:52:03 PM
Bitcoin is great for short term speculation but I wouldnt bet my retirement fund on it.

Gold gives peace of mind and stable growth.

Exactly, gold is always better then bitcoin in long term, bitcoin's future is unpredictable and if we depend on bitcoin for retirement and if price drops then that would be an horrible situation.

Well it was but not anymore IMO. The price for gold drops too you can check the charts so it's not a stable income. You might lose a lot investing in gold, so I'd say they, Bitcoin and gold, are equal, but I prefer Bitcoin anyway. )
11669  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: June 19, 2016, 05:47:05 PM
Gambling is only addicting if you lose your mind trying get rich fast. I know we all are like that sometimes but it's bad to be like that all the time. It's bad for you, it's bad for your loved ones. Just think of it and stop being addicted forever.
11670  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Often Do You Check Your Bitcoin Wallet Balance? on: June 19, 2016, 05:43:32 PM
I voted for "3 Times A Week" because that is the closest to the reality. I don't like to check it too often beause it feels like thinking "My money! My precious!" You know )
11671  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: June 18, 2016, 07:14:30 PM
Oh man, I didn't buy it when it was $260 although I knew it will be over $500 by this Summer because I didn't have the spare money. I told couple of friends to buy but they wouldn't buy either. Alright I'm glad somebody did. I really glad for them now.

11673  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning a living with bitcoin? on: June 18, 2016, 06:52:06 PM
Only a few people are able to earn a living with bitcoin. They are lucky to be in those positions. But every body can do something in bitcoin space and grow the movement in some kind of involvement without earing a living with bitcoin.

I agree, most of us can't earn a living with bitcoin, I mean to cover all the expanses but even with a good sig campaign we can earn our living partly and that's not bad too.
11674  Other / Off-topic / Re: How many people here don't really care about BTC? on: June 18, 2016, 03:20:20 PM
Who here doesn't care what happens with bitcoin as long as you can use them to make money, all the other drama doesn't really matter right?
All I care about is getting that $$$$ in my hands at the end of the day, everything else is irrelevant

What do you expect? I can say I care a lot about BTC but is it true? And you are right about $$$$ btw, we all need money and we care mostly about that. But for me Bitcoin is a symbol of freedom and I think Bitcoin is the future in many aspects, so I care about both.
11675  Other / Politics & Society / Re: London mayor at it again.. on: June 17, 2016, 06:11:34 PM

"There is no suggestion they were forcably segregated, but the Mayor did not intervene to prevent the women standing at the back."

Oh, c'mon, guys! Are you even serious? This article is whta's called manipulation IMO.
11676  Economy / Economics / Re: If you hold 1 BTC you are a pioneer on: June 17, 2016, 05:29:08 PM
If you hold 10 or more you are part of an elite.

This is my conclusion after the years I have been involved here. Absolutely no one in real life knows what the hell Bitcoin is, and even your most geeky friends may probably never heard about Bitcoin. Now if you take into account the people that has heard about it... what percentage own 1 BTC? Exactly.. you know almost no one.
And what percentage own 10 BTC? I personally know no one (people from this forum don't count obviously).

This simple observation shows you only need 1 BTC to be a pioneer on Bitcoin in 2016.

Thanks for this! I have 1 BTC so I'm glad someone calls me a pioneer. And you are right about people in real life: I have a friend, he lives in a very big city and works for banks as a software engineer, we haven't spoke for several years and one week ago I was talking to him on Skype and I was very surprized but he didn't know about Bitcoin until that time we spoke.
11677  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can you earn with gambling? on: June 17, 2016, 05:12:44 PM
Prey to the God of luck, strike a deal with the devil or marry lady luck ?

Other then that not really anything you can do about it, lucky or not. That's it.

Pretty much this. Except maybe that most of us even if we get lucky for some time we continue to gamble like we are waiting for bad luck to come. And then it comes and we lose everything anyway.
11678  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is CHINA CONTROLLING Bitcoin? on: June 17, 2016, 09:57:53 AM
No, it's not. I'm surprized 50% of the voters say it is. Why? If Adidas Clothes are mostly made in China does it mean China controls Adidas?
11679  Other / Politics & Society / Re: We Could Be Living In Simulation Says Elon Musk on: June 16, 2016, 12:01:49 PM
I'm not a gamer but I like to check the level of similarity with the real world from time to time. Well I'd say we should wait a million years or maybe more until the similarity will be achieved.
11680  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: June 16, 2016, 11:42:49 AM
You have to aim for 21 BTC and hold then losing term, it's as easy as that. Ok not that easy to get 21 BTC, but still not mission impossible, with hard work and dedication it can be done, unless the price keeps rising this fast, then it will be impossible for anyone that is not upper class.

But 21 BTC is a big money. I mean even if Bitcoin will stop rising at $700 it's $15,000, the amount which is impossible to make in 1 year in most countries. Yes, right, that's if you not from the upper class of course.
