Your best bet is to probably look for people in your city that buys/sells bitcoin. That way, you can instead meet in person rather than using an intermediary service like the site you've provided. Probably look around on your local Bitcoin/crypto-related Facebook groups.

I've always thought that Litecoin's "Silver to Bitcoin's gold" tagline is pure nonsense, and not to mention that I don't think Litecoin is any good in the first place. Litecoin is pretty much just a lab rat to test stuff before adding features to Bitcoin.
Anyway, though I don't own any because I don't think we're going to have an altcoin rally any time soon, a secondary coin I'm really interested in is Decred solely due to it's unique governance model. Maximum supply is also 21 million so you might want to check on it if you're interested. I think it deserves the #3 spot instead of Litecoin. But of course, a coin being good or interesting doesn't automatically mean it's a good investment.
Finally, personally, the best cryptocurrency SoV is still Bitcoin. Besides Bitcoin's deflationary model, security is a huge huge factor for me, and Bitcoin still leads in that category and I don't see it changing anytime soon.

The media is probably trying to spread fake news, but I don't know, as it's said to be false as people are saying that Justin actually did a livestream in San Francisco, so this automatically makes the "locked inside China" news false. With that said, I don't know how you can call the Tron project, a mostly hype-based coin, "well developed".

I never said, i would get pass as I am legendary member. I said I always tried to obey rules. And I dont get extra merit cause I was not active. And someone posted a copy paste post. I tried to spread the news and that was year ago. Kindly check my posts and reconsider if you find anything illegal or inappropriate.
Checked your profile. You were actually decently active. Anyway, even if you were trying to "spread the news" or whatever the reason is for the copy-paste, the rules are pretty strict here concerning plagiarism. It was always a hard rule to always link your sources if you were to copy-paste something.

I tried to share the news and it was 1 year ago. I was following every rules. But to err is human. I worked for years to achieve the rank.
Unfortunately for you, the rules applies to everyone regardless of rank. Also, the admins usually give consideration to users that have contributed a lot in this forum, by blocking signature usage for a year instead of straight off banning them. But since you've earned ZERO merits since your account was created in 2014, looks like you're not going to be as fortunate.

Haha. I believe I can make money after several years, so that's why I started to DCA.
You can try this site[1] out to check how your portfolio would've performed if you instead started your DCA in certain price points. Probably wouldn't help you, but just a cool tool concerning DCAing bitcoin.

Your profile's age is barely anything. It's just a cool statistic and it just shows that you've been here since the earlier days, and that's pretty much it. Anyway, I hope your loss from MtGox didn't stop your enthusiasm(assuming you are) with bitcoin. That's one hell of a painful lesson though.
EDIT: By the way, I checked your history and saw this : Topic: If bitcoin had the market value of Facebook...
Each coin currently would be worth around $10,075.00 give or take, that is if my numbers are right. Some food for thought...

What do you think? Would the govt. be able to catch someone who violates this?
Probably, but definitely not everyone. If you're smart and careful enough with your opsec, you should stay undetected. The people who has funds on exchanges on the otherhand, won't be too fortunate. This is one of the reasons why I advocate against unnecessarily announcing your affiliation with bitcoin and cryptocurrencies to the public(unless you're a public figure, hence you have no choice), as they might question you if such a law is to be imposed; and this is the perfect example why.

I personally do both. 90% in bitcoin, 10% in altcoins that I hold and I could profit off in the short-mid term. The safest bet is to just stick to bitcoin though, because it should be risky enough in itself, and if you put money into altcoins without doing research, you're putting a lot more unnecessary risk in putting money in altcoins.
A huge factor is how long you're planning on holding.
Also, a third option would be fine. As it's mostly not one or the other. It could be both.

I was too dependent on password manager, with chrome. Now I cannot remove it from my life. But I think with the 2fa security code I can be safe with my money and accounts. I can't remember my passwords now LOL
Using password managers shouldn't be that bad, as long as you keep your device secure and your master password hard to guess and brute-force enough. I don't remember any password either besides my master password, as I use generated passwords for every single one of my online accounts anyway.

I'm not sure about the security part, but the app version has a convenience advantage. With the Mozilla plugin, you can only use autofill on websites that you're opening through Mozilla Firefox, whereas the app, you can also use the autofill for the logins of the applications installed on your phone.

Though -4.9% loss so far, I believe I'll make profits soon!
While you could definitely make profit in the short term, don't count on it. It pretty much could go either way. Remember that this is a long term game. Because that's the main reason why you're DCA-ing in the first place, right? Anyway, if you do this for years, chances are, you're probably going to make money. This is without guarantees though.

How did you even lose it? Did someone attempted to make a withdrawal and became successful? Did you attempt to withdraw and received nothing? Did the numbers from your funds just turn to zero? Give us more information.

Password Managers are mostly used by lazy people. Why do you need a third party service to generate and store passwords for some of your most sensitive information? Do you have a 100% guarantee that those services are 100% secure? How will you know if they are not simply gathering data for some government agency?
It completely depends with the password manager you're using though. Some password managers are open-source, which you could compile yourself. If security is your main concern, the best choice would probably be KeePass[1].

You're right, but it's hard to join those events. Is there any way for me to catch up with those? If you could afford to travel and to pay for tickets(which I assume you do, because running a successful exchange is going to need a lot of money), then I don't think it will be hard at all. You could contact them online, but I doubt they would even pay attention to your messages. Meeting people in person is definitely the way to go.

Basically anything could probably work out well in the end if you hire the right developers. If I remember correctly, I think I've read somewhere in the past that Binance didn't build their exchange software from the ground up. Instead, they bought an already-made software and just simply tweaked it a lot from there; and look at them now. One beast of an exchange.

My favorite ones are Bitwarden and KeePass.
+1 to both. Which on of the two? You gotta decide yourself. KeePass can be more secure because your password database will only be stored on your computer, but this sacrifices a bit of the user-friendliness. With Bitwarden, you either let them host your password database, or you host it yourself on your own server. Hence you can more easily access your Bitwarden pwd database on multiple devices; and not to mention that Bitwarden has their own browser extension that has the auto-fill feature so you wouldn't need to manually copy paste every password. I personally think Bitwarden is the perfect balance between security and usability, but it's up to you. P.S. Both are open-source. Which is a huge plus in my book.

Head over to bitcoin and or cryptocurrency related events, and go network there. You're definitely going to get better people there rather than randomly looking for people to work with online. Looking for the right people is going to take a lot of time and effort.

Here we go again. Here's my answer to a recent topic on the Trading section: What do we have here. The typical "which coins to invest in topic".
If you're just going to ask random strangers on the internet on which to invest in, maybe investing is not for you. You need to do a lot of research...
