I think litecoin is a stable coin because if the price is down, the price is not down too far and will be back to the price before and wait for a good moment to increase. but for an increase to $5000 in 2018, I am not sure because it depends on how people will do with the litecoin and how they support the litecoin itself. but I see that litecoin have a large community and many people still support litecoin so the chance to increase is wide open so I think it is better to wait what will happen with litecoin.

finding hard to use USDT as a Neutral coin as many alt coins wont exchange to it, only the main ones like LTC, or BTC etc
would you guys recommend XRP ripple as a neutral hold?
or would exchanging back and forth to FIAT - usd to secure gains, and then put back in then the numbers go green again?
in my opinion, usdt is a neutral coin and we can use it to buy bitcoin or another altcoin although the option is not much, as long as we can buy bitcoin with usdt, we can buy each altcoin. I don't think that only ripple that will be a neutral hold because I am sure that the other altcoin will have the same things like ripple and I think every altcoin is deserved to be held for a while especially if the price cannot predict like today. |

Hope, you don't sold your bitcoins, when you wrote this post, bitcoins costed 1,700$ or so. And most of tho who adviced you to not sell and wait - were right, right now bitcoin down to 9,700$, I think it will up to 15,000$, about 20,000 not sure, but probably, right now everyone moving to alts, where you still can make good profit, than from just holding bitcoins.
and if we compare with the price in the January in the last year, then we are sure that bitcoin go to the moon. but if we compare with December in the last year, we are not going to the moon but we are landing back to the earth because the price now is decreasing too deep. and we still have many times to see the price will come back to higher in this year and maybe it will be the same as in December last year. but no matter how much price now, I am sure that in the end, bitcoin price will increase again so I will wait for the price. |

yes there is dropping of price and it is quiet big for me..but i have a big hope that it is only temporary...this happened few months back but it still regain to increase..and i think this dropping is due to panic selling of bitcoin and withdrawing of profit..
I am sure that this is just temporary and the price will increase back to the high price but if somehow the price really reaches $2k, I will make sure to buy a lot of bitcoin and hold it no matter how long it needs. but I am not sure that the price will drop to $2k and I am sure that many people in cryptocurrency will shock about this but we are in cryptocurrency which everything could happen and we can only follow if we like. just prepare our self for the worst thing that might be happening in the future. |

Goverment should be regulating bitcoin trade because many people now using bitcoin as their investment and with regulating bitcoin, goverment have income from taxes With the regulation, the government can make sure that the cryptocurrencies will not exceed to its limitations and it will make sure that it is still on the safe zone and not risking the people too much. Regulation is a must and just like the other countries we should apply regulation also in bitcoin so we can really say that it is safe and not a very risky thing to try. Regulation on cryptocurrency trading is needed. It will avoid from money laundring, beside that its goverment obligation to protect their citizen investment. With regulation, it will create good market condition and investor will more confident investing their money although with regulation it will make cryptocurrency become legal, I wonder how it looks like and I think the government will apply a new tax for people which getting involve in cryptocurrency because they know that people like us will have much money so they need to take a fee to us. but I don't think that it will avoid money laundering but maybe it will reduce money laundering. and I agree that with regulation, trader and investor and every people will be safe when they want to invest their money in the cryptocurrency. |

once I receive airdrops in my wallet and there is any market available for us to sell the airdrop, I will then send it to that market and then prepare to sell because I am sure that in the first time, the price will increase so high. and I think this is my chance to sell at the high price and then I will wait for the price to down so I can buy again the coin for a cheap price. I think holding it still works well for us as long as we can buy at the cheap price and without doing this we can be a worry if the price is down more than the price we buy. but for me, it still gives me profit although my profit is going to decrease when the price is still going down for more but I still believe that in the end, the price will increase again. it is only a matter time to see the price is up again so we can start to sell the coin.

actually, I still thinking about what coin that will reach $300 in the future because I think this is difficult to find and no one will know how much the price for each coin in the future. and how long the coin will reach $300 that still a big question for me because there are too many coins in the coinmarketcap that have a potential to reach $300. so far, many coins that are an increase higher from 2017-2018 although now the price is still down the progress is good enough to higher again.
