Why is there a figure of 500 million on the meter? The tokens for the UTRUST team and the bounty tokens are also on sale?
They announced that 50 million tokens for the Utrust team is now on sales, but I am not sure about the bounty tokens The 500 million tokens on the meter are not only ICO tokens. The bounty tokens (50 millions) , the private investor tokens (100 million), the UTrust tokens (before 100 million, now 50 millions) and the pre-ICO tokens (50 millions) are part of the 500 million tokens that will be distributed. So for the ICO itself the max tokens that can be bought are 250 million. Thank you for the clarification! I thought that all 500,000,000 tokens for sale. Their hard cap is between 40k - 100k ETH. Its better to be prepared to get a maximum result. Its also quite a lot of of ETH, but i think the soft cap will be reached for sure. easy, i belive the softcap will be reached soon, before Christmas  that would be good. but I don't think the hard cap will be reached. it's too large. You have a point. But with all the fork chaos behind us, you never know what will happen next. Crypto is the most unpredictable market out there Crypto is very predictable, every year it goes up However there are many unpredictable coins out there. Its good that unsold token will be distribute among participant, it’s a nice way to manage remaining token, like burning it, but I think distribute it could work too. I hope DAO Playmarket will continue to raise money and avoid to use this system !
I still prefer old school token burning mechanism. It proved it's usability  True, I like burning as well. The distribution of remaining tokens is also a good idea. I wonder if the remaining tokens will be distributed to all holders or only to certain groups of people (investors, founders, ... ) it's basically the same thing really. value remains constant overall for the investors. |

its a popular token, and the product will come in 1 year, so if it takes too much time to get on excahnges, it will be trading on ED, and will eb easily manipulated, so whales will get it below ICO price to fill their bags, so it won't be that deep, considering the BTC drama is over. There's going to be ups and downs over the next year as the product comes out. I've seen it plenty of times with other ICOs. The key is can you be patient and hold long term? all ICO's recently have gotten dumped early on and decreased the price. long term is the way to go for profits. |

The news on BTC fork cancellation I hope, would led to new funds for SOMA's ICO.
During 6 days maybe more people from bitcoin investors will buy this token, so this project has possibility to get more funds. I hope it will happen and this ico will more success Since value of altcoins, which are already on the market, is going up right now, it would be logical that people will start investing more in ICOs also. I hope Soma will get new flow of investors. yes, this seems like a no-brainer, but the market is always unpredictable. |

Could be a good way to gauge the potential of the ICO for us, but it could prevent people from invesing too if the numbers are not big. Well that's true. But still I am curious about this. Good thing that SOMA has still 1 more week Yes, and they are actually lucky it gets canceled. Because their ico was finishing before hard fork so they will miss the opportunity but now they have one more week for it. During one week i think people will take profit from bitcoin because the price has increased highly and considering to buy ico coin. So i think this ico have possibility to get more funds Yes, I believe the chances for SOMA are good to benefit from the fork cancellation and get some more money in the time left until ICO end. I also see on coinmarketcap that alt coin price start to climbing and bitcoin price down. Maybe bitcoin investors now take profit and buy altcoin, i hope they will also buy Soma coin I think some of the btc hodlers now who bought some coins especially for the fork are really mad now, as they have to buy back alts now without getting the extra money from the fork. I agree with you, they are hope that they will received free coin that people called bitcoin gold. Unfortunately segwit2x cancelled, so i think they must buy again altcoin to get profit or they must loss because bitcoin price maybe can down As I read somewhere, it is still possible for the fork to happen. if they do fork a lot of ICO are going to lose money, the price of ETH would go under a lot.
It's not predictable i can say. We all say that ethereum chain will drop, this fork will reduce the value and it can go 2x in one day. But the thing about locked amounts is a big scandal and i believe it will hurt ethereum in long term. My only happiness about it Gatcoin didn't use their wallet. well the mistake was really on Parity side, which are not able to code property. Smart contracts works just fine. Would not blame that on Ethereum Actually in the end it's not Ethereums mistake that the money got locked, so I don't see that it should get affected by this, either way. And the current stable price is also a good sign that people don't get this mistake wrong and blame Ethereum for this. But it's of course sad for everyone who lost money, especially also when there is money which would be needed for good projects. Exactly, since everyone can develop on ethereum, something like this is bound to happen! I prefer ETC where devs are overall more meticulous But ETC has not so much support, or? And parity is not ETH so you can't blame it on the ETH devs in the end. Why do you think ETC would be a better option? not sure if ETC is going to take off any time soon. especially since there's high demand due to ICO's accepting mostly ETH and not ETC. |

Because their company is registered in US (NY?) and they want to start in NY with their project. Yes, russian name but most of them are living in new york. There's this stereotype that whenever you hear that the people working on a project are russians, it loses some credibility. Competitors is Ziosk and lily tablets for Panera Bread. They produce tablets for very large chains like Apple Bees and Panera Our solution for ipads and it's work on IOS off course. This shows there is a demand and not many competitors yet. Being on the market when there is not many competition is a very good sign Either that or there is no market at all. But i wish this project will find his own way into the market there's a definite market here and the fact that there's competition in place means that the idea is good and will work. |
